• Sune (6/5): - location and view from the balcony. Living room furniture was beautiful but impractical. The coffee table could not be reached from the sofa. We only got one key which was a problem as we were two couples.

• Robert (5/5): A pleasant stay spoiled by the dirt. - The property was in rather poor condition. There was dirt on the floors, ice cream sticks on the floor, exceedingly dirty patio which resulted in more dirt being brought inside. Furthermore, the windows were so dirty that it was necessary to,try and clean them. The gas tank for the bbq was empty. Curtains in one of the bedrooms and the main lounge area were broken from their respective clips on the ends. The two grates in the bathrooms were choked resulting in one of the bathrooms flooding. We found all these issues very disappointing considering the rental that was charged. It is a lovely unit that has been severely neglected.
• Rajouria (7/5): it was very challenging for my elderly parents to climb up 4 floors of stairs. - I want took my elderly parents for a trip, I was advised the lift was broken only hours before my trip when I asked which floor the apartment was in the lady told me she would confirm and call back but she never did. I called them again to get location of the pool she told me she would call back no one called me back I found it later when I was troughing the rubbish.
• Anne (8/5): Lovely outlook, new bathrooms and furnished ok but needs more - Spacious and view For the price very little amenities; needs to have salt & pepper, oil, more garbage bags and tea towels as booking just for a weekend and paying that price, not good; more glasses and few more chairs on the balcony. Also they need a larger tv as it is minute for the size room and you could purchase bigger for not too much. Not terribly clea, found long far hairs in the bathroom which weren’t ours!

• Amanda (9/5): Great location, beautiful view and close to all shops, cafes and restaurants. - Great location and so easy to walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and accommodated 5 adults very easily. The only downside is the parking spot under the building is not big enough for a large SUV and the bins for the building are not easily accessible so it is a bit of trek to take the rubbish out.
• Catherine (4/5): Nice but not nice - The views were amazing. Great Location. Not good when power went out from 8.30 to 5.30 with no warning. No notice in regards to this The above - needs a good general clean - behind doors - cushions on the lounges need a good turn over and clean - cockroaches on the veranda - not what we expected.

Great facilities exceeded expectations I was handed an envelope with the keys at the local office of the agent. No instructions for accessing the property or the garaging were included. No details of entry codes. It was pure luck that I met a resident outside who very kindly showed me where and how to get in, which key to use and how to access the lift and operate the garage doors and entry gates with a coded remote, none of which were obvious or guessable!

• Charles (7/5): generally very comfortable but a little tired and could be cleaner. an update to a few small things would make all the d - excellent location with amazing view. very comfortable and spacious apartment. well equiped kitchen a few functional issues - plugs missing/didn’t fit tub, faulty clothes horse/no washing basket which is noticeable when travelling with baby or small children. ripped screen doors. could be cleaner. could only get one set of keys which is unrealistic for a 3 bedroom unit.
• Umma (4/5): Apartment was convenient for stay - Location was excellent. Everything like shopping centre, service station, cruise for whales 🐋 and dolphins 🐬 watching was just walking distance. Customer service was very very poor and upsetting 😡. Very very unclean. Drier and microwave were out of order, No wi fi facilities
