• Artur (9/5): Wir waren sehr überrascht , vom Preis, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation und dem Check in. Alles verlief super. Völ - Die Unterkunft ist super. Alles war tip top sauber. Ich habe mich zu keinem Zeitpunkt unwohl gefühlt. Keine unangenehmen Gerüche, kein Staub unter den Möbel. Keine defekten Dinge oder Gegenstände. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Einziger Minuspunkt, leider, Bahngleise direkt vor dem Fenster. Ich schlafe immer, auch im Winter mit offenem Fenster. Hier war es leider nicht möglich. Vielleicht wäre hier eine Alternative möglich, wie eine Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator. Preis / Leistung ansonsten super 👍 Daumen hoch

Aber leider kein Apartment zum Wohlfühlen, schade. - Sehr gute Lage, großes Zimmer, Parkplatz inklusive, Straßenbahn vor der Haustüre, günstiger Preis zur Messezeit. Unkomplizierter Check-In/Check-Out. Relativ ruhig, trotz Hauptstraße. Einrichtung sehr stark abgewohnt und teilweise beschädigt, entspricht nicht den gezeigten Bildern. Matrazen völlig durchlegen (hatte 3 Einzelbetten, alle durch), Kissen sollten auch mal wieder getauscht werden. Küchenutensilien nicht ausreichend vorhanden, Mikrowelle ungepflegt (Rost etc.). Lampen hängen schief von der Decke, geben wenig Licht. Griff der Badezimmertür fällt fast ab, wurde offensichtlich auch lange nicht mehr gereinigt (vollkommen verklebt). Badezimmer sehr dunkel, könnte aufgrund der Größe gerne mehr Ablagen/Regale/Deko vertragen. WLAN war abends oft langsam/überlastet, habe Mobilfunk benutzt.

• Anjali (7/5): Es wär schön aber es roch einfach sehr sehr schlimm… - Sie war sehr nah um mit dem Öffentlichen Transport zu fahren. Es roch unnormal schlimm nach Zwiebeln, ich weiss nicht was die vorherigen Mieter gemacht haben aber es war so ein unendlicher gestank, es war wirklich nicht auszuhalten. Wir hatten sogar überlegt im Auto zu schlafen, da dieser Geruch nicht aus der Wohnung ging und uns davon richtig übel wurde… Wir haben gelüftete und gelüftet aber der Geruch blieb. Leider sehr schade…
• christoph (4/5): Nie mehr diese Hotelvariante. - Sauberkeit war scheinbar in Ordnung. S-Bahn in der Nähe. Dach überm Kopf. Lieblos anonym - bin mit Glück an der Außentür nachts um 0:30Uhr reingekommen. Keine Seife oder Duschlotion. Alles sehr billig gemacht. Nichts zu trinken vorgefunden.

• Ozer (1/5): Not good - Nothing really We booked the hotel because it has free parking. When I saw all the parking spots were taken, I called to ask what to do, and all they said was, “Oh, have a look around in the area,” which was not helpful at all. A bit of help there would have been better. And then the room smelled like smoke when we entered. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, the room was a bit broken, and the bathroom door looked like it was about to fall off all the time.

• Laura (5/5): - Die Apartments sind recht neu renoviert und sauber. Sie Betten sind leider vergessen worden zu erneuern. Wenn man spät im Dunkeln ankommt fehlt Beleuchtung und Beschilderung. Die Betten müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden. Ich habe selten auf so schlechten Betten geschlafen. Wir hatten keine gute Nacht! Die U-Bahn vor der Tür ist die Nacht lang oft zu hören und das Apartment war leider sehr muffig. Ich finde man kann hier nicht von einem ApartHOTEL sprechen. Es sind eher Handwerker oder Monteur Wohnungen. Die Nähe zur Messe macht wohl die Musik. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal einchecken und empfehle es auch nicht weiter.

• Queen_Elizabeth (8/5): I recommend it for one night. More suitable for business trips than for family vacation - The apartments are simple. The room is little bit small for three people, but ok (we had apartment a5, 1st floor, entrance directly from the courtyard, convenient for guests with limited mobility). The premises are clean, the beds are comfortable enough – we slept well. The kitchen area is functional. The biggest plus is a small but quite spacious refrigerator. There is an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, electric stove, pot, pan, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery. The apartment has all the most necessary things for toilet, wash (sink, simple shower compartment, soap, hairdryer), sleep and for prepare breakfast/dinner. Free parking for guests in the courtyard at the entrance to the apartment or in the hotel territory on the other side of the house. Check-in and check-out machine. The system is generally user-friendly, but during checking out we had to call and ask for technical support advice to do everything correctly. The prices of hotel apartments vary greatly depending on the events taking place in the immediate vicinity. We were very lucky with special offers and additional discounts. We paid ~60 € for 1 night in a triple room. However, the amount for apartments can double and triple, sometimes exceeding 200 € per night for 3 people, as we saw during Oktoberfest. High rating (8), mainly due to the adequate price for the accommodation during our trip, the refrigerator in the kitchen and free parking. Smokers next door. The smell of smoke was also felt in our apartment.

Beim aus checken steht man soll sich bei der Rezeption melden, es ist aber keine vorhanden. Damit ist aber eigentlich gemeint man soll die Schlüsselkarten in den Briefkasten daneben werfen.

• Stano Sk (8/5): - Interesting form of accommodation, fully automatic check-in. It is more of an accommodation for employees, but it is also suitable for holidays. Free parking is right in front of the entrance, there is a tram stop very close to the centre. The accommodation was fine, on the ground floor, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom. The heating was also functional and fast enough. You could hear the tram a bit, but it wasn't anything serious. Otherwise, it's probably okay if you don't expect luxury.
• Christine (8/5): - Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber. Zum wohlfühlen. Eigentlich 10 von 10. Preis-Leistung super. Das einchecken war ein bisschen kompliziert- evtl nur für mich, da vorab sehr detaillierte Informationen kamen. Leider konnte ich die ZimmerKarte nicht aktivieren - mit der sehr freundlichen Dame am Telefon fanden wir heraus, dass ich meine Tasche genau auf der entsprechenden Stelle abgestellt hatte. Naja, Frauen und ihre Taschen 😀. In der Küche würde ich mir ein paar mehr Utensilien wünschen, der Wein hat aus dem Wasserglas auch geschmeckt, aber schön wären doch entsprechende Gläser. Dazu noch ein bisschen mehr Besteck, Pfeffer und Salz fürs Hausglück und eine Salatschüssel. Dann sinds volle 10 Punkte.
