• Tracey (6/5): Great location, nice unit. Would not stay here again unless the air conditioning was changed. - Location, size of unit, access via lift We were two families, and were only able to get 1 set of keys which made accessing the unit tricky at times. Our main point of discomfort was the continual gurgling from the air conditioning which made a good nights sleep impossible. Both families were impacted.
• Jayde (3/5): Disappointing - Location Cleanliness. Bathrooms weren’t clean, hair of all types everywhere. Linen was stained, towels stained. Doona covers looked like they hadn’t been washed in months, doona inserts were stained and were a hygiene hazard. Blankets in the cupboard were covered with brown stains.
• Alexia (6/5): Pleasant - Great location and nice apartment size Check in process was painful, they delayed our check in time by an hour yet the apartment was so dirty . You also have to make you own beds
• Jarrod (6/5): Nice spacious unit in perfect location. Just need to work on some of their servicing issues. - Great location close to beach, shops & club. Property more spacious than expected which was great as had 5 adults staying. A few things they need to improve: 1. We booked for 5 adults but were given one key only. When we called requesting a second key they said they would get back to us but never heard from them. Just made it hard when people were doing different things but only one person could have the key. 2. The bed sheets are just left on the bed in a plastic bag. Would it be that hard to make the beds prepared for the guests rather than having to do it when you arrive? 3. The showers have no shower gels & the bathroom areas have no soaps of any kind which I think is very unusual & not hygienically great either as expect them to be in the bathroom facilities.
• Amanda (8/5): Excellent, would stay again. - Apartment was a lot more spacious than we thought, from the photos. Very large balcony, Very well equipped. Beds were all made up!! to our surprise which was great! after travelling. (unsure if they would be from reading other reviews) and extra linen for the sofa bed. (we did book for 4 adults and one child), Excellent proximity to the beach, cafes, IGA, bars, cannot fault that. Great to have washer & dryer, we used and washed our towels as stayed for 3 nights. Very handy. Includes carpark. Nice and quiet - given it looks out to the back of the building. Minimal amenities, ie no soap, dish washing tablets (we bought some and left them), some of the glasses weren't clean, and only 4 towels, for 5 people. Overall minor things.
• Tyronne (8/5): A fantastic unit , placed close to everything you may need . Back facing means no noise from street & wonderful view - Property was great , as the host had everything you could possibly need + more . Cosy & comfortable in every aspect & nicely laid out . Ok this is minor - but no bottle opener , but there was one attached to scissors . Can be a little dangerous. The mattress’s were a little soft & to be honest both rooms are huge - could go queen rather than double & slightly firmer mattress’s. It comfy enough

• Jennifer (9/5): Will definitely stay here again - Loved the location, the layout of the unit - a lot more spacious than what it seems Alarm on fridge. Can turn it off - but it will reactivate itself. I wasn't a fan of making the bed myself - however it was good to know that the sheets were actually clean
• Claudia (5/5): Passable - Furniture is modern and property is within walking distance of the country club and the shops. First property I have stayed at that you have to make your own beds, 4 pillows on the beds but only 2 slips for each bed? One and a half rolls of wet toilet paper for 4 guests and when requesting more, we were told we would have to buy additional toilet paper ourselves. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided. Empty body wash bottle on the shelf. Under the lounges were filthy and hair brushes in between the cushions. 2 bin bags is not enough. Fridge was constantly beeping during the stay. Plates and cups were dirty from previous guest so we had to wash most things before using them. The lady that called to confirm the stay was very rude. Overall, not worth the money you pay, the cleanliness is at a very low standard.

• David (9/5): Superb - Central location. Excellent. 1. The agent knew we were a party of two. Supplied only one door key. Never asked if we wanted two keys. We got a second key in day-2 of our 3 days stay. 2. Supplied one fob for car parking entrance. The electronic receptor for the fob was hidden, so we could not enter the parking. Until an owner in the complex was entering with her car (a few hours later, after we've had a lot of trouble shlepping the luggage through the main entrance) and told us where it was. She said "all renters can't find the hidden receptor". If the Body Corporate is impotent, the agent must explain it when handing the fob to the renter.
