- Roba (9/5): Overall, we had an amazing stay, from the breathtaking ocean and city views to the unbeatable location and beautiful apa - What I loved about the accommodation was how comfortable and spacious it was for our family of four. We stayed in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom high-level ocean view apartment, and it was the perfect size for two adults and two kids, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location was absolutely amazing with breathtaking views if the the Gold Coast, everything was within walking distance. The beach was so close, Cavill Avenue was nearby, and having the tram right there made getting around so easy and convenient. We also loved that the apartment had everything we needed during our stay, which made it feel like a home away from home. The facilities were fantastic too, the swimming pool, gym, arcade, and especially the billiards table kept the whole family entertained. There wasn’t much, as we genuinely really enjoyed our stay. The only small downside was that the spa wasn’t in an undercover spa area, so with the rainy weather we weren’t really able to use it comfortably. The lifts could also take quite a while on busy nights, especially Friday and Saturday evenings, when lots of people were coming and going. It also would have been a little more convenient to have a reception desk in the apartment building itself rather than needing to go ti another location to collect and return the keys. That said, it was still completely manageable. Also the aircon could only be set to 22. We stayed in May so this setting was fine. However I can imagine how warm it would get in the apartment with this setting during summer. Overall though, these were only very minor things, and realistically we loved everything about our stay and would happily stay again.

- Kim (5/5): Not enjoyable. - Good location Poorly identified parking, electrical switches to lights, power point etc dangerous magnetic catch for door non existent, slippery shower due to gloss tiles, two knives forks and spoons only in drawer so had to buy more, gas knobs all broken so could not light stove top. Lifts were another issue waited long time, with cleaning staff also using, entrance from carpark to lifts door would not work properly. Found overall a lot of maintenance needed on room given.
- Gabrielle (3/5): Poor - The indoor pool and location When we arrived there were wet bath towels in the washing machine, the coffee table was broken and my kid stepped on a bit of wood from it and went straight in his foot, room smelt like cigarette smoke and I called q stays and was pretty much told there was nothing they could do, bathroom door didn’t close and the blinds were broken. Unless those issues are rectified, I do not recommend.

Floors were dirty - felt like they hadnt been mopped especially the balcony.

I requested to b moved to a more secure room...was told maintenance wld come and see too it within cpl of hours but didnt get knock at the door until next day around lunchtime. Cleaner was sent to fix cleanliness within room however failed to even rectify the filth that was pointed out. Went and purchased heavy duty bleach and properly cleaned the entire area myself. Unit smelled far more clean n hygienic after this. AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT COOL IN DAY OR NIGHT, REALLY DIFFICULT TO SLEEP COMFORTABLY AS SIGN ON AIR CON SAYING NOT TO SET BELOW 22°c AS IT WLD LEAK (IT DID) AND CLD INCUR COSTS FOR DAMAGE! SO UNHAPPY BUT STAFF WERE VERY UNACCOMODATING!! Key pick up for check-in was so complex and difficult to navigate. ie. Key pick up in a completely different location to unit. Office for holiday holiday not on site of location which was not communicated anytime prior to arrival. Could go on but. Im sure this explains enough. Beach, facilities at mantra circle on cavil were lovely and well kept. Great spot with woolies literally down at ground level and close to everything! 👌🏽

- Harvey (5/5): Great location, nice views, big apartments .... but there are things for improvement to be 10/10 - Location and the views were great. Walking distance to everything, free parking, although it was a bit tight. The apartment was big enough for us, the massive bathtub with a jet spa (jacuzzi) in the master's room was a big plus. The beds were comfortable. The check-in process and finding the reception office were such a pain in the *ss. The office was too far from the main entrance, and we were carrying a lot of luggage. I also find the staff so annoying, as they keep calling about the check-in process, which I find really strange. The apartment assigned to us was not very clean. My daughter had to vacuum the whole apartment and wipe the benches and the table. The dryer was not working properly as it ran all night, but our clothes were still damp, and the wifi was extremely slow and unusable. But I believed this could be improved by the management if they are willing to.

Broken tiles, stove did not fully work, utensils and kitchen knife as not even sharp. Can opener could not be used. Had to buy a new fry pan to use. Blinds were not fully block out, so was awakened at 4/5 am. Expensive for what we got. Lifts were super slow

- Kellie (4/5): - Location and amenities The cleanliness, had sand through the 2 single beds, linen did not smell fresh, spare blankets were soiled and again not fresh and had to be washed, shower head did not work well, toilet had a strong odour of urine, built up lint in and around the laundry, the washing machine left black greasy stains on several items of clothing, walls heavily marks, disappointing considering the outlay for the accommodation when our previous experience with circle on cav was a pleasant one.

- Joana (8/5): Overall, while the location was a strong highlight, the lack of internet and limited amenities, and underwhelming pool e - The property itself was in an excellent location, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. However, we were disappointed with no internet connection. Despite multiple attempts and reaching out to staff—who did respond—it wasn’t resolved during our stay. No extra blankets were available. TV channels were quite difficult to navigate. The swimming area was also disappointing. It was very small, with not enough lounge chairs, and it was always busy. The water didn’t feel clean and was quite cold, so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy a swim at all.

The washing machine and dishwasher didn't work. I don't think no one knew about this. however, I could see that the staff were tried their best to assist but they couldn't fix them. So we requested for the compensation as we expected everything was fully function!. nothing back from the owner.!!! Fault advertisement! only 1 or 2 lift were working. so spare 10 mins just to get in the lift!

- Griegan (3/5): - The location was central to everywhere you’d want in Surfers Paradise. And the property was clean with good communal facilities Our apartment had light switches that didn’t work, amenities which weren’t provided. This seems little but for the expensive price which is associated with this apartment is definitely below par. But the worst thing was the fact our AC wasn’t working. They were aware of this prior to putting us in this room and still proceeded to give us an apartment with broken AC. The fix they tried was 2 small units. Which obviously wasn’t enough to cool one room down let alone the whole apartment. These two units also blocked use of the 2 of the 3 available sliding doors for the balcony which would have been nice. Being aware of this problem as still putting us in this apartment wasn’t on at all. When we went down to the reception they said it would be this warm with a working ceiling AC unit and brushed it off. When paying full price for a room I expect full price facilities. On top of this the WiFi in our apartment shut off after the 2nd night and was never rectified.

- Adam (8/5): Comfortable, spacious apartment. Great location! - Great location, walking distance to Cavill Avenue for food and entertainment, with included secure parking. Our apartment was on the third floor which also meant no long elevator rides. The underground carpark has a LOT of concrete pillars and unfortunately the park assigned to our apartment was right next to one which made getting in and out difficult. The floor of the building also had no rubbish chute, so we had to take our bags down to the parking area and use the bins there. The carpet in the apartment is very worn and needs replacing but otherwise the apartment was comfortable. The third bedroom is too small to store a suitcase in also. Finally the after hours call service is fairly useless. I called them for two separate issues and both times I was referred to the main reception desk for hotel guests, not something I'd expect when I'm paying QStay for the accommodation instead of Mantra Circle on Cavill themselves. Despite these things I'd stay there again.

- Mary (3/5): Definitely do not recommend due to the price you pay and then get very sub standard accommodation. Extremely disappoint - View from room Room 2173 north tower. Cleanliness appears as only quick surface clean loads of old dust build along skirtings and bathroom door, general condition of room very run down: Stained blind with white substance in bedroom, bathroom privacy blind on the floor not on window, light switch exposing back of it on a wall face plate, a burnt melted area around a down light in overhead area kitchen, carpet was duck taped down between lounge/kitchen, raised torn carpet right at doorway, husband tripped and injured himself, discovered both bbqs in north tower pool area not work after we took all our food, plates etc down there to cook (maint man confirmed the were aware), being doing lift maint since late last year (2025) and still not complete so getting up and down long waits and full lifts that you then had to wait as not all lifts are operational, bathroom vanity drawer and cupboard laminate on the fronts half hanging off. Daughter/son in law were in north tower, they ended up being moved to another room due to their own issues with their room. All above issues were logged to maintenance via the QR code supplied.
