- John (10/5): Amazing hotel - How clean and welcoming the hotel was, staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. Breakfast was also decently good, if I ever have a reason to be in that area again, I'll def be going back there. The only complaint I had was I wasn't able to access Netflix through the TV, but that's a small matter, I bet If I called front desk they could've fixed it but I didn't wanna bother them over something so small lol.

Tv didn’t work in my room , when I needed ice had to constantly go back and forth to 1st floor. I called to ask for more tissue I was told come down to front desk to get it. It was a very devastating experience and it wasn’t worth $444 , I should be accommodated a refund of at least $100.00‼️‼️‼️

Also was told the pool would be heated to a warm temperature but was definitely on the cold side. Might have stayed in it longer if it was warmer.

The front desk staff were lovely and I loved the fact that coffee , tea & hot chocolate were always available. Lovely stay & will use this hotel again.
- Carolyn (7/5): I will never stay there again the only place I ever felt disrespected and I am 66 years old. She kept $20 of my money be - The property itself was not bad. I didn’t complain about the refrigerator not working. I didn’t complain about the curtain hanging off of the rod. The property manager was very nasty and rude. She accused me of having seven people in a room when I had one adult. I put two adults. One adult left to go to work, but came back in the morning. I did not have seven people in the room. I had three children in there. I asked them if it was a problem before I even rented the room, they said no problem when I walked in the facility and said it I would add the extra kids. The manager accuse me of leaving a pool area nasty with food. I have video I video the pool before I left. I videotape the room before I left. There was another family one of my members that had booked the room that had a pool party the night before it was not me, and they were not with me. I felt discriminated. I will never stay there again and I called their corporate. She need to be investigating the property manager.

- Floriande (9/5): A great place to stay on a Hudson Valley Trip. - Easy to get to, not to far from our destination. Room size was great. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast setup was good, just some items didn’t look cooked enough, like the sausage patties. The waffle batter didn’t looked mixed, it came out layered. Breakfast was okay.

One person in housekeeping or maintenance failed to discover a sink problem that should not have been left u - Updated new looking interior Somebody forgot to check the mechanicals in my room before releasing it for use. The bathroom sink was stopped up and didn’t drain. The desk clerk arranged for me to move to a different room.

Väldigt lyhört från korridoren utanför rummet pga en glipa mellan dörr och golv. Till viss del hördes också ljud från bilvägen. Poolen var mer som ett stort badkar. Many tv channels available. The breakfast could have been more varied. There were no windows that could be opened in the room. The water in the swimming pool seemed cloudy.

- Michael (9/5): Hotel in guter Lage aber ruhig mit gutem Frühstück. - Hotel liegt nähe der Interstate. Gut erreichbar, aber sehr ruhig. Außerordentlich freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Ständig wurde frisches nachgefüllt. Zimmer sehr sauber. Würde jederzeit wieder her kommen. WC-Brille sollte mal ausgetauscht werden.

The room was well stocked and very clean. The coffee maker was a little sketchy to use and the coffee was mediocre. The breakfast was typical for this kind of hotel- adequate, but nothing outstanding. The pillows were stiff and the sheets were weird.

- Mercedes (2/5): Very frustrating and disappointing - Location My boyfriend and I had a big event to go to. When we returned to the hotel in the early evening to shower and change, there was no hot water. The water was ice cold. The front desk offered to change our room but with little time, we decided to forgo showering and change rooms after the event. When we returned from the event, the front desk said every room is experiencing the same problem and it wouldn’t get fixed until morning. When morning came there was no resolution. We packed up without a shower and complained to the front desk as it was a different person on duty. They were extremely sarcastic and said I should have changed rooms as the problem was only in a couple of rooms. We told her that’s not what we were told. I frequented this establishment often and I’ve never been treated with such callousness. It was appalling. I will never stay there again. You lost a good customer.

We returned from a hard day to find the room as we left it, all towels used, needing a fresh supply. Housekeeping had gone for the day, we were summarily informed.
