Laundry and dryer in room. New trampoline and nice pool. Someone opened and left the coffee pods unused and they went mouldy, so unable to use them.

• Nathan (8/5): A very tidy and well set up unit in a beautiful part of the world. - The resort is in a lovely part of the state - Urunga is beautiful. The units are clean and well appointed. It had a full kitchen. The unit information book was helpful too We arrived after the office closed but the staff made sure I had the codes to get the key which worked perfectly and without issue. There was a meat ATM at the Butchers down the road! Nothing really.

Had to pretty much clean the room (take trash out, strip beds etc and put in linen bags) normally included in the price you pay, cheap beds/pillows, poor shower head and water not contained within shower, wet the whole bathroom floor after each shower

• SBennettHill (8/5): Well maintained, good size unit with nice views - very close to river and pub and cafes. - We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with views across to the river. The unit was well laid out, clean and comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained with a nice pool onsite. It was good value for the price charged. We walked to the pub for dinner in the evening and it was an easy walk to the boardwalk on the beach. Its a nice place and I would stay here again.

• Chloe (4/5): Not great for value of money 😕 - Location is wonderful Shouldn't be called a resort if you are enquired to take your own bed linen off before you leave. Cleaning of our room wasn't very good. Rubbish was sticking out from under the lounge. When opening a windows they were dirty and screens all bent. Place was outdated for what we paid. Rusty bases on old bedside lamps and fans missing knobs. Old ceiling fans that were noisy. No trays we we went to use oven for a simple pizza. Marks on roof and walls
• Gerda (10/5): Loved everything about this place and never met more helpful hosts, always available! - loved the apartment and the location, overlooking the water, close to a great restaurant and nice walks along the waterfront. the staff were excellent and accommodated all our changes along the way as we were on a road trip and had to amend dates at the last moment. Their follow up, even late at night, was something I have never experienced before and make you feel really at ease when travelling with unexpected change of plans. will definitely be back!
• Fawad (8/5): Relaxing, comfortable and filled with natural beauty - Location was great, not far from major cities like Coffs Harbour, view of the river from apartment was refreshing. You can walk along the river or go fishing, close to your place of living. Cleaning and stripping the linen and putting them in bags before leaving, which seemed a bit over expectation and unusual.

The fans in the rooms had two speeds, too slow and way fast. They need to be fixed. Also the pull out couch was not great for actually using as a couch as it kept sliding out.

Lovely and quiet with well kept gardens and pool. Wonderful location to relax! Floor wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived.

• Yvonne (10/5): Everything was perfect! - We booked an overnight stay to break up our drive from Queensland to Sydney. We arrived after office hours, and the process for getting our keys and getting into our room was well-explained and easy. The apartment was LOVELY!!! Clean, modern, everything we needed for our comfort - we loved it! It was our first time in Urunga, and the views in the morning were beautiful! If we'd known Urunga is so picturesque, we would have stayed there and not bothered with Queensland! We will be back!

• Alexandra (9/5): Comfortable, clean and perfect location. - Amazing location, great facilities and very clean. Spacious and comfortable. A bit of an issue with checking in on a Sunday. I received no messages regarding how to check in when reception was closed, and therefore had to call the emergency number.
• Aaron (1/5): - Convinient location between Melbourne & Sydney During our stay, we had an issue with the main bedroom ceiling fan. It was stuck on full speed and could not be turned off, which meant we were unable to sleep in the main bedroom. As a result, my wife slept on the single bed with one of the children, and I slept on the two-seater sofa. When I raised this concern, I requested a partial refund to reflect the loss of use of the main bedroom. I was then accused of being rude to staff, which is completely false. I calmly explained the issue and showed the receptionist the video. I was professional at all times. I was also advised that I’ve been blacklisted from future bookings, which I consider unreasonable given I was simply reporting a genuine fault and seeking a fair outcome but I am happy to bypass your resort in the future. This isn’t about “money” it’s about principle and fairness. When a paid room cannot be properly used due to a fault, it’s reasonable to expect compensation. “A reasonable approach instead of blacklisting someone for speaking out would have resolved this issue quickly and amicably.”

• Michelle (8/5): - Location is amazing. The rooms and facilities were great. We booked 4 rooms for a family holiday and no one could be told where the others were staying. It was a group booking and therefore everyone should be able to know where each person is staying. Many of our family said the reception staff were quite rude.

• Lauren (10/5): Excellent quality, space, cleaniliness, staff and value for money. Worth the great reviews - Absolutely believe the many great reviews. The property is so much better in person. The units are so spacious, really well appointed and positioned in beautifully kept lush tropical gardens. The pool is probably the cleanest pool I have ever seen. Our family do the drive from Sydney to Brisbane every year and this will now be our stopping point. Really close to Nambucca and Valla so excellent position for great beaches and breakfast stops. Can’t wait to stay here again.
