DASEONG (10/5): - 일단 청결해서 좋았고, 있을건 어지간히 다 있어서 좋았습니다. 와이파이도 잘 터지고, 침대도 넓고 편했어요. 딱 하나 당황한 점은 냄비,프라이팬, 조리도구, 수저 등은 다 있는데 컵이랑 커피포트만 없는거였어요. 대신 주전자가 있어서 물은 편히 끓였습니다. 일본어로 소통하는게 문제 없으신 분들은 편하게 사용하기에 너무 좋을 것 같아요.

Ossio (8/5): - Nice self service apt for a short stay, it will be nicer to provide some cloth detergent and salt, soy source for the guests. Cooking pots are old and outdated need to be replaced.

It comes with a kitchen and fridge, so you can store food and feel comfortable throughout your visit. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance! Sapporo train station is about a 15-20 minute walk, and the city center is just as manageable on foot. The owner doesn’t speak English. They are strict with the 3 PM check-in time, so be sure to plan accordingly. If you arrive early, there’s no luggage storage at the lobby, so keep that in mind. Overall, it’s a great place for those looking for privacy and convenience in a walkable area.

KENICHIRO (8/5): - 札幌駅からのアクセスも良く近くにコンビニもありとてもいい立地でした。部屋の中もキレイで快適です。食器も一通りあり、鍋くらいの簡単な料理ならできたかも。自分は外で食べてたので使用しませんでした。唯一の不満は建物の階段がやや臭う。地下？のバーから？とりあえずなんか臭くて部屋の玄関からトイレにかけてまでその臭いが充満していたことです。そこまできつい臭いではないのでリビングからは無臭なので基本的には困りませんでした。

In addition, the instructions to use the stove and washing machine are in Japanese with no translation, which made it incredibly hard to understand even with Google translate. But, they were quick to help when in need.

S (8/5): - メールのやり取りもInstructionもすべて英語なので、基本的に日本人向けの宿ではないのだと思います。チェックイン、チェックアウトはすべて無人フロントのタブレットに入力することで行われます。それ自体は簡単です。日本人は顔写真の撮影不要と事前の説明にありましたが、写真を撮らないと手続きの先に進めませんでした。事前予約しない限り部屋の清掃、タオル交換はありませんが、掃除機もあるので問題ありませんでした。毎朝ゴミの回収だけはしてくれるのですがらゴミ袋の補充がないのだけが不便でした。1LDKを2人で使用しましたが、全体的にコンパクトで、夫婦カップルではない友達どうしだったら泊まるのはキツイです。冷蔵庫は中サイズ。必要最低限のものは揃っていました。が、あったらいいなあ、というような、コーヒーメーカーやトースター、炊飯器、水切りバット、皿拭き用の布巾などはなかったです。

Verified traveler (10/5): - 일본에서 가격대비 편의시설,청결상태 완벽한 숙소하고 생각됩니다. 만약 다시 삿포로 방문을 한다면 다시 갈 의향이 있고 삿포로 역에서 걸어서 10분정도입니다. 주변 편의점도 여러군데 있어 전혀 불편한점 없이 6일 지내다 왔습니다. 다만 체크인이 오후 3시인데 무인 시스템이다 보니 무조건 시간에 맞추어야 함으로 일찍 도착했을시 조금 불편할수도 있다고 생각되고 수건이 인당 큰거1개,작은거1개가 제공되는데 장기투숙시 조금은 불편할 수도 있습니다. 이점 외 모든것은 완벽했습니다.

Hye In (8/5): - 위치는 삿포로역에서 8-10분정도 가면 있어요! 로손, 세븐일레븐, 패밀리마트 모두 5분?정도 거리에 있습니다 체크인 어려울까봐 걱정했는데 차근차근 하니 어렵지 않았어요 방과 화장실 모두 깨끗해서 좋았습니다 수건이 숙박일수와 상관없이 인당 큰수건하나, 작은수건 하나로 총 두개밖에 없었던적었던 점이 아쉬웠지만 미리챙겨가서 괜찮았고 욕조가 생각보다 작았어요...그냥 발만 담굴정도? 전 사용하지않았지만 세탁기도 있고 식기도 있어서 필요하신분들은 좋을것같아요 가격대비 일본치고는 작지않은 방이라 좋았습니다! 야식먹을 테이블도 있고 옷 걸어둘 곳도 있어요 옷장 밑에 캐리어 두개 열고 생활했는데 좁지 않았습니다 또 삿포로에 간다면 한번더 이용할 생각이드는 방이었습니다!!

michio (8/5): - 1. チェックイン時に、玄関ドアが開かずに苦労しました。インターフォンうえには、部屋番号を入力と指示されていますが、実際には全く異なる暗証番号が必要でした。 2. 部屋は快適でしたが、クローゼットが無いのは困りました。オーバーやスーツの置き場がありません。不要な人工観葉植物の置き場にクローゼットがあれば良かったと感じました。

NOR DALILA (10/5): More than happy - The room was amazing even its a bit small. Considering its a Japanese standard its more than enough. But the amenities provided is more than sufficient. It provides induction cooker, washing machine, heater, aircond, microwave, refrigerator and some basic kitchen utensils. The room is sparkling clean. Located near to Sapporo station and Odori park area. 7 eleven, family mart and Aeon grocery is in walking distance. There is a lot of shopping mall nearby. Nijo Market, Tanukikoji Arcade are also can be reach by foot. It is in a quiet and safe area. Room have no view. Overall it is a pleasant stay. Self check in was not so bad.
