Helpfully accommodating for late arrival by open access to room so no problem.
Plenty of parking space in the courtyard.
Clean room and perfectly functional bathroom. (Shower does flood the floor a bit, but tiled so no big deal)
Not many nearby restaurants open for dinner (so check ahead). Kettle in the breakfast kitchen common part so could make myself a camomile tea on arrival. Charming hostess.

Then told that we had the wrong room and that we were not booked in despite having paid up front so had to be moved to another room. Eventually they found the booking - hotels.com site is a waste of time as I have never been able to log in and they did not send the confirmation to the property.
Small area to eat breakfast with total confusion as only space for about 12 people and 16 were staying there!
Nothing clear at all as to what you wee allowed to eat etc. Kitchen area very crowded with coffee machines, kettles and other gadgets.

- David (9/5): Comfortable and conveniently-located stay for visiting battlefields and other historic sites. - I stayed for a week visiting Great War battlefields and sites. This farm was within easy distance of many 1914 (Le Cateau), 1917 (Cambrai) and 1918 battles. The later include the farm itself which was not destroyed in the war although it was shelled and bombed from aircraft by the Germans on 8 October 1918, when it was the headquarters of the British 110th Infantry Brigade. For other battlefields, the close-by Bonavis crossroads provides access to the French motorway system. This was a quiet, peaceful bed and breakfast. I often brought in a salad for dinner and are at the tables in the courtyard. It all worked out very well.

- Shirley (8/5): Very welcoming and pleasant stay with very lovely family room - Very ideal and clean rooms for a family. Not many places that have 3 beds in with a double bed too. We found this accommodation so we weren't too far from the eurotunnel (only an hour and a half away) si was ideal. Breakfast was available at a time convenient for us and delicious. Highly recommend Would have liked a TV in the room.
Shame there weren't eating places open that were very child friendly as fine dining felt a.bit of a worry with a 2 year old
- Tina (9/5): Superb -
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katie (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was great, clean spacious rooms/ bathroom. The breakfast was lovely a continental style with fresh produce. We were recommended a restaurant for our evening meal which was only a short drive away, menu was perfect for adults and kids.
- Zsofia (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (9/5): lovely stay on an arable farm and lovely countryside - beautiful location and lovely, authentic accommodation
- Paul (5/5): Passable - breakfast was nice, but was not large enough. Good handy location. The toilet, which was right next to the main bed, was faulty and was constantly noisily refilling. Cramped room.
- Joe (8/5): Pleasant farm stay B&B near Cambrai in northern France. - Good breakfast, friendly owner, plenty of onsite parking, comfortable beds, outdoor tables that you can sit at, pleasant courtyard surrounded by converted farm buildings, sells beer brewed at Vaucelles Abbey. Slightly tricky to find, evening food only available some nights although reasonably local restaurant details were provided.
- Emma (10/5): Wonderful stay, would recommend to anyone. - Absolutely fabulous accommodation, stayed 1 night on our way through from Calais but would definitely have stayed for longer if we had time! Lovely host, great breakfast and beautiful location..would 100% recommend!! Nothing at all
