• Maree (8/5): Love Shoal Bay and the position of the unit however apartment needed a deep clean as well as the entry ways and lift - Position is fabulous. Property manager was fabulous could not fault them. The apartment needed a good clean. Windows were filthy. Cushions in the sofa were dirty

• Mena (8/5): Overall good stay but could have been a little better - The location, layout and the view Frustrating time waiting an hour to get our key on arrival. 🥹 The Unit needs some maintenance, the garbage bin broken so lid falls off and rubbish stinks, mean with soap for washing hands garbage bags very cheap and thin, had we known that no shampoo etc would be supplied we would brought our own. a little mean overall. No instructions for tv. I ordered 2.double beds in both rooms but one had bunks!

• Tina (6/5): Great location, modern and clean. - Modern and clean with a small balcony and some ocean views. The air con in each room made a very loud sudden noise approx every 5 minutes. It was so loud we couldn't sleep and had to turn them off overnight. Luckily it wasn't very hot.

• Mertens (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great so close to everything. The unit was very modern and well set up the only problem was the bed which was quite hard but linen very nice as well as pillows. Would rebook.
• Tina (8/5): Very good - location, neat and tidy and had all the necessary amenities, even board games. nice furniture, comfortable beds. lots to like about it. the vacuum exploded and almost started a fire, definitely needs replacing. the aircon is noisy.
