- Gordon (7/5): - 1. The blinds in master bedroom were broken and didn't close 2. In lounge one chair was shedding its rubber underseal and we had to ensure we vacuums so no rubber was dragged around unit, spoiling floors 3. En suite toilet seat was showing severe wear and was very askew 4. Air Con was a nightmare! One controller didn't have enough batteries; we had to reboot system to get all three working. But the serious issue is this needs a mas8ve service as even overnight if we had all three units switched off ALL would periodically crunch out a weird metallic sound which we could not turn off For $350 a night can't believe these issues 'JUST' occurred this weekend Hopefully I don't get hit up by trip advisor to rate Regards Gordon

- Kelly (6/5): Convenient, great location…but needs a good clean overall and update a few things - Great location. Lots of wardrobe space. Good blinds …rooms dark when sleeping. Size of unit and like a separate dryer to washing machine so that was great. Very noisy air conditioning. When unit is running (or not) it makes a vibrating noise. Difficult when trying to sleep. No wifi. Main bed needs new bed frame and mattress. Not in good condition. Hair not cleaned up in property. Cleanliness was average lots of hair and sand. Lift not working for first two days of our stay.
- David (6/5): Tidy appartment - Location and it was tidy and the plenty of room The aircon was directed directly at the lounge plus the bed so cold air consistently on you, good breeze throttle is unit but no fly screens This coffee tea sugar and milk amount was poor in not enough for 2 Cups of Tea

Great midway location. - Clean, modern and close to everything with a hint of water views from the balcony Another car spot would have been good, especially seeing as the streets are all times parking.
- Scott (6/5): Great location, the apartment was nice & spacious, it just wasn't clean. Not worth the money we paid - The location & size of the apartment, the secure undercover parking, the partial waterview. Our beds were comfortable & there were extra blankets if we needed them. The apartment was not clean. Upon arrival we could see sand on the floor - the floors looked dirty. The apartment needed a good dust over & overall good clean. We were only given one set of keys even though we requested 2, so had to travel into Nelson Bay the next day & wait until 10.30/11am to request another set which wasted our time (we were there for a wedding). We paid top dollar for our accommodation & didn't think the cleanliness of the apartment was satisfactory. The WiFi code was not supplied - we searched the apartment thoroughly.
- Grujovski (5/5): Clean Break 😞 - Location The place was not clean. Stains on pillows and sheets, dust and crumbs everywhere. AC very noisy too. Not my idea of a holiday if I have to clean my accommodation on arrival.
