- Geraldine (10/5): Hidden Gem in The Palmarie - 5 stars As the owners of a luxe AirBnB you can imagine we have a long list of non-negotiables when selecting accommodation for our annual sisters’ holiday! Palais de Mirage d’Atlas ticked every box. And then some. The property is set amidst beautifully maintained mature gardens and oozes charm. The rooms are exceptional - they must be the largest I’ve ever stayed in - and all have their own unique and authentic style. The food and beverage offering is a perfect mix of local and western - something to suit everyone’s tastes. And not all hotels serve alcohol in Morrocco so we were delighted to be able to enjoy our ‘apero’ every evening before dinner and sup wine into the evening. The staff didn’t even mind that we asked for a portion of ice with every glass… just one of our quirks they catered to. Which leads me nicely onto the staff. They are all fantastic and very professional. From the restaurant and bar staff, to the pool guys, the sweet room attendants and the team at reception - everyone delivers a high level of service. NB - as further testament to our review, we stayed 4 nights here initially before transferring to a Riad in the Medina for the second part of our week. We kept comparing the Riad and after one night there we came back to Palais Mirage d’Atlas! We felt like we had come home when we checked back in, and were warmly welcomed like family by all the staff. We will be back! This is now on our Go-to list of holiday options and I plan to bring my husband next month. 💙🩵💛 Nothing to not like

Installation de maniere generale assez vieillissante, que ça soit au niveau des chambres ou de l'hôtel. Cela ne correspond pas vraiment aux photos. Les chambres ne sont pas tres bien insonorisées, entendre les voisins parler dans leur salle de bain à 3h du matin cest pas cool. L'ensemble fait que le tarrif est bien trop élevé pour la prestation.

- Foras (10/5): Super séjour - Ce que l’on a adoré dans cet établissement est dans un premier temps, l’accueil et le service du personnel qui était irréprochable. La propreté de la chambre était impeccable. Les chambres de manière générale étaient incroyables. Nous étions très agréablement surpris car en voyant les photos nous attendions pas à ça, et au final c’était un 10/10. La piscine est immense, magnifique et propre. En terme d’emplacement, l’hôtel se situe à 30 minutes de tout et c’est très pratique car étant dans l’hôtel nous entendons aucun bruit et si nous voulons sortir tout est proche. Rien tout étais parfait

- Clemens (9/5): Schöne gepflegte Anlage. - Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Es liegt schön ruhig und doch nahe zur Innenstadt ( 5km ) . Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig. Der Pool ist beheizt. Auch wenn es mal etwas kühler ist kann man locker baden. Sonnenliegen hat es ausreichend. Hoteleigener Taxiservice in die Innenstadt ist teuer (15 Euro ). Restaurant ist sehr schön aber das Personal mäßig sehr langsam und nicht wirklich freundlich. Essen gut aber nicht überragend. Wäre der kleiner Herr ( er heißt Affane ) nicht gewesen wären wir wahrscheinlich verhungert und verdurstet .Er ist quirlig und wirklich bemüht.Hätten die anderen auch nur die Hälfte seines Engagements wäre das super.

The pool is lovely, or would be, but they sell ‘day passes’ to anyone so on a nice day it’s too busy with randoms taking the best beds Rooms are lovely Service is comically bad. They are professional ignorers, then when you give up waiting and tell them you want to take your drinks (or lunch/dinner) as you’ve been waiting 15 minutes, they bicker like 10 year old siblings rather than doing anything about it. we stayed 10 days and the same dirty glasses where there when we left that were on certain benches as when we got there. the hotel is very isolated. Absolutely nothing within a walkable distance and not a hotel bus offering travel into the Médina, so it’s everything needs to be planned with taxis. Also the regular smell of septic tank issues is not pleasant.

- CIVRAY (3/5): Beautiful on the surface, but falls short - The pool area looks nice at first glance, and the bedroom is visually appealing. Two staff members stood out positively—a receptionist and one person by the pool were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. We had no hot water until the next morning and had to complain multiple times before it was resolved. The food is a real low point—very poor quality and overpriced. Breakfast was honestly depressing, and prices are excessive (e.g. 60 MAD / ~€6 for a bottle of water), which is unreasonable. The pool situation is concerning. The “most heated” pool had a visible film on the surface with hair in it and did not appear clean. None of the pools smelled like chlorine, which raises serious doubts about hygiene standards. We also tried two massages (hot oil, 750 MAD—close to European prices), and it was possibly the worst massage I’ve had. No real pressure, and the “hot oil” felt like a basic add-on rather than a proper treatment—overall very poor value... Service overall was lacking. Most staff seemed annoyed or disengaged. At lunch, it took 40 minutes just to get a menu, while managers were sitting on their phones and appeared irritated when we asked. Overall, this place is far from premium. It relies on nice pictures, but the reality does not match. I would not recommend staying here.

- Larein (7/5): Beautiful hotel, but staff attitude was off putting - Firstly, check in was quite pleasant, and we got Moroccan tea delivered to our room as we arrived late and wanted a hot drink. The room itself was beautiful, and had climate control. The communal pool is rather nice and it is heated. We were provided with beach towels at no extra cost. Room cleaning service was perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, and their courtyard smells amazing with lemon and orange trees. We did not experience the spa ourselves but heard good reviews from those who did. However, the prices are much cheaper in the centre compared to the hotel. Overall, the hotel is a beautiful place. The main point of improvement would be if the staff were kinder and more approachable. One of the downfalls is the location of the hotel, which we were aware of before coming. Taxis to the centre are quite expensive so I suggest using Uber (a fraction of the hotel taxi service). Unfortunately, like other guests, we encountered some rude and unapproachable staff. I ordered a well done burger and was served a burger which was pink on the inside. The waiter acknowledged this, did not offer an apology, and we still paid the bill in full. This of course deterred us from eating there again. Breakfast is quite basic and underwhelming. There were some fruits, croissants, cheese slices, deli meats, bread, etc. Their Moroccan tea was great. One staff member (older male) was quite pleasant throughout the stay and made sure guests were comfortable and served during breakfast.

- Sylvie (9/5): Séjour magnifique 🤩 - Le calme la tranquillité des espaces bien éloignés les uns des autres , on étaient 4 filles on a pris une suite deux chambres incroyable, le confort des lits , les suites très grandes et bien aménagées le personnel super sympa . 10 min de la médina taxi pour 150 dirham .. piscine chauffée . Excellent séjour au palais 🤩🤩 Parfois le personnel ne comprend pas trop ce qu on dit !!🤣🤣🤣

- Nicole (8/5): - Chambre magnifique! très joli hôtel de petite structure avec personnel sympathique. Il manquait un coin privé (terrasse) devant notre grande chambre, n'importe qui s'installe sur le banc devant notre chambre, dommage!! Beaucoup trop de transats dans le jardin alors qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de chambre. La piscine est ouverte aux gens de l'extérieur ce qui pourrait vite rappeler une piscine municipale.

- jean marc (5/5): Pas satisfait du tout - L'emplacement à l'écart du centre.. Nous avions pris une suite pour 4nuits, malheureusement, celle ci se trouvait à côté des cuisines, un véritable vacarme le matin à partir de 6h30 et le soir jusque 23h30, même plus tard... J ai informé l'hôtel dès la première nuit mais chaque interlocuteur nous a dit que les choses allaient se calmer, ce qui était faux..chaque soir et chaque matin (4nuits), le même désagrément..j'en ai fait part à la réception et par mail chaque jour..le personnel était très sympathique mais on reste avec l'impression qu'on s'est bien moqué de nous..l'hôtel lors du check out a réduit de 500 dirham la note d'hôtel..nous aurions préféré que l 'établissement prenne ses responsabilités avant..à chacun de voir si un geste de 500 dirham est suffisant pour être réveillé matin et soir dans une suite d' hôtel.

- Cynthia (8/5): Bel hôtel dans la palmeraie - Grande chambre propre et bien aménagée. Hotel globalement en bon état. Jolie piscine chauffée (27°) et jacuzzi (33°). Personnel aux petits soins malgré un peu de lenteur mais ça fait partie de leur manière d’être. Très serviable. Petit déjeuner buffet suffisant. La chambre donnait sur la terrasse et le billard, que nous entendions. On entendait aussi le personnel ranger les poubelles le soir (derrière la chambre). Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing. La localisation est un peu loin du centre (20-25min de taxi)

- Leslie (6/5): Je retiendrai surtout le sourir du personnel. - La piscine chauffée Le terrain de pétanque La chambre suite junior Le personnel souriant et serviable Le restaurant, la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous. Le café froid à 10h au buffet du petit déjeuner. Le tarif du taxi (350 drh) pour le transfert aéroport. L’hôtel est à 20 min de la médina. Le manque de parole du réceptionniste qui nous avais assuré un départ à 16h30 pour la chambre, au final on nous a sorti au forceps en 15 min à 15h.

- Jane (9/5): Very enjoyable stay - A lovely hotel approx 5 miles from the centre. Good sized pool and tropical gardens with plenty of sun loungers. My suite was large with a bath and shower. Breakfast good. I ate dinner at the hotel every night. Varied menu consisting pasta, burgers and authentic Moroccan dishes and reasonably priced. I very much enjoyed my stay.
