- Nikki (7/5): - Location was the best thing. Room size was excellent too. It was not very clean. Bathroom areas had dirt/ mould on the lower areas that needed a simple wipe over that obviously hadn't been done in a long time. Beds needed to be made yourself and were very uncomfortable. Bunks made so much noise we moved mattress from top to the floor. Finding your way around was very hard and no explanation with the handful of keys you had to constantly rummage through.

- Angela (5/5): Great location and nice size unit - Location is excellent. Nice size unit for 4 people. 2 bathrooms. Nice decor. Furniture is a bit old and Unit was not clean. Loungeroom rug was very dirty and smelled, making the unit stuffy on arrival. Would reccomend removing the rug all together. We bought cleaning products and did our own clean. A mop would have been good to clean the floors.

- Ann (7/5): Lovely short stay but basic kitchen and bathroom items lacking in the property. - The property was very close to the beach. It was a ground floor unit which was great for a family. The property was within walking distance to Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. Safe beach for young children with great amenities (toilets, BBQ’s, picnic tables) close to the beach. I was surprised that the owners did not provide any soap/hand wash in the bathrooms & Kitchen. Only two 15ml milk portions were left. A small carton of milk would have been appreciated. I expected that salt, pepper & oil would have been provided but that was not the case.

Two bathrooms was also a bonus to have. Instructions as to how to find the Unit & what key was for what lock. Supply of soap in bathrooms & detergent in kitchen.

- Scott (5/5): Expensive for what it was - Location was pretty good. Parking was easy. Big TV. No wifi despite advertising in unit to say a modem could be found in the unit-no such modem was found, small and hard bed, no laundry detergent to wash clothes, quite dark inside.

- Lana (6/5): place was very clean, and comfortable. - the property was very close to Nelson bay, just a nice walk into the town centre. it was super clean when we arrived and more spacious than the photos make it out to be. the lighting inside was very dark. we arrived in the afternoon, and this apartment doesn’t get a lot of the sun throughout the day, so adequate lighting is a must. felt very cold at night. thank goodness for the air con.
