Fauziah (4/5): May not repeat my stay here. With the price of the room we paid, indeed I may consider other hotels. - The room service for cleaning is not done as a default. A system that we are not informed about regarding choices for room cleaning is by default ‘Do not disturb’. This go unnoticed when we went out in the morning. Soon as we came back the room was not tidied up and the garbage is not disposed. The policy by right should always clean the room unless otherwise requested! As we called for room cleaning, we were insulted as if we merely wanted to top up the toiletries. Upon checking out, our room key was disabled before 12.00noon. Had then faced the hassle to go up and down the lift to unlock the room as a few of our luggage are still within.

NORHIDAYAH (8/5): - The customer service/receptionist is good in handling my request through email. Fast reply and able to fulfill my request in an efficient manner. The breakfast was also quite good, got several choices but of course I'm not able to taste all the foods due to being already full. Also I love the bathtubs, can relaxing for a while during the staycation. The check in process takes a long time around half an hour, The waiting area is quite packed with so many people sitting there during the check in. Quite disappointed a bit as I requested a birthday cake delivery to surprise my husband but failed. Already informed at receptionist to send around 15min after check in but not arrive. Later they call the room and yeah of course my husband already knows about it. Waiting for them to send at night at 8pm but still late half an hour.

nafisah (9/5): Gem in Putrajaya - I like the room. It was big and spacious. I like the fact the sink is outside the toilet. I also like the hotel using a water filter system instead of plastic mineral water. Also there are so many mirrors in the room. Breakfast was great too. You get a lot of choices. The carpark entrance was very narrow.

NOOR AZAM (6/5): Better avoid - The location only I stayed for 4 nights. Every morning have to tell the front desk to make up my room before I go to work. 2 days they didn’t come and clean the room. After call next day, they come but they did not vacuum the carpet. The dirt before check in was there still not cleaned up. Sauna no light and seem not functioning. No staff there to assist. Gym no aircond. Better stay other hotel if you pay for those advertised facilities but in reality not functioning well. Regret staying here.

Noorul Ilyani (8/5): Walking distance to 7 Eleven, Burger King - The location is great, room at level 9 is good but not at other level. I was late arrived at the hotel around 10pm, showered and straight go to bed. The comforter smell damped but too tired to complain. Next day was shock to see a lot of long black hair under the pillows and under bed sheet. My hair is not black. Made a complaint and they give me new room. Thank you for that.

Lea (2/5): Habitación y baño MUY SUCIOS - Alojamiento bien ubicado. Las habitaciones tienen vista directa al lago. La piscina en el piso superior está muy bien, buenas butacas y vistas geniales. Habitación grande. Servicio de habitaciones resolutivo. Habitación SUCIA. Nunca me he encontrado tantos pelos en una ducha. Me tuve que duchar con chanclas. Restos de comida por la moqueta de la habitación que no recomiendo pisar por nada del mundo. Pelos en la cama. Yo creo que no la limpiaron antes de darnos la llave, sino, no lo entiendo. Es totalmente inaceptable para un hotel de este nivel, supuestamente.
