- Philip (10/5): Comfortable Hotel On The Edge of the Old Town. - Check in was smooth and we were assigned a large room. Unfortunately, the shower was part of the bath and, due to my wife's limited mobility, unusable to us. I told the front desk and they relocated us to a room with a walk in shower which suited our needs much better. Room was spacious enough and had everything we wanted or needed. Breakfast was good but we didn't know about the other elevator on the first (breakfast) day but the staff showed us where it was for the subsequent days (since the breakfast room is on floor -1). Apparenty, the restaurant is closed in the evenings or we would have tried it. That said, the location is excellent for a wide variety of restaurants nearby.

The room was large well fitted out with a good bathroom. It was totally silent. We did not breakfast as only wanted a coffee and croissant and there is an excellent cafe opposite. The hotel was generally functional, but unfortunately I found the interior design very impersonal and dull. Both the room and the shared areas, such as the lobby, bar, and breakfast area, felt bare and grey. This made the overall impression feel less warm and welcoming than I had hoped.

Good coffee shop with outdoor seating opposite and 5 minutes walk to the main part of the old town There are presently infrastructure works on the road, but access to the park is easy via the coffee shop and it didn't affect our stay

There was nothing NOT to like except as small point, as a person gets older its harder to climb in and out of a tub with sides as steep as they are at the hotel. Over time it would be great of they were replaced.

The staff were great, the room was a very good size, very clean with a large bathroom. Breakfast was good, I would recommend people seriously consider this hotel when staying in Vilnius
