We only noticed that tap water contain to much chemicals which effect tea quality "But this have something to do with regional issue" same water problem has Port Maquarie. Over all our stay was very good including wether .

- Christie (1/5): Beyond disappointed that owner did not even bother to respond to my requests for restitution. - Close to restaurants. Extremely loud exhaust fan in ensuite (65 decibels) meant I could not sleep in the main bedroom either night. Reported to Shoal Bay Accommodation, who were helpful and tried to get it fixed. The owner has never responded to requests for compensation, having had to spend two nights on the sofa rather than in the main bedroom. Cannot recommend.

- Adrian (9/5): A great, well appointed holiday apartment, close to everything - Spotlessly clean & very well appointed with everything a family needs, just take food and supplies, or cafes, restaurants and a Supermarket very close by. A BBQ on the balcony and a trundle bed in the second bedroom ..... little extras.
150m to the beach, easy access from undercover parking, Wi-Fi and Netflix for a rainy day, close to everything but far enough away, not to hear it!
A great holiday stay and we'll be back! Nothing negative to write at all about our stay or the apartment.
If I'm pushed, arriving to find builder's equipment and supplies spread across several parking spaces, including ours, which was quickly remedied within the hour, and construction work was not a bother, just necessary on lower terraces.
