Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. David (3/5): We most likely will not go back, unless its actually and recently been cleaned. - The location was perfect. Thats about all we enjoyed at this property. We arrived to cobwebs in the kitchen, where the wooden chopping boards are stored, obviously no one has been in the house for some time. Long, thick black hairs in the bathtub, in the bathroom sink cupboard, and on the carpet. Dirty utensils put back in the drawers, specifically steel tongs used for a bbq that were filthy upon arrival. Built up dirt behind the downstairs bathroom door, dried brown drink splash marks on the walls for some reason! I lost the tv remote, during my search I pulled what i can only assume was the top half a beef jerky packet from in-between the sofa cushions. We had to take the shag rug outside to shake some crumbs and at least 12 months of black dirt and grime came out, we have 2 under 2 so we opted to keep the rug out in the garage so they wouldn't have to be in contact with a rug that very possibly has never been cleaned! There was soap scum build up in the shower and cobwebs covering the towel rack, I only noticed when I stuck my hands in them to try and hang our towels up. At least 4 glasses were coated in grease, most likely not been washed properly. Most of the pots and pans we used had loose handles, which made cooking quite difficult. Honestly this property has immense potential, its unfortunate that whoever is cleaning this space is taking advantage of whoever owns it! Its really a shame. I do have photos of some of the dirt we found...
Sophia (5/5): Great location, passable accommodation. - Location House could do with a good spring clean. At first only gave us one set of keys, perhaps you should think about getting more keys cut especially when groups of adults are staying in your accommodations. When you book, then get a message about not having linen and towels, for that money perhaps you should also think about complementary linen and towels, assume this is managed by McGrath.

Sharon (7/5): We had a wonderful couple of days. - The location, car parking, how spacious the unit was. Also the outdoor area courtyard, we enjoyed sitting & eating out in it. We took our own sheets & towels. On the details it stated two double beds, but one was a queen so we had to buy extra bedding to fit. Also needed tea towels, & some of the cooking utensils need to be discarded quite dirty & worn.
