- Maria (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft, aber der Service könnte deutlich aufmerksamer und professioneller sein. - Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber. Die Lage war gut und das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich. Leider war es schwierig, sich am Pool zu entspannen, da das Personal oft laut gesprochen und gelacht hat und lange zusammen am Tisch saß. Es ist schön zu sehen, dass sie gute Stimmung haben, aber ein bisschen mehr Rücksicht auf die Gäste wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal oft unaufmerksam: Sie haben laut miteinander gesprochen oder waren am Handy, anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Bestellungen wurden teilweise verzögert, weil erst Nachrichten fertig geschrieben wurden. Man hatte manchmal das Gefühl, nicht richtig beachtet zu werden. Ein weiteres Problem war das Badezimmer: Als ich ein Problem gemeldet habe, kam die Antwort erst nach etwa zwei Stunden, als ich bereits schlafen gegangen war. Am Ende musste ich improvisieren. Am nächsten Tag wurde mir ein Drink angeboten und später auch ein Rabatt von 10 %, was ich zwar geschätzt habe, aber das Problem in dem Moment nicht gelöst hat.

- Joseph (5/5): - I did not stay. It was a long way from the main road. Dirty muddy side streets to get there. There also was no communal kitchen that I needed for personal reasons. If it had dorm rooms I expected a communal kitchen.

La comida deliciosa, un desayuno variado y muy contundente. Comida súper balanceada (se agradece las verduras y las frutas). El colchón de la cama estaba deteriorado (sonaban los resortes) y solo como sugerencia tener restaurant habilitado de manera continua para no estar limitados con el horario de almuerzo y cena.

- Sanne (10/5): Great place! - Beautiful and luxurious place, nice pool, friendly staff, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. A great place to relax. Laundry service was good as well. Definitely recommend booking your stay in Palomino here! Oh, and the dog shelter's cafe is next door, in case you feel like making some furry friends in Palomino 🐶 The place is amazing. The only aspect to take into account is that it's a short walk to the main street. This means that it's nice and quiet at night, but I preferred taking a cab to the main street in the evening because it's very dark.

The staff are super happy and friendly here! Pool, bar and restaraunt great. The food is super tasty the best in Palomino. Felt more like a hotel than a hostel a good place to relax and unwind. Exceptional value for money. Pool towels provided as well as a towel for showering. 10 mins walk from the town and right next to the dog cafe. I hope to be back again soon. Nothing

Está a una caminata corta del mar y a una caminata como de 10 mins a la calle principal de comercio, fiesta y restaurantes. Todo estuvo perfecto. En las habitaciones no había dónde colgar las toallas ni la ropa húmeda.

- Rebecca (9/5): Beautiful oasis - What a beautiful hotel! The pool area is excellent and the gardens are just gorgeous. It really felt like we were in a little oasis. It's super quiet here, away from the main part of town. We booked a room with a private pool and loved having the option of dipping into that one when we were hot or chilling out by the larger pool. The staff were all super lovely. Breakfasts were hearty (the smoothie bowl is delicious). Filtered water provided at the kitchen for use. Would highly recommend staying here!

- Alina (10/5): Highly recommend - We had a beautiful room with a terrace on the second floor. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was Room service every day. The breakfast was very good , you can decide between four options plus you get fresh fruits , juice and coffee. We had diner once, which was very delicious. The pool is amazing, a place where you can really relax. (Be aware that Palomino has no real beach, so I recommend a hotel with a pool) The hotel offers to organize different activities, which is very comfortable. They also offer laundry service. Laundry smelled really good after. Card payment is possible. Last but not least, the staff was super nice and helpful. They spoke really good English. We extended one night, because we felt so comfortable! Everything was perfect

- Laura (10/5): Lush and relaxing stay at the edge of Palomino - Beautiful property and I absolutely loved the quiet and peace (no loud music like in some other places, mostly no music at all). Surrounded by the sound of birds, the pool in the middle of the lush garden… it was great! Also when you’re down for a day at the pool, no need to leave for lunch or drinks because you can all get it at the hotel. Also if you love dogs eat your heart out, the dog cafe from the Palomino dog shelter is next door and you can take walks from there to the beach with them – would highly recommend! No downside at all, just something to consider: it’s about 10 minutes by foot from Palomino center, as it’s on the edge of the town (which we loved, as it was peaceful and quiet but still close to everything). We were happy to have our headlights with us!

- Kevin (8/5): Prima - Relaxte sfeer, leuk zwembad. Wij hadden een kamer met een ruim balkon op de bovenste verdieping. Het eten is prima, wel enkel veggie opties. Het was wel netjes, maar geen 5 sterren waard. Bed is klein en kort. Badkamer niet heel schoon en ijskoud water. Het personeel is niet enthousiast en straalt niet uit of ze er zin in hebben (receptie wel wat meer). Zwembad is oké, maar de voegen zien heel groen en in de filter zaten dode kakkerlakken :(

- Ann-Sophie (8/5): - Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage inmitten von Palmen. Mein Bungalow war gemütlich und sauber, der Poolbereich inkl. Restaurant ist eine richtige Oase und es herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre ohne nervige Musik. Die Lage ist im Allgemeinen ruhig, zu Fuss kann man aber locker alles in der Umgebung erreichen. Nach meiner Buchung hatte ich das Hotel kontaktiert, um zu fragen, ob es warmes Wasser gibt, was bestätigt wurde. Bei meiner Ankunft erfuhr ich dann, dass dies jedoch nur am Tag und bei Sonnenschein der Fall sei, da es mit Solarenergie betrieben wird. Schlussendlich hatte ich aber nie warmes Wasser. Im Bad bildet sich bei der Dusche einiges an Schimmel.

- Justyna (8/5): To byl nasz trzeci pobyt w tym hotelu ale nie warto doplacac do lepszego pokoju. - Obiekt jest bardzo fotogeniczny, dużo zieleni, basen. Panuje tam spokojna atmosfera. Pyszne owoce! Pokoje są czyste, choc bardzo skromne. Dopłaciliśmy tym razem do lepszego pokoju (z basenem) natomiast 100e za noc w pokoju gdzie nie ma kosza na mieści, rzadko bywa ciepła woda a ręczniki wyglądają jak by miały 100lat i często zle pachną…. Od 4 latach nie nie zmieniło się w karcie jeśli chodzi o śniadania.

- Jose Luis (9/5): Un oasis sensacional - Un paraíso: piscina abierta hasta las 22:00, desayuno rico (4 opciones), staff genial, a 5 minutos de la playa andando y a 5 minutos de la calle principal de Palomino El agua caliente tarda en salir. Estaría bien algún colgador o silla o mesa más en la habitación, para dejar la ropa y toallas.
- Eda (8/5): 3 Nächte in Palomino reicht dann auch aus. Das Hotel ist wirklich süß aber die Strände in Palomino sindhalt wirklich nic - Das Restaurant und der Stil des Hotels.
- Camilo (10/5): Paraíso entre árboles! - El lugar es muy bonito, se siente la tranquilidad dentro de el, la habitación N2 era excelente, las camas con sus toldillos bien cerrados, cómodas y bien equipadas, el baño espectacular. El desayuno fue perfecto para iniciar el día.

- Inmaculada (10/5): - Es un lugar de tranquilidad, con todas las comodidades, además de piscina tiene espacios con diferentes hamacas y rincones de lectura muy acogedores. Todos los muebles de madera son muy bonitos, los hacen allí mismo. La ubicación es perfecta para estar cerca de la sexta pero sin el barullo. Cuando vuelva a Palomino, desde luego me hospedaré aquí.
