• Hanieh (4/5): - price for location and space was good - apartment itself wasnt that clean (we found old socks in our closet and rubbish on the floor of the living room) - bedsheets and pillow covers could’ve definitely been cleaner (honestly the more I think about it the more concerned I become that they were ever washed before we got there) - apartment didn’t include anything and everything was bring your own (no tissue box, no hand soap in the bathrooms, no dish wash liquid, no dishwasher soap/liquid, minimal toilet paper, one tiny hotel bottle of shampoo and one for conditioner for our booking of 10 people and 2 nights) - the dishes in the kitchen cabinets were not clean and had stains on them, also because there wasn’t any dish wash liquid we couldn’t even clean them and had to buy one time use plates, cutleries and cups. - none of the windows or balcony doors had any fly screens so they couldn’t be kept open - pillows didn’t have clean covers

• Jessica (7/5): Great location, spacious, but missing a lot of little touches - The location was excellent, short walk to the harbour and shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was spacious which was great for our large group. The beds were very comfortable. For 8 guests staying 2 nights, we were provided 2 slivers of soap, 2 bottles of hand wash with 1cm remaining in each (that had been diluted with water), 4 tea bags, 4 sachets of coffee, sugar and creamer. We were instructed to wash and put away all dishes at the end of our stay but there was only 1 paper thin tea towel that left lint on the dishes. There was no shampoo or conditioner, no hair dryer, no laundry powder, no wi-fi, no tissues. The bath tub was out of order. One bedroom had broken blinds (missing a slat). Note that sheets are provided but you are expected to make the beds yourself. Each double bed had 4 pillows but only 2 pillowcases?! We expected slightly better amenities for the amount we paid. At least Woolies was nearby so we could go and buy the things we needed. I also think the number of automated emails from the accommodation management company could be reduced.

• Bonfield (10/5): one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. - Great location. Plenty of room. Facilities were excellent. Beds were great. The unit had everything we needed. Nothing to dislike except maybe an extra set of keys

• Paul (6/5): Overall had a good stay, just disapointing a few things dampened our stay - Location was good, close to everything was able to walk everywhere. Large premises and plenty of space for our family group with children, the property itself was great for a group wanting to go away for a weekend. Fridge didn't work, had to buy esky's and ice to keep food cold, couldn't get in contact with managing agent's as they are closed on weekends, aircon doesn't work in bedroom area's only the main living area which made the bedrooms very stuffy and they didn't have screens on the bedroom balcony doors so couldn't leave doors open for airflow. Ensuite bathroom vanity tap had no water pressure. We found food in oven from previous visitors, so doesn't say much for the cleaners. After reading other reviews after the fact it seems that certain problems have been ongoing and doesn't seem to be a priority to get fixed.
