• Giorgio (10/5): SOGGIORNO MERAVIGLIOSO PER VISITARE IL RANUA WILDLIFE PARK - Soggiorno meraviglioso. La posizione e' perfetta per chi vuole visitare il parco Ranua. L' appartamento era perfetto per le nostre esigenze. Arredamento nuovissimo , pulizia ottima. Vicinissimo a supermercati e servizi. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

• Nadja (10/5): - Das Haus war wundervoll und man fühlt sich sofort wie daheim🤓Der Ofen verleiht eine kuschelige Wärme und es fehlt an nichts. Der Tierpark ist eine Reise wert. Riesige Gehege für die Tiere und trotzdem kann man die Tiere sehen. Wir hätten uns gewünscht,dass die Schlafzimmervorhänge mehr abgedunkelt hätten. Im Mai ist es ja konstant hell und man kann nur schlafen,wenn es schön abgedunkelt ist.

• Carina (7/5): It might have other option with better staff around - Spacious village, but we got 2 village to accommodate our family better. Comfortable beds, equipped quicken and a “balcony” for the frozen forest which my kids loved it for making snow man’s there. The sauna inside the bathroom was a plus we loved. The staff at the clothing locker were very kind and one young lady in the front desk. The Ranua Zoo is worth a visit, kids loved it, but the staff really needs to improve their customer service. The cleaning was a problem as they make a lot of excuses NOT TO make it happen. We were there for quite a few days and they got it clean 2 times, and only after a bunch of requests. Also the breakfast away from the villas, or you have to drive or walk quite a few in the cold. And breakfast was pretty much the same every single day. Staff were mostly not very friendly and some were even extremely rude, especially the ones in the Ranua zoo store and in the breakfast restaurant.

• Nikolas (9/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub! - Die Organisation war hervorragend! Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Angelegenheiten! Die Haushälfte war gemütlich und für den Aufenthalt wunderbar! Leider ist die Auswahl beim Abendessen für Vegetarier sehr dürftig:(. Ebenso die Portionsgrössen könnten angepasst werden! Insgesamt könnte das Restaurant 2-3 Gerichte mehr anbieten.
• Juulia (10/5): - Mökki oli tosi kompaktin ja hyvän kokoinen. Kaikki pienimmätkin jutut oli ihan selvästi mietitty majoittujia varten. Erityis maininta siisteydestä joka oli priimaa. Huonekalut ja sängyt olivat laadukkaita, mistä pidin myös.

• Carla (10/5): Absolutely breath taking - The cabin itself was very cozy and comfortable. The staff were amazing and facilities were great. The included breakfast had a lot of food options in the Buffet. We were there with -35 degrees and the cabin was well heated as were all the other buildings. The zoo was amazing. • Mathilde (5/5): À fuire, préférez un logement authentique chez un particulier - La propreté et la taille du logement Logement fonctionnel Le côté BUSINESS IS BUSINESS: lorsque vous récupérez votre logement, vous n’avez seulement 6 petites bûches, qui suffisent tout juste à faire une flambée, comme nous restions 2 jours nous avons demandé le lendemain juste « 2 bûches » qui nous ont été refusées, car « il faut acheter un panier de 6 bûches à 10€ ». La machine à café ne marchait pas. La télé en français ne marchait pas, ils ont envoyé la maintenance qui n’a pas réussi non plus alors que c’est sensé marcher. Lorsque vous récupérez le logement vous n’avez ni sopalin ni rien du tout, il faut TOUT acheter
• Oliver (9/5): Gemütliche Unterkunft - Wir waren (nur) zu zweit in diesem (halben) Haus. Da hatten wir viel Platz. Es gibt im Bad eine Sauna und einen Kamin. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wohl. Die Kosten für die Übernachtung sind aus unserer Sicht für zwei Personen relativ hoch.

• Megija (10/5): - This place is outstanding! A perfect start to a trip to get the first Lapland vibes. We really loved both the villas and the overall atmosphere. We especially appreciated having clothes dryers in the villas, which was extremely convenient when traveling with children. The staff and the breakfast were excellent! This place is definitely worth visiting. We will certainly come back.

• Silvia (10/5): Eine luxeriöse Hütte mit allem Komfort direkt am Wildlife Park gelegen. - Eine fantastische Lage direkt neben dem Eingang zum Wildlife Park. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Hütte hatte allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Sauna, gut eingerichtete Küche, gemütliche Sitzecke, bequeme Betten sogar einen Wärmeschrank für die nasse Kleidung, einen Autostellplatz direkt vor dem Hauseingang. Supermärkte sehr dicht gelegen. Es liegt ein wenig abseits. Wenn man keine Huskyfahrt oder sonstige Unternehmungen in der Natur machen kann aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen, ist eine Fahrt nach Rovaniemi von 1,5 h hin und 1,5 h zurück ziemlich weit, wo es mehr Aktivitäten gibt wie z.B. Besuch von landestypischen Restaurants, Weihnachtsmanndorf, Husky Park etc.,

We paid for Breakfast, but in stead of restaurant Breakfast, the brought breakfast to the lodge 1 day in advance. Only 1 sandwich per person, an egg yoghurt and Some mango smoothy. Not what we expected.

• Jefelfi (8/5): Ideal für Selbstversorger - Tierpark sehr schön - Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Das Haus war wunderschön, sehr schöne Sauna inbegriffen. Zimmer und Badezimmer alles super. Küche gut ausgestattet, es fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine. Der Tierpark ist wunderschön. Alles ideal für Familien, allerdings am besten Selbstversorger, da die Restaurants schon um 16.00/17.00 Uhr schließen. Restaurants abends nicht geöffnet. Es gibt auch keine Restaurants in der Nähe. Da wir nur 2 Nächte da waren, hatten wir auch keine Lebensmittel, Gewürze, usw. dabei zum Selberkochen. War etwas problematisch. Es gab Tiefkühlpizza aus dem Supermarkt. Frühstück empfehlen wir Selbstversorger. Wir hatten Take-Away-Frühstück, war absolut nicht unser Geschmack ( 3 Mini-Croissants ( sehr trocken ), 3 Porridge-Tüten zum Selbermachen, 3 kleine Pack Tetra-Milch, 3 Smoothies, 3 Bananenyoughurts, 3 Äpfel. Fertig.)

Erakoitunut maalainen koki, että villat ovat turhan lähellä toisiaan, mutta sattui rauhalliset naapurit, niin sai nukkua yönsä rauhassa, vaikka paikka oli lähestulkoon täynnä. Aamiainen oli ihan jees. Toki leivät olisivat saaneet olla vähän rouheampia; jotain siemenleipää, täysjyvää tms.

Dock varmt uppe och man kunde bara öppna de lilla fönstret, en liten bit. Fick låna en fläkt. Lät endel men gjorde sitt jobb. Lugnt och fint ställe. För varmt för att badta men älskade möjligheten. Saknade diskmedel och borste, om jag stannat där längre. Fanns inte heller disktabletter till maskinen. Nära till djurparken. Återvänder gärna.

• Anne (8/5): Aina hyvä yöpyä - Tyynyt ovat huonot muuten hyvät sängyt. Liian kuuma näin kesällä, ilmastointiin pitäisi panostaa enemmän, ei oltu varma toimiiko ollenkaan... Kylpyhuoneen lattia on vaarallinen märkänä,kun tulee saunasta, niin meinaa kaatua vaarallisesti jos ei tiedä pitää etukäteen kiinni... Kello pitäisi olla seinällä, näkisi ajan.. muuten huoneisto on varustettu todella hyvin ja aina todella siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Paikat ovat puhtaat ja siivoukseen on panostettu erityisesti, tämä on todella plussaa...

• Chris (10/5): Perfect holiday adventure and beautiful scenery. Staff were lovely and helpful, food was basic - Beautiful location in Lapland with modern style decor. The log burner is large and very efficient whilst having a great look. The bed was very comfortable and the sauna was a lovely touch for the property I cook a lot and the kitchen utensils and cookware were basic. Not many pans, oven dishes etc to cook with for a family and the knives were blunt. This is not a complaint, but for people looking to cook for a family, there isn’t much to work with.
• D (9/5): Family Fun in Finland! - This is a beautiful property located in a very tranquil setting. Check-in was easy and our cabin easy to find. Everything was neat and tidy and move-in ready. They truly have thought of everything so you do not have to leave. However, I suggest a rental car if you like having the freedom to come and go like us. The car came in handy to get groceries in town so we could cook at least one meal a day for ourselves. We also ventured to other parts of the area after our stay. I would stay here again. I would suggest providing robes and/or slippers since there is a sauna in the cabin. It would be nice to have since there is only one bath towel provided for each person during your stay.

• Santosh (10/5): A warm cozy place in the cold winter - Ranua is a good place to be away from the Rovaniemi city buzz and experience the quietness. Staff was friendly and helped us book or SnowMobile tour and also answered all our touristy questions. The zoo is fantastic and a must visit for family. Rooms: FoxB : Very cozy place with a good kitchen and Sauna. The beds were comfortable. But all rooms have single beds which you can join and use as a double. Kitchen : The kitchen has everything you need. Just pop to the closest grocery store. We love the hike, So we walked to the nearest one. its about 25-30mins walk one way, or the reception will give you a ride as well. Fireplace: We used it once during our stay and it really helps to bring a ncie vibe to the place Sauna : Nice and easy to use and will keep you nice and warm The restaurant serves good breakfast. There are 2-3 different restaurants, where im sure you can get food during your stay. ** We arrived at 1900ish, which was the same time as the restaurant closes as well. Yuha from reception gave a headsup to the chef and they were super sweet to wait for us and make the last meal. We dont eat lot of meat, So the chef made a delicous chicken burger and we were set** I think they need to add a new repeater. The internet signal is low and intermittent
