• Andres (6/5): Pleasant - It's an okay place to stay, good location for eating out, close to the airport, very convenient. The place echoes a lot, you can hear everything outside of your room and vice-versa.

• Arturo (2/5): Bait-and- Switch - I arrived at the Hotel Normandia Gold at 3am. The night clerk claimed that she had not received a reservation for me and that she did have any rooms available. My reservation included breakfast for one person. She did, however, suggest that I could go to their sister hotel Casa Botero located a block away. When I inquired at Casa Botero the rate was slightly higher and breakfast was avai.able but not included. Although, the Hotel Casa Botero is nice enough and I was able to get a few hours rest and eat a hot breakfast; I can't help but feel that I was subjected to bait-and switch.
