- MariaB (9/5): Sejur confortabil si relaxant, cu atmosfera placuta, civilizata, amabila - Am apreciat confortul cazarii, atmosfera restaurantului, amabilitatea numerosului personal, curatenia si grija pentru resort. Suita e foarte spatioasa si confortabila, din pacate ferestrele raman in permanenta acoperite de jaluzele din cauza pozitionarii la parter/demisol, dar se bucura de un living generos. Mic dejun bun, standard. Restaurantul e o optiune foarte buna si confortabila pentru pranz sau cina. Nu am stiut ca suitele sunt disponibile doar la parter/demisol, am fi ales o alta varianta de camera. Locatia e indepartata de centru, dar cu masina nu e nici o problema.

- Belean (6/5): - Am ales acest hotel din Predeal cu speranța unei experiențe plăcute, însă din păcate am avut mai multe nemulțumiri. Politica privind copiii este formulată într-un mod mai puțin vizibil și insuficient explicat, ceea ce poate crea confuzii pentru familii. Consider că astfel de informații ar trebui afișate clar și transparent. Camera a fost destul de mică, sub așteptările noastre raportat la preț și la descrierea prezentată. La micul dejun am avut o experiență neplăcută: o doamnă din personal a stat în spatele nostru urmărind atent ce ne punem în farfurie, lucru care ne-a creat un disconfort evident. Atmosfera ar trebui să fie una relaxantă, nu supravegheată. De asemenea, interacțiunea cu recepția nu a fost una plăcută. Receptionera a părut obosită și arogantă, iar tonul folosit nu a fost potrivit pentru domeniul ospitalității. Sperăm ca aceste aspecte să fie îmbunătățite pe viitor, deoarece locația are potențial.

- Ana-Maria (8/5): Cazare curată și confortabilă, dar cu loc de îmbunătățire pe partea de ospitalitate. - O experiență excelentă! Amenajarea interioară este deosebită, iar atenția la detalii și curățenia desăvârșită creează un ambient foarte plăcut și relaxant. Deși gradul de ocupare al unității era scăzut, am fost repartizați la ultimul etaj. Având în vedere că am călătorit cu un copil de un an și șapte luni, ne-ar fi fost mult mai utilă o cameră la un etaj inferior, pentru un acces mai facil.

- Yaris_G (7/5): - The place was nice, and the reception staff were informative and kind. The room had a great view, and most of the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was simple but still good. We chose this place and specifically this room because of the bathtub. When we arrived, there was no stopper for the tub. After some time, the staff brought one, but it didn’t fit, though we were eventually able to make it work. When we started filling the bath, we realized there was no hot water (in winter). The reception told us that the hot water was currently prioritized for the kitchen and would be available in about an hour. We were surprised and frustrated, as the bathtub was the main reason we selected this room over others. Although hot water eventually came back, it was already quite late.

- Iancu (10/5): - Nu pot spune că mi-a plăcut ceva anume. Totul la fost frumos. Începând de la ospătari, doamnele de la recepție,camere, mâncarea. Ne-am simțit foarte bine. Sperăm să mai revenim . Nu a fost nimic care să nu ne placă.
- Valentin (6/5): - Locatia, prezenta unui loc de joaca desi fara a avea o diversitate mare de jucarii sau activitati, micul dejun diversoficat Caldura excesiva din camera , lipsa posibilitatii de a regla temperatura in camera..pentru a ne putea odihni a fost nevoie sa dormim cu geamul deschis. Nu mi se pare ceva normal, iar acest aspect nu a fost rezolvat de niciun angajat de la receptie.

- Gabriela (9/5): Great place - We enjoyed our stay. + The room was clean and the same as in the pictures. Very warm. Quiet. Jacuzzy functional. Kids area with toys to keep them entertained. Staff friendly. Designated parking. - The bathroom could use some hangers. Our baby fell between the wall and the couch due to the design of the room despite us putting a pillow there so 2 are needed. Kids area has some damage and the equipment needs coins (purchased separately). My partner did not enjoy the breakfast.

- David (3/5): How is that hotel got 3 stars ? - The location is close enough from ski slopes To hear noise all the time, phonic isolation is not included, from your room you can hear everything happening in the hotel , and there is music until 23 every day .... Also you have mold in the bathroom, and even if you made a reservation for 2 adults and a kid and paid the price for it, you don't have a bed for your kid ... Also don't be surprised if the manager lady is addressing to you as if you were an employee, good manners are not included either. Bad experience over all .

- Dragos (10/5): I recommend hearly. The resort is one of the most hospitable I ever met. - Very nice and cozy place. All the amenities were in good place and very classy. Free of charge slippers in the room. Many 4* resorts ain't have them. The stuff very friendly. The prices very good. The weather wasn't so good. It was rainy days all the time spent. But alot of silent and relaxation.

- Laura (9/5): Quiet nice place - It's a clean and comfortable hotel, located in a quiet area, next to the forest Staff was a bit hesitating to some requests (meaning we felt they had some lies prepared). We asked them to close roof windows but they told us the guests just before us (!!?) have broken the system and have lost the remote controller, so they ordered a new one which was not delivered so far...We didn' t really bite it...
