• Andrew (6/5): Ok - Location to the beach is excellent . We stayed last year and it appears there had been no basic maintenance done which was disappointing, blind in bedroom broken and generally the house could do with a deep clean.

• Cass (8/5): Enjoyed our stay after picking up rubbish and rectifying some OHS issues for safety of everyone - Location and cost Multiple light globes not working in bathroom, lounge room and kitchen/dining areas. Ground next to driveway at front of property very uneven with huge pot hole causing an OH&S issue. A lot of loose kitchen rubbish in driveway. Garden edging running along side of driveway had moved so nails were sticking out. Again another OH&S issue with risk to someone standing on them.

• Michelle (8/5): Very good - Location perfect Cosy homey feel Two bathrooms. Comfy couches No fly screens on the bedroom windows. A bin in kitchen for recycling would be handy and make it easier to put to yellow bin.
• Richard (7/5): Great location and good for cars and young adults. - Spacious Truly less impressive than photos suggest. It is an old family beach house, still comfy enough but nothing fancy about it.
• Kangsung (4/5): It is cheaper than accommodations in the surrounding area. But there is a reason it is cheap. - Just location There is no WIFI, and mobile data is hardly available inside the house. There are cobwebs on the ceiling and there are too many ants.

• John (8/5): Great location and plenty of room - Walking distance to the water and restaurants. Very comfortable and well stocked kitchen and amenities. Fully fenced for our dog, water and food bowls. Met all our needs Doors are a bit squeaky and tap in laundry a bit loose.

• Karuna (10/5): Beautiful House for a Comfortable Weekend - The property was well looked after and comfortable. The property has had a few average reviews and I was a bit hesitant booking, but I have to say that we had a wonderful time and the property has been kept up to a very high standard. The bathroom is new, the beds were comfortable with good sheets, the kitchen has everything you need. Only downside is that the pipes are quite loud when you have a shower - will wake up your co guests if you have a shower at 5am.

• Tanya (3/5): Very disappointing for the amount of money - The location was great the size of the house was good for a family It was very unclean lots of mould in the vanity in the main bathroom the second toilet in the laundry didn’t flush properly it smelt of animals there was a mat in the laundry/ second bathroom that had a very bad odour. The standard fans some didn’t work but we’re covered in mould and dust.There we’re dangerous holes on the side of the driveway and a drain covered in a mat as you walked out the back door. You felt like you had to clean it before you could stay in it very tired and run down.

• Jane (4/5): Property needs some updates to ensure people have a great stay. You can't rely on location alone. - It is a great location. It needs many updates. Bedding mattress in one bedroom was old and very stained. All beds need new pillows plus the linen was hospital grade. Water pressure in the property is so bad it wakes people when bathroom is used in the evening. Fire alarm beeping so needs replacement.
