• Linda (8/5): - Location, beds, view, decore, balconies, facilities. - Internet was slow and intermitten. Often didnt work in back rooms. Sometimes affecting pay TV. - Garage door button did not work. Garage could not be locked (even manually).

• CIHAT (6/5): Port Stephen’s was great we enjoyed our holiday not the accommodation. - Location and the size of the unit was excellent. Coffee machine did not work Couches are very old and leg raises don’t work The dining table is flimsy and tips when pressed on the edges - dangerous Some Cushions are old and smells musty with satins on them Bathrooms should be disinfected with bleach after each stay. It was not cleaned properly. It has just been mopped and wiped. It needs proper disinfecting. We were worried about fungal and other infections. Main bathroom shower cube has no where to put bottles of shampoo etc. ( it has a soap holder) The garage is so small even the smallest car does not fit. It’s not a garage…. It’s a storage area. We had to leave our car outside. And paid for lock up garage, we should be refunded. Overall it is not a safe unit, it has glass main door (can see inside) and its balcony is open to public access with no security and privacy as anyone can access it. Balcony of the family room had a lot of bird poo. Beach walkers with the dogs - can hear barking

Spectacular views from balcony. Comfy lounges and beds. Very clean bathrooms. Generous supplies. It was very easy to get use to and was very relaxing atmosphere. No screen door on main bedroom balcony. Double door through laundry and toilet was annoying so only used hall door.
