• Matthew (1/5): great location but house was left in disgusting state, absolute disgrace - location arrived to find the house was still dirty from previous tenants, beds were not changed/cleaned, dirty towels in the bath of the bathroom, dirty glasses in the kitchen stink, the house was clearly left they was it was when previous tenants left
• Joanne (8/5): Over priced and stingy - Location Limited supplies, toilet paper no tissues. Extra towels would be nice. Wanted an extra charge for early access when the unit was empty anyway!

• Mick (1/5): Terrible!! - Had zero heating on the top floor of the property. Called Port Stephens Accommodation on Saturday morning after suffering all night in very cold rainy and windy temperatures. They sent out a handyman on Saturday morning to try and fix the air conditioning and he could not fix the system and letting us know that a air conditioner company will have to come out and repair next week. All he did was complain to us that he left his 13 year old daughter home alone to help us. We were given zero help to keep warm. The floorboards looked surface clean but in closer inspection there was over 2inches of dust, hair and crumbs under all the furniture- lounge, beds. It was filthy!
• Chisek (9/5): Fabulous place, I had the best time with my friends and would love to come back - The property was fabulous, excellent location, beautiful deck areas, and sitting areas, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Comfortable beds. A little confusing with check in, partly my fault as earlier on I had called the property about check in was told to pick up keys at the real estate, but when I went there they said it was a code that was sent to my email. I had overlooked the email to register on line. All sorted eventually. We only had one tea towel and one dish cloth and soap between both apartments. However at the end of the stay I noticed a snap lock bag with tea towel and cloth in the wizbin which was odd. And we hardly had any toilet paper and ran out on the last night and not much sugar.

• Zakaria (8/5): Best place for mates in shoal bay, even portstephens. - I enjoyed the space, the kitchen, the location. The amount of beds was also perfect for our group. The cleaning, the showers leaked so much water into the rest of the bathroom and the mop was available, however the rinser for the mop didn't work.
