zpovykaný pražák Jirka (7/5): Celkově jako ve škole taková horší 2. Pokud host nemá přehnaná očekávání, bude spokojen. - Hotel jsme zvolili jako paralelu k blízkému hotelu sítě Orea, jelikož ta poslední dobou výrazně zvyšuje ceny, ale "Orea standard" zůstává. Celkově hotel pěkný, společné prostory i jídelna zřejmě po rekonstrukci, moc pěkné. Personál (až na denní bar) milý a ochotný (zejména recepce). Restaurace: Snídaně spíše bohatší, jídla v pořádku, každý den byla jedna domácí pomazánka (hurá). Večeře spíše bohatší výběr teplých jídel, méně už těch studených, nám chybí např. krájené ovoce nebo ovocné saláty. Vždy dva druhy dětských jídel. Pokoj jsme měli kategorii Economy (vyšší řady jsou údajně po rekonstrukci) - tedy skromně vybavené, není lednička (je možné za poplatek), není konvice na čaj/kafe, chybí klima (v létě to musí být asi náročné). Koupelna a wc staršího vzhledu, ale vše plně funkční, čisté a udržované. TV s CZE a D kanály. Odhlučnění horší, v noci je slyšet i mluvení z vedlejších pokojů či ruch z chodby. V suterénu wellness (neměli jsme čas využít), ale podle fotek to může být dobré. Pro děti jsou různé herny s personálem, dětské kluby apod. V 5. patře minifitness (několik rotopedů a ručních činek, nic víc! Klíč na recepci za stovku na hodinu, což vzhledem k velikosti a vybavení považuji za velmi trapný vtip). Celkově jako ve škole taková horší 2. Pokud host nemá přehnaná očekávání (není to rozmazlený Pražák), je do určité míry limitován cenou (pak volí Economy pokoj), či si trochu připlatí za lepší pokoj, tak bude vlastně spokojen a hotel můžeme doporučit. My určitě přijedeme znovu. Pozitiva převažují, avšak je pár drobností, které spokojenost trochu kazí. Vše jsme při odjezdu na recepci řešili v rámci zpětné vazby s recepcí. Denní bar: personál si bohužel hostů moc nevšímá, čekat při třech obsazených stolech přes čtvrt hodiny s prázdnou skleničkou je smutné. Snídaně: půl hodiny před večeří již některé pokrmy nejsou, když se zeptáte personálu, řekne vám suše "To už neni". U hotelu takové velikosti by se tohle stát nemělo. Velmi chudě vybavené fitness za hodinový poplatek. Na nejlevnějších pokoje kategorie Economy není ani lednička, ani konev na čaj, ani klimatizace. (Dle sdělení personálu tyto pokoje teprve čekají na renovaci.)

Marie (5/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal Gute Lage Schöner Spielplatz Dass nur ein Fahrstuhl in die 6. Etage fuhr. Hatten leider in den kleinen dunklen Waschlappen Haare am Waschbecken. Essen hat uns leider nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Wir hatten ein Maisonettezimmer und dadurch keine Fenster, um hinausschauen zu können. Das haben wir bei der Buchung nicht beachtet, aber es gibt ja Leute, die darauf Wert legen. Das Spielzimmer war sehr klein und in den anderen zwei Zimmern für die Kinder waren nur Automaten, wo man immer wieder Geld reinstecken musste. Hatte eine Ganzkörpermassage, war nicht die Wucht, mehr Streichungen als eine Massage. Parkplatz sehr knapp bemessen.

Milena (4/5): Dobrze, że to była tylko jedna noc - Bardzo dobre położenie, ładna restauracja i lobby Pokoje economy to już bardzo, bardzo kiepski standard, ale nie to było najgorsze, najgorsze było nastawienie się na saunowanie po górskich wędrówkach, po czym okazało się że sauna jest zamknięta na klucz, trzeba ją rezerwować i dodatkowo opłacić, podobnie z siłownią, ale nawet kiedy już zdecydowałam się zapłacić to okazało się że nie ma miejsc. To było bardzo bardzo słabe doświadczenie, to już praktycznie niespotykane żeby hotel który dysponuje sauna pobierał za nią dodatkową opłatę.. dodatkowo woda w basenie była zimna. Śniadania skromne, mały wybór

Kateřina (9/5): - Milý personál, čistota a hezké prostředí. K dokonalosti nám v mezinetovém apartmánu chyběla zatemňovací roleta do střešního okna. Pokud spí někdo dole, tak je v tomto období už od 5:30 plné světlo v pokoji.

Heiko (8/5): Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Tolles und hilfsbereites Personal. - Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich eingerichtet und bietet auch für Kinder viel Raum und Möglichkeiten. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön und für die Größes des Hotels entsprechend. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und auch sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war im Angebot von Backwaren, Wurst und Käse wenig abwechslungsreich. Hier ist in Bezug auf die Hotelkategorie etwas mehr zu erwarten gewesen.

WAR (7/5): Goed hotel om tot rust te komen. - Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel, goed eten, goede locatie! De wastafel van de badkamer was niet meer dan een wastafeltje die in een WC thuishoort.

Hozmanová (10/5): Super! - Byla to naprostá bomba, nádherně zrekonstruovaný hotel s příjemným a ochotným personálem. Velký výběr jídel na snidanich i večeřích. Obrovské využití pro děti ale zároveň velká nabídka welnessu pro dospělé. Vše završila večerní živá hudba, kterou jsme si také moc užili. Mohu jen doporučit. Bohužel není žádný dostupný vozík pro zavazadla na přepravu z auta do pokoje.

Čermáková (10/5): Krásný prodloužený víkend - Skvělá lokalita. Vyjedete kousek a jste v Polsku. Dá se v blízkosti najít krásný program pro děti a zároveň krásnou přírodu. Personál milý, vstřícný a vždy pomohou a vysvětlí když člověk neví. Před hotelem malé hřiště pro děti. Pokoje pěkné a čisté. Jídlo rozmanité. Docela velký výběr. V jídelně vše čisté a vždy připravené. Opravdu každý personál ví co má dělat. Vše udržují za chodu. V hotelu jsou i automaty pro děti na zabavení. Hernička pro menší a i kulečník nebo šipky pro dospělé. Každý si tam najde to svoje. Bazén čistý. Líbí se mi že hotel je prostě kids friendly. Za nás spokojenost.

Marcin (9/5): Super wypoczynek, będę wracał do tego hotelu - Bardzo fajny pobyt, pyszne jedzenie, wszystko świeże. Czysto i nowocześnie. Miły i pomocny personel. Dobry stosunek cena do jakości. Będę tam wracać :) Brakowało mi chociaż małego ogólnodostępnego jacuzzi przy basenie. Tak żeby móc wskoczyć na chwile relaksu i mieć na oku dzieci w basenie. Jest jacuzzi i sauna w pomieszczeniach obok, ale dodatkowo płatne.

Peggy (8/5): Wie hätten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt - Die Lage ist top. Vom Hotel aus kann man zu Fuß zur Sommerrodelbahn laufen und auch Wasserfälle und Skisprungschanzen sind nicht weit weg. Natur rundherum ist fantastisch. Das Hotel. Ist sauber, alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut(wir hatten HP) , jedoch ist früh Manches leer und wird leider nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Im Poolbereich gibt's ne Poolbar. Den restlichen Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht getestet. Unser Badezimmer war sehr klein, die Duschtür undicht, sodaß man es nicht verhindern kann, daß außerhalb der Dusche der Boden nass wird. Mir persönlich fehlen Ablagen am Waschbecken, sowie Haken. Aber dieses Problem habe ich schon in sehr vielen Hotels bemängelt. Die Matratze vom Doppelbett war sehr weich... Hingegen die vom Doppelstockbett ziemlich fest.

Mayerosch (8/5): - Wir besuchen dieses Hotel schon seit mehreren Jahren.In den letzten Jahren hat sich viel verändert. Es wurde viel modernesiert und schön hergerichtet. Wir fühlen uns immer wieder wohl.Für Familien mit Kindern ist dieses Hotel einfach ideal. Die einfachen Zimmer sind noch mit altem Mobiliar versehen,was aber gar nicht stört.Es ist sauber und gemütlich.Die Matratzen sind sehr hart und liegen sich unbequem. Das ist natürlich für einen Urlaub nicht sehr erholsam.Sicherlich wird es Gäste geben,welche gerne sehr hart schlafen.Das ist bei jedem anders..

Das Frühstück war unglaublich umfangreich, aber der Kaffee war verbesserungswürdig. An sich ist das Hotel sehr modern. Die Umkleiden beim Pool sollten allerdings modernisiert werden.

Maciej (1/5): Katastrofa - Droga przez góry i lokalizacja. Oszukali nas na wstępie dając pokój standard zamiast premium. Niezgodnie z rezerwacją przez Booking. Doliczyli kilkaset złotych za parking przez tydzień. Parking miał być wliczony w cenę. Pod żadnym pozorem nie wypożyczać sprzętu narciarskiego w hotelowej wypożyczalni. Zawyżone ceny dwukrotnie. Jedzenie z poprzedniego dnia przerabiane i podawane na nowo w dzień następny. Haczyk polega na napojach. Do wykupionych obiadów (all inclusive) nie podają nawet wody. Zamówienie szklanki wody to koszt całego posiłku w innych miejscach. All inclusive, ale za wszystko trzeba dopłacać. Szlafrok, kapcie, sauna i wiele innych. I perełka na koniec: Żona miała wypadek i trafiła do szpitala. Hotel odmówił żonie kontaktu ze mną przez telefon hotelowy lub przekazania mi jakiejkolwiek informacji zostawionej w recepcji, tłumacząc że nie mają upoważnienia do łączenia rozmów telefonicznych i przekazywania informacji (mój telefon był uszkodzony) To skandal!

Except of 2 days, only plain white bakery for breakfast, no integral Dirty floor at the pool area, old food on the table there, no stuff on the pool bar Sauna area chill zone is very inconvenient, very hot, all that catalyzed during sauna ritual Kids club during Easter only. Kids club crew talking between themselves mostly, poor attention to children, some members of crew looking and behaving very gothic...not ideal for children. Would be good to let the kids club open without stuff, parents can do.much better job. Very inconsistent performance of the restaurant when it comes to portions of soups, meals; consistency is the KEY.
Antonia (8/5): - Schönes und modernes Hotel, für Familien ideal. Pool, Billard, Tischtennis etc. zum Zeitvertreib. Zimmer sind nicht zu groß aber völlig ausreichend für den Aufenthalt. Sehr gutes Angebot zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Zu kleines Waschbecken im Bad (Gästewaschbecken) und zu wenig Möglichkeiten Badetücher/ Badesachen auf zu hängen. Für Kinder gab es nur an einem Abend ein Kids- Menü.

Khrystyna (10/5): - Очень советую отель,не знаю,почему рейтинг 8,4-однозначно,заслуживает больше! Чистый,но небольшой номер,514- с видом за еще немного заснеженную гору,для двоих ок,для троих будет тесно,бассейн маленький,но вечером было пусто и мы кайфовали.Халаты были в номере и тапочки,но мы брали свои-непромокаемые. Ресторан по типу столовой больше,но чисто.С детьми,думаю,здесь вообще кайф,есть и игровая площадка на улице,в здании комнаты с игровыми автоматами,есть фитнес комната и бильярд. Мы хотим вернуться,да! Размер ванной комнаты ,но этого не изменить,только с реконструкцией.
Tomasz (10/5): - Komfortowe, słoneczne pokoje (choć z malutką łazienką), super wygodne łóżka, możliwość połączenia dwóch pokojów; bardzo smaczne i różnorodne śniadania i obiadokolacje (w formie bufetu); bar czynny do późna; fajne spa (korzystaliśmy dwukrotnie z sauny); świetna lokalizacja - blisko do szlaków, a jednocześnie na uboczu, w lesie; podróżując autem z Polski - bardzo szybki dojazd (nie trzeba wjeżdżać do centrum Harrachova). W zasadzie jedyny minus to brak wyciszenia drzwi w pokojach - słychać dokładnie co dzieje się na korytarzu; drobniejsze niedogodności: mało miejsc parkingowych (zajęliśmy ostatnie dostępne), śniadania i obiadokolacje mogłyby być trochę dłużej (są odpowiednio do godz. 10:00 i 20:00), w TV są wyłącznie czeskie i niemieckie programy (ale to nie zarzut, nie przyjechaliśmy tam oglądać TV ;)
