- Benson (7/5): Good - The staff were very helpful, professional & kind, the kitchen vacilities were very good and well equipped, the bed was comfortable. the location is has lots stray dogs that bark and chase you which felt very unsafe. The room had a damp patch under the AC , so if you have a mold sensitivity I would avoid.

- Unkernet (5/5): Passable - The room is good enough to stay for a couple days. The room was full of small ants. It is everywhere, in the bathroom, in the bed, on the balcony. Staff never cleaned the room or changed the bed sheets in 10 days.

Frendly staff, good parking There was not cleaning during 10 days we staying here, even trash(((( roosters and dogs noisy all the time
- João (5/5): Needs better cleaning - The room was big and modern. There was a TV and a little balcony to enjoy. The cleanliness was not good. There was dust everywhere in my room as well as ants and other little bugs all over the place. The bathroom had a terrible sewage smell all the time and the shower drain was completely clogged by hair. When I checked in they said there would be room cleaning every 3 days. In my almost 2 week stay they only cleaned my room once because I specifically went down to the reception to ask for a room cleaning that day. The bed was not very comfortable and the bedding felt old and unclean. The 'chair' to use with the desk was a very simple and uncomfortable kiddy's stool. This place would be fantastic if they invested a bit more in keeping it clean and comfortable. In its current state I cannot recommend it to other travelers. Another thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is close to a place where they host public prayers. Some nights I had to listen to incredibly loud prayers blasted on a speaker between 8PM and midnight.

- Wright (7/5): Great place to stay in Cemagi area, keep your expectations realistic compared to cost. - the staff were great, we lucked out with a particularly spacious room that was brilliant. like that this property was a little further out of Canggu centre but still 5/10 minute scooter to Pererenan end of canggu. people nearby were great laundry, warung, bike rental all really close. lovely big bathroom value for money also worth mentioning we paid approx £280 for a month stay parts of the property felt a little tired, there was paint flaking off the walls, gaps in all the doors and windows which meant bugs/geckos came in and out quite easily. there was also some staining in the bathroom that initially appeared that it was not clean. this isn’t the case, the staff definitely clean well, but the surfaces are stripped and stained so the ceramic is dark on sink/toilet.

We booked for 3 adults supposed to be 2 bed and 2 bathrooms but in reality only 1 bed and 1 bathroom. shower’s drain is blocked. no street parking. Staff was not aware of this situation and promised to tell the owner.

- Dmitry (2/5): not worth the money at all - Comparably close to Canggu Everything is dirty. The walls, the doors full of stains. The so-called "chairs" on the balcony, made of old barrels, are full of rust, so you can't even dry your clothes there, not saying about sitting there. Even the cups were not washed after the previous guests. The bed was full of ants, which bit us the whole two days we slept there. After all complaining they refused to do anything, and even refused to return part of the payment, justifying it with "we've already payed to booking.com 200k, so we can't return part of those 2+ millions you've payed". So, yes, we've payed for a whole week, and escaped on the third day to another place, without any partial refunds. Would recommend to evade this place: it's the worst expecience I had in Bali.

- Tom (7/5): Good - Very comfy room and nice balcony. Great location. It’s a bit far away from the hustle and bustle of Canggu but be that’s exactly what I wanted. I was lucky and did not encounter any noisy neighbours The staff didn’t clean my room or even take out the trash the whole 11 days. The room didn’t look quite like in the pictures. Everything is a bit dated and the walls have steins and we marks on them. Pots and pans dirty and not cleaned properly. Bedsheets nice and clean
