This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Stephen (10/5): Very enjoyable except for the poor TV - The TV needs updating badly and some free to air channels could not be accessed (e.g channel 7 in which I count watch the test cricket). The TV had on old set top box (which possibly didn’t work). So a new smart TV would really be good 👍 See my comment on the need for a new ‘all channel capture’ smart TV. The pool was fab ass was the location and I’ve rebooked for the same time next year .
