• Alain (6/5): Humour du jour - J’ai passé 4 nuits dans votre hôtel. Enfin… "dans votre hôtel", disons plutôt dans un camp d’entraînement pour aventuriers. Car, surprise : mon lit n’a jamais été refait une seule fois ! À 90 euros la nuit, je m’attendais à une petite touche de confort : draps tirés, oreiller tapoté, duvet gonflé façon pub de lessive… Mais non. Là, on paie et on a le droit de dormir dans un lit façon "escape game" : à vous de retrouver un coin de drap encore lisse ! Franchement, pour ce prix, je pensais avoir un retour du personnel… pas juste un retour de couverture ! 😏 Bref, un hôtel où le "lit non refait" est visiblement inclus dans la formule. Original… mais je ne reprendrai pas d’abonnement, merci !

• Lorraine (8/5): Fine for one night. - Just an overnight stop after a very long drive from Scotland. The hotel is in a very quiet area. Didnt hear a thing all night. Spotlessly clean, with the usual budget beds, but fine for our needs. The bathroom really needed some work. The sink was coming away from the wall as everyone obvs held onto it getting out the bath. The enamel had come off the bath in places and was showing rust. Parking is on street. There is no actual car park. Breakfast was good and plentiful. However the room is heaving at 8am and with only one coffee machine there were long queues. Overall it did the job and Im not complaining. The whole place was clean throughout.

Il y a des brûlures sur le sols, poussières de longue date interrupteurs et tête de lit, abattant des toillette à changer, chasse d'eau peu fonctionnelle, vue sur parking et immeuble. 8e pour garer sa voiture sur le parking de l'hôtel...déçue

Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute, le service est bien, le petit déjeuner est excellent, quant à la chambre, le confort est minime manque des terroirs et placard pour déposer les affaires.

Dans l'une d'entre elles, il n'y avait pas de bonde dans le lavabo, si bien qu'il n'était pas possible de le remplir. Dans un autre,il n'y avait pas de papier toilettes mais seulement de l'essuie mains. Pour le reste, le petit déjeuner était très bien, avec d'excellentes viennoiseries. Cordialement

• Verified traveler (4/5): Lunatic receptionist. - After a long day of travelling we arrived in the early evening to check in. We were greeted by the most unhelpful and rude receptionist I have ever met at a hotel. We used out relatively small but useful french vocabulary to check in, this was fine for the first couple of rooms, but when it came to the last room there was a problem. Instead of trying to explain to us in the receptionist’s basic English, she just started shouting and barking at us in French and asking us to pay for this room, despite the fact we had already prepaid all the rooms. After nearly an hour of shouting at us and ignoring us, she eventually gave us our final room. This experience was absolutely terrible and left us very upset and distressed. The room itself was clean, tidy and basic; everything you expect from an ibis budget.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Very poor - No sink plug when asked for one, didn’t have one to fit. Eventually changed room, again plug no good, broken. Shower very small. Toilet squashed into corner. Bedding and towels very poor. Nothing like the picture on web site. Had a job to get in between the two beds. Only one chair. Used other Ibis hotels and they were good. I know it was a budget hotel but even so it was not up to standard. Needs visit from “Under cover Boss”

Room was very basic but main problem was the smell coming from toilet must be a backed up sewer somewhere, on arrival we could open window, but when we got back late that evening the window was locked, so could not get any fresh air!! Breakfast looked awful, so we did not have, just went out to eat. Would never stay here again, absolutely terrible stay. 😖

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Best way to describe this hotel... it’s what 2* dreams are made of.....budget (very budget and I don’t mean the price) hotel in not the best part of the town. Dirty nappy and underpants outside the window, mould on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain had it’s own ecosystem evolving, toilet didn’t flush properly and drains had a certain “odour” about them which gently went on to complete the atmosphere in the room throughout the evening! But on the plus side... the floors weren’t sticky.
