- Paulina (8/5): Great place for a night or two - I was attending an event at the Blackpool Tower so the location was perfect. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very warm and cozy. I was able to park at the property, but there wasn't a lot of parking spaces.
- Mark (4/5): -
- paul (6/5): - Didn't stay here
- Whaley (8/5): - The room was pleasant, and clean, it's quite a good location, we was greeted with a smile, and was made to feel welcome It looked scruffy from outside , and the lounge was very unlived in looking,
- Marc (6/5): - Location Decor and how unclean it looked from front of building .
- Terry (8/5): - My room, , 9 ,was quiet and comfortable..
The lady in charge was pleasant and friendly.. Had to phone for access, the door bell seemed not to be working.

- gazzarmay (4/5): - Room was freezing no heating came on, left the premises late evening as it was freezing.
- Jayesh Dhumak (6/5): - The location was fine,, the staff to whom I interacted was good and helpful 1. WiFi network is poor
2. The radiator heater was just ok, I believe it should improve.
3. Room size was small I expected a larger one as compared to the pics but it's just ok I would say
- Lee (6/5): - The bed was comfy, the shower was good temperature, the light wasn't working on bathroom mirror so no light in bathroom but light from room was sufficient. Over all it suited what I needed it for (room 1) Just the fact bathroom light didn't work
- kay (8/5): -
- Nitu (1/5): -
- William (4/5): Depressing from Blackpool itself to the accomodation. - Room was clean Toilet hard to flush, no towel chnge in 3 days, no heating in rooms despite asking to have it turned on and as we arrived at the place, it looked as though it was shut down. Rooms were freezing and cramped with a few teabags and Biscoff biscuits thrown in a plastic tray, no coffee sachets. I read the reviews before booking that were all positive, and can't believe this is the same place as described in them.
- Gwen (10/5): Welcoming friendly value for money - The hotel was great friendly staff room very clean comfy beds we didn't have breakfast would stay here again No wifi
- Paul (4/5): -
- Colin (8/5): - Clean room, bed and shower. Close to Coral Island and town.

- Sarah (10/5): It was easy to find, secure, safe and quiet hotel and street it was on. The room was a lovely size for me and son, clean - Everything. It was quiet, comfortable, clean and the staff were lovely. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like
- Cassie (1/5): - We booked this room, got all the way there to be told, we're fully booked, and there turned us away still not,got refund. Also there put the room on booking.com for double the price Northing
- Agnieszka (9/5): Przyjemny hotelik, w dobrej lokalizacji. Oceniam pozytywnie i mogę z chęcią polecić -
- Andrew (1/5): An utter shambles. Turned away at the door! - The new manager seemed nice and was genuinely apologetic. Actually getting the room that we had booked and paid for would have been nice. Between OYO, The Wynnstay, and Booking.com our booking was cancelled without us knowing and our accommodation was not available. We were not made aware until we actually turned up at the door with our bags. Booking.com did the bare minimum in arranging alternative accommodation and we ended up having to sort ourselves out (on what is probably the busiest weekend of the year in Blackpool!). This turned the first few hours of our stay into a stressful panic rather than the relaxing experience it should have been. I am now going through the refund process which apparently takes 7-10 days for some unexplained reason - so it takes 10 seconds to take my money and 10 days to give it back - nice one. 0/10 experience. Useless.
- Philip (9/5): Superb - Nothing not to like, breakfast was excellent and florence the owner was the best host ive ever had in a b&b Nothing
- Daniel (3/5): Little bit surprised I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned - Had little toiletries in the bathroom The blind or curtains weren’t blackout so room was very bright at 4am. Bin wasn’t even emptied from last guest and dirty towels not even removed
- Gillham (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely lovely people and spotlessly clean . Just got home after spending the weekend here. Short walking distance to all amenities. Thanks again
- Mathew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debbie (2/5): I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. - We had 2 bookings made separately through Hotels.com.
On arrival we were met by the hosts and immediately told that the booking had been cancelled. We were told that we hadn't paid enough for our rooms? Although, we had paid exactly what we had been asked. The woman went on to say that Hotels.com hadn't taken into account her charge of 21%? We were meeting family for a meal around 6pm so extremely under pressure to unpack and get out. We asked how much extra we needed to pay. I've never seen anything like it. She started scribbling numbers on a note pad. We did try saying that we had paid what was advertised and any issues she had regarding the 21% should be with Hotels.com and not us. She was very rude and aggressive. The husband then piped up saying "if it was advertised at £10 per night would you have paid that? Well, yes was our answer we would pay what was advertised. We actually paid £134.40 for 2 nights without breakfast. So that was a fair price!
At this point, I summoned my group, asked the aggressive landlord and landlady to refund our accounts and out we went. Left to try and find alternative accommodation and get out to meet the rest of the family.
We did find alternative accommodation. We both got our refunds within a couple of days, thank goodness!
I booked this hotel based on the reviews. I had another look at their reviews and it is quite clear they were from the previous owners.
DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE! I would have given 0 stars!
- Ashworth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jen (1/5): Horrendous. Avoid like the plague. - Absolutely nothing Room was given away before check in. Receptionist was rude and should never be in a public facing role. Put in another hotel with no hot water so left after one night and checked in elsewhere.
- Sarah (7/5): Good value for money. - There is no waste bin in the room! Was very basic.
- Angela (8/5): A pleasant stay . - Very clean and tidy . Tea and coffee facilities in the room . Ideally located for the Winter Gardens which was the purpose of our stay Nothing to dislike . Hosts were friendly and attentive.
- Stephen (10/5): Great hospitallity - My first time staying here at this hotel.

The cleanliness was excellent 👌 Just can hear what's going on in each room at either side so was woken up when drunks came back in 😆 but that's most hotels in Blackpool.

The breakfast was fantastic everything cooked to perfection and good quality ingredients were used the bacon was nice thick back bacon it was delicious and the eggs were cooked to perfection 10/10 The corridor to our room was a little bit dark and we feel a sensor light would be beneficial so you can see where to put the key in the door lock. We mentioned this to the owners and they advised this would be adhered to and thanked us for our positive feedback.
There was nothing we didn’t like out of all the B&Bs we’ve stayed in so far in Blackpool this was the best.
