We booked the room for 2 pax there is no supplies for two people.not even bath towel.. there is only one strained toned one bath towel . there is no blanket on the bed. No mattress protector. Single peace of soap only in the bathroom.. broken a/c in the room.. cockroach 🪳 on the the floor. Front office boy was very rude behaviour.. very old property without any maintenance.. not suitable for families.. never gonna stay there anymore.. worst experience ever.. we booked the room through booking.com for 1500 inr but they charged above 2000+ tax. It's pure cheating.. worst hotel.worst staffs.worst facilities.

- Vinod (1/5): Bad - * Hotel and booking.com are scamming the people. After booking the room and when reached at the hotel. They are informing the room is not available. There where about 6 other people with the same issue and who had paid the full amount. We all where rejected the room, telling that they had informed the online partner was well informed earlier. Since festival was going on in the town all other hotels where full. Later the hotel staff is offering the room for four times the rate for which we had booked. Total scammers.
- Koottungaparambil (1/5): 4 or 5 families booked rooms with you also had to go back. - I have to tell only my difficulties. As planned I reached hotel, but they did not allow us to stay there at all. They never cared booking.com or oyo or ourselves and they told us to go back home as rooms are full. So we came back. We called oyo for help, but customer care did not help as hotel was not taking incoming calls. It felt very agony at heart as we expected to enjoy thrissur pooram festival. And we went with considerable amount of fruits and other eatables. We were really cursing your lack of mutual communication and hotels lack of cooperation.

He told me that the room we had was given to someone else so you don't have any room here and he said All the rooms are full.. i ask him i booked a room one weak ago so why i have no room there? He said only this again and again the rooms are full. i really depressed to find another place because i coming from 150 kM away, so i have no idea about the place.. im really confused and very depressed at the moment..
- Anonymous (1/5): Booking.com make sure to confirm the booking or if you can’t hold the booking then don’t be available - Such a rude behaviour from the reception, please do not make any bookings from booking.com I went with my family with all luggage with my parents and they said all rooms full, they can’t give any room for me, when I said booking.com I booked they said we will not accept any bookings I have to keep roaming for hotels to stay and finally in the evening I got dufffent room, I never expected this level of experience in my life time with my parents beside

There is a policy of everyone giving their ID proof for booking the room, which was not mentioned when booking through the site.
