- Verified traveler (6/5): - While the location of the flat was ideal it did not have AC, it was no more than a studio apt, and was not a great choice for a family with kids. It was great to be so close to the Gand Place and that made things easier. The place was too cramped for a family of four. There was a duvet and no intervening sheet (other than the one covering the bed). It made us wonder if the duvet ever was cleaned etc and that was unpleasant to think about. The stairs and hallway to the flat was pitch black and we wished that we had instructions on how to find the light switch, and a warning that the hallway light was motion sensitive. The stairs to the apt were winding and not ideal to bring up 4 pieces of luggage in the dark. There was an elevator though it was not working. Not sure why. The area is pretty central so we were not surprised lots of empty bottles and cups and even some vomit just outside of the front door of the bldg. Anyway, we wished that he had stayed at a hotel with AC and other predictable amenities.

- Jessica (6/5): Great location! Minor negatives. - The area was in an ideal location. Close to everything! The mattress wasn’t the best; felt like we were on an air mattress. The sheets had a “burn” mark on it. It also had half of the lights in the place burnt out and they haven’t changed them.
- Andrew (8/5): Central Brussels Apartment - Great location just off the Grande Place, walking distance from all main attractions, with Metro stations also a short walk away. Comfortable studio apartment; we booked the upper floor apartment but were placed on the first floor, which has probably more space but no roof terrace. The apartment is well equipped, with a washing machine and even a dishwasher, but no oven, just electric job and a combination microwave. This was no problem for us, as we were planning to eat out. There is some street noise, particularly as there is a police station just down the street, but the double glazed windows cut out all of the noise. Communication from the owners was very good, with clear instructions on how to access the building and the apartment keys. This was a much better option for us than a hotel room would have been, with much more space. Recommended
