- Refugio (7/5): Would try again mostly good experience. - Convenient location, great staff, and comfortable. Sheets were dirty no extra towels just the minimum.
- Garcia (7/5): Great for a 1-2 day stay. - Breakfast was good and simple. Staff was also very friendly. Location is great! You have a Walmart down the street, coffee, and fast-food very close by as well. My hotel room could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. There were handprints on the headboard, hair in the shower and multiple stains on the wall. I had to clean it up and disinfect with my own supplies.

- Malory (7/5): - Staff were very friendly, and overall our stay was great. Our carpet was dirty when we checked in. I’m happy to have found the ibuprofen on the floor before my toddler.

- Patricia (3/5): Good location and breakfast - rooms were not very clean and the bug situation was disgusting. - We liked the breakfast and the location. Room was not clean - crumbs on the floor, cobwebs and dirt in back of bed. We requested a room change in the middle of the night due to a large cockroach in the room. The second room was better. We frequently used the stairs during our stay - alerted the front desk to dead bugs on the floor in the stairwell.

- russell (8/5): -
- Ana (8/5): - Pros: Staff was nice and respectful. Hotel has good continental breakfast option.
AC works.
Cons: Rooms are not clean throughly. Bed sheets, bathroom shower, and curtains have stains. WIFI has connections issues (2nf floor).
- Paola Campagna (6/5): - My experience was mixed. The property itself feels somewhat outdated, and the promised cleaning service “upon request” was never fulfilled during my stay. Although the staff appeared polite, their responses often felt more like gestures than genuine problem-solving, as issues remained unaddressed.
On a positive note, the breakfast exceeded expectations — a wide variety of fresh options, well-presented, and clearly the strongest part of the stay.
Overall, a decent place for a short visit, but improvements in service follow-through and upkeep would make a big difference
- Christa (6/5): -

- Jared (6/5): - Sadly the property was not near where it advertised being. We were quite inconvenienced throughout our visit to Austin.
- Marcelo (10/5): -
- Susan (8/5): - Comfortable for a 2 night stay. Small parking lot, typical hotel breakfast and 10 minutes to ABIA. Would stay again.

- Gina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Holly (10/5): Quiet most comfortable beds ever! - Everything No pool
- KimThuy (4/5): - I reserved this hotel due to great ratings. However, No greetings from staff, especially the manager. When we approached her, she did not budge to say hi.
The first room we had, one of the pillows has pink stain. The sheet was ripped…WTH! So they transferred us to another room. That room, not sure if it’s worse than the 1st one because the curtains have stains of mold-like and not only that the side of the bed has a huge stain, mold- like as well. I took some pics. The furniture, the coach in the room needs to be replaced AND the bed also….gross! I was afraid to look even further about the bed. The furniture, we dare not to sit on it. And the common area of the hotel, the chairs ALL need to be replaced! The cushions of all of the dining area were pealed. It’s disgusting. Ok I cannot go on anymore. Yes, we stayed for 4 nights. The outside is very deceiving. I will NOT stay at this hotel.
- Uriel (10/5): None ya business. - Everything. Nothing.
- Christopher (8/5): Average Mid-Tier Hotel - Nothing particular good or bad stood out, this offered most of what you'd expect from a mid-tier hotel. The rooms and grounds were clean overall and the breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods (including Texas-shaped waffles).
Two downsides were no microwave in the room and the room was never cleaned/towels exchanged during my stay (3 nights), but neither of those were a huge deal, and I'm sure if I asked for new towels I could have gotten some (but it was just me staying so I didn't need more).
- John (8/5): have been before--will return -
- Cary (6/5): Needs a facelift - The furniture in the lobby and the room in general were worn down. Service was limited but friendly. Needs a facelift.
- Karin (8/5): - This property was fairly newly renovated. Breakfast was just OK
- Christina (10/5): Always my place to get away - Always clean N/a
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Didnt like see long hairs on bed, water pressure was abysmal... You could just tell this place hasnt been updated/maintained by the furniture and bathroom seams.
- Tiffany (6/5): Did not meet expectations for a comfort inn - I was very disappointed with my stay.
First, I had to pay a $25 fee just to check in three hours early, even though the hotel was nearly empty and our room was already ready.
Second, the hallways had no air conditioning and were unbearably hot, which caused condensation that puddled into our room. The carpet and bedspread felt damp whenever the air conditioner was off for a while, and the whole room felt uncomfortably moist once it warmed up. When I informed the hotel staff, they seemed confused about the room conditions, though they did admit maintenance was working on the hallway AC. It did get slightly cooler as our stay continued.
Third, for $95 per night, the room did not meet expectations. The pillows were old, flat, and in desperate need of replacement. The tub and bathroom borders were rusty, which was unappealing.
Lastly, the curtains were a major issue—there were only sheer curtains covering the window, and while there were blackout curtains, they were fixed on the sides purely for decoration and couldn’t be closed to block the sunlight.
I did not try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, based on these experiences, I will not be returning.
- Jesus (4/5): Disappointing - Breakfast was great Hallways were hot and musty, plumbing was also very weak any restrooms even ones in lobby had no pressure and would flood
- Grigoriy (8/5): Very good - Good location, breakfast very basic, but still available daily. Rooms were well insulated, so not much noise you can hear. Towels need to be changed daily. Instead it was not changed at all. Shower needed extra attention. Found someone hair on the walls in multiple areas, which means who ever cleaned the room, did a kinda poor job.
- lianne (10/5): - Clean rooms, good service
- Ryan (2/5): - To begin our stay we received the keys to what we thought was suppose to be our room but walked into a room that was already occupied and had another families belongings scattered. Thankfully, no one was in the room so we closed the door and went back down to the front desk to get a room that was clean and ready for us. The man working the front desk never said sorry for the mistake but rather passed blame on another employee for not making sure the rooms were correct. Over the course of our 4 night stay we never received housekeeping and we did not have the “Do not Disturb” sign up because the room did not have one available to use. Since we never had the room turned over for us, on the third night we went down to the front desk and asked for clean towels and after about a 10 minute search we were handed pool towels, which seemed to be half the size of shower towels; we let it be and used those for the night. The positives of the hotel were its easy access to the freeways to get around town and the A/C might have been the best I’ve ever seen because the room was always comfortable even in the middle of June in Austin.
