- Damien (4/5): Beaucoup trop cher pour le confort offert - Hôtel très bien situé et design sympa. En revanche j'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit. Malgré une chambre au tout dernier étage sous les toits, j'ai entendu du bruit jusqu'à très tard en raison des bars alentours et tôt le matin avec les voitures. Il me semble que les tarifs sont bien trop élevés pour ne pas avoir une isolation correcte garantissant une nuit agréable. Je recommande de chercher ailleurs

A gem in the middle of Rennes. 2 min walk from an the airport bus. Good dining and bars right there & proper market full of delights.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid - Hotel room booked was not like the marketing pictures. My room was TINY, no drawers, no hooks just 4 hangers. Window view was a wall and pigeon poop. Room was dark and smelled of raw sewage from the tiny bathroom. Room allocated was at the end of a dark corridor and it felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. On the 2nd day I came home and my room was unlocked, maintenance had been in to paint it!! Without any warning or prior notice, they forgot to lock the room after. I had to ask for towels one day as housekeeping didn't clean my room even though I put the sign out. There was a broken piece of glass on the floor from the previous guest not cleaned up. It was an awful experience. I asked to be moved but told a flat out NO. The rooms are NOT soundproof as stated, the room above me were noisy with furniture moving and thudding on the floor as they moved about. This hotel is barely a 1 star.

- franck (6/5): Bizarre - Pas de fenêtre n’y de Clim , pas agréable. Très forte chaleur dans la chambre. Il faisait plus frais dans le couloir que dans la chambre Une salle de bain d’un autre temps, piqué de moisissure , une douche très étroite pas large .

Since we needed to give away the key to front desk when we leave the apartment, I was a bit scared if someone accidentally get my room key like it happened to me.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location, great price, lovely staff. - Excellent location, friendly staff and a great breakfast. The room* was small but more than adequate. My only "complaints" were that Hotels.com said checkout was at 12.00 (midday) but the hotel stated it was at 11.00am, and I booked the mansardee room but received a slightly smaller normal room. However overall the experience was excellent and the price was very reasonable.

- Elizabeth F (6/5): Disappointing - I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. I only book rooms with lift and write in the message that a room near facilities, etc. is appreciated. I was surprised to find that the room booked had 1 floor of stairs and not normal stairs bt a very narrow spiral staircase. Very dangerous, especially for someone of my age and state. No mention of this and would certainly not have booked. Woman on reception reluctantly took my suitcase up. Anthony much more amenable bringing it down. He was delightful. Bed very hard too.

Staff was very welcoming, polite and guided us to what to do in Rennes. Strongly recommend this hotel which is close to so many restaurants / bars and the shopping area Merci.

Les chambres sont bien équipées, avec un lit confortable, et tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour confortable (prises, 2 coussins par personne, savon, serviettes …). Très bonne isolation phonique de l’extérieure mais les murs sont un peu perméables, ce qui fait qu’on peut entendre un voisin qui ronfle. La douche est de qualité, séparée des WC (c’est un très bon point), mais l’espace reste un peu limité en sortant de la cabine, ainsi que pour poser les affaires. Globalement, le rapport qualité prix est excellent, un hôtel tout à fait recommandable pour visiter Rennes !

La chambre était spacieuse (1 entrée avec lit mezzanine, la chambre puis la sdb en enfilade), joliment décorée, pratique. Située au RDC et à côté de la salle des petits déjeuners, on était très au calme (très bonne insonorisation). Petit déjeuner buffet très bien avec un juste choix (les produits frais étaient en petite quantité et ravitaillés régulièrement => fraîcheur des produits). Et l’hôtel est très bien situé aux abords de la vieille ville, nous avons rayonné à pied.

The breakfast was rather basic without hot food. Service was excellent and all staff very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Nous recommandons. - Points positifs : accueil (personnel très agréable), propreté, literie, décoration des chambres, calme, fenêtre dans la salle de bain pour aérer. Points négatifs : vue sur un mur donc chambre et salle de bain très sombres, porte-clé beau mais gros et extrêmement lourd (pour aller se balader, on ne risque pas d'oublier qu'il est dans notre sac à main ou notre poche haha).
