Iyanthi (1/5): Dusty old unit, unclean and no linen or towels after paying for it - The view is great the place is crap. It was a mess and carpets not vacuumed Unclean unit. Although we paid for linen and towels, there was nothing and had to wait up till 11pm for delivery.
Miranda (4/5): Location amazing, amenities basic - The location was excellent and the property was clean. It was a joy to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. There was no linen and towels when we arrived and this only got delivered the next morning. We debated booking into another hotel as no-one wants to sleep on a bed without linen. But we made a plan with our beach towels & sarongs. Furniture is old & pretty basic. They literally only give you the bare essentials including two little long-life milks for tea/coffee (we are a family of 3). It just felt a bit petty.

Anthea (1/5): It is not ok to expect people to stay without linen and towels - location & View Booked for 5 people but no bed linen on arrival. We rang at 4pm and they dropped off enough for 4 people only. We rang again at 7pm only had sheets and towels for 4, they said someone would drop over more. We rang again at 7:30 and they tried to call someone again however they couldn't get onto anyone so told us someone would be in touch in the morning. By 11am no one had contacted us so i had to go back to the office and there they were unaware that we had had a problem. It is not ok to have to stay without sheets or towels.
