This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform 19 Atelier Montorgueil in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the booker needs to be an adult and to be present upon check-in. The number of people in the apartment needs to match the number of guests validated during the booking process. The property reserves the right to check anytime after check-in. Please note that the property is located in a residential building and that guests are asked to behave accordingly. Any loud noise or party is forbidden in the premises. Guests are kindly asked to leave the apartment clean. End-of-stay cleaning (except for the washing up) is included in the price. In the event of damages to the property, the cost of repairs will be debited from the guest's bank account with a minimum of EUR 300. Please note that a copy of the credit card that will be presented upon check-in, as well as a copy of corresponding photo ID, must be sent to the property after booking.
