The outside still needs some fresh touch up, but hey, I stayed inside not outside. Parking was great and check in was great. Not sure. I was satisfied.

- Valentin (2/5): - This place is decrepit and falling apart in a bad neighborhood. The main office had a dirty cracked window. There were a bunch of boxes all over the floor. The roof trimmings were all rotten. The paint on each unit's door was peeling. We looked around, just the outside and decided to check in somewhere else. We did not get a refund, but we just couldn't stay there.

They are incredibly kind people who treat every guest like family, and that made all the difference. The rooms were newly renovated, spotless, and comfortable, everything was clean and well taken care of. You can tell they take pride in their hospitality and really care about the experience each guest has. I’ll definitely be staying here again and recommending it to others.
- Msrevsatx (9/5): Brownfield Inn Remodeled - This location is more of a motel, but they have remodeled the rooms and they are very nicely decorated. There is a nice kitchen with a full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee pot and nice cabinet. The room has a very large big screen TV and the bathroom was all remodeled and very clean. The only thing lacking there was a hand towel and shampoo and conditioner were not provided. Only soap. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. There is a window unit air conditioner in each unit. It is a very nice room for the price!

They made me and my wife feel at home and even remembered our names and said we are family and if there was anything we needed they to let them know. Well, they are in the process of remodeling so the appearance wasn't what we expected but there hospitality and kindness along with the comfortable room made up for the outside appearance.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful hidden gem and owners - I picked this place due to the reviews I had seen online. The outside is old, but the rooms are where they're renovating first. The owner explained to me that the town considers it a historic property, so there's only so much he can do to the outside at present. Speaking of, the owner and his wife are wonderful! I booked online for Thursday to go to Texas Tech's Friday morning commencement. Lubbock prices for graduation are absolutely ridiculous unless money is no object. Brownfield being 45 minutes away is just fine. They called me when I was traveling tonlet me know that I might not have a room. The system had overbooked because that's what they do expecting cancelations. There were none. They explained to me that there was a perfect storm of events in the area and rooms were almost impossible to come by everywhere (graduation, softball tournaments, a big college game). I let them know that I was not upset, but I needed to know if I had a room or not so that I could pull over and try to make some kiklnd of arrangement for the night, it was already 8pm and I was 3 hours away. The owner's wife asked me if the reservation was really for 1 adult, no kids, no pets. I said yes. She assured me that they would have a room for me. My cell signal kept cutting out, so I drove until the next big town and called back to confirm. Again she assured me they would have a bed for me. They did and it was great. Comfy, clean, spacious, and I had hot water. Book with confidence.

- Mario (10/5): Old Fashioned Hospitality - We were there for a tournament. We arrived at 1AM. I called ahead to let them know. The clerk was friendly very helpful. He even walked me to the room turned on the heater and checked to make sure the bathroom was supplied. It's an older place on the outside but inside the room was remodeled. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and the heater worked pretty good. The floor was tile so it was freezing cold but I feel that in the summer they would be fresh.

- Linda (8/5): - So where do i begin? These are very sweet people trying very hard to fix up a very deteriorated place. We stayed in a room that has recently been renovated and is apparently still in the process, i.e., needs a toilet paper roll, stopper in the tub, and hooks or racks in the bathroom for hanging towels, clothes, etc. But, the bed was wonderful, linens and towels were very clean. Nice big fridge. And the tub/ shower had wonderful water pressure and fast, plentiful hot water. I would recommend putting coffee makers in the rooms, ours didn't have one. But I'm sure Ms. G would've tried to accommodate if I had asked her, she is a gem, and we will stay here again when I'm the area.
- Keith (8/5): Nice non smoking place - Was actually a non smoking room, I value the absence of smoke odor! Furniture was nice, no carpet was a bonus, floor was ceramic tiling, bed was comfortable. Larger than average refrigerator . There was a small desk to use a laptop, etc However, there was no hair dryer (I guess bring your own) and no Kleenex in the bathroom. Hotel exterior was kinda rough and needed work. The owner mentioned they were renovating and focused on getting room interiors nice prior to woking on outside appearance

He remarked about how hot it was and gave me a bag of ice. This is the kind of customer service that you don’t see much anymore. The look of the place from the highway is deceiving. It looks like a rather typical little roadside motel. It’s not. It’s a fantastic little place to stay.

Although the property looks a bit dated on the outside, the rooms are recently remodeled and look great. The room was very clean and larger than most motel rooms. And I like one story motels that allow you to pull right up to your door. The plastic shower adjustment knob was broken and would not stay attached.

Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible! My baby had softball tournaments and they gave her the most inspiring words and motivation to go out there and be her best she absolutely loved them. My baby wants to stay there again if we are ever back in brownfield and I definitely agree 🥰 There was absolutely nothing negative to say about this property!

They are also dog friendly for a minimal upcharge, which was a big deal for me. The bathroom fan is very loud, but that's not a big deal. The rest of the motel will be much nicer when renovations are finished. I was very comfortable there.

Excellent customer service! They are a pet friendly inn which was important to us since we were traveling with our dog. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The room was recently renovated so the flooring, countertops and shower were new. It included a separate kitchen area with sink, microwave and full size refrigerator, which we were not expecting and was very nice. Because the room was recently renovated, it was missing a few things in the bathroom that are likely going to be added in the near future. Hooks or bars for the towels and a toilet paper holder were missing but the fact that everything was so new and clean made up for it. I would recommend this location based on my experience.
