• Nadine (10/5): Wärmstens empfohlen - Wir hatten hier einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Zimmer waren hübsch eingerichtet, ruhig und hatten alles an Ausstattung was man so braucht (Kühlschrank, Föhn) Wir wurden persönlich und sehr herzlich empfangen. Im Gebäude selbst stand uns eine Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Unser Gastgeber war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hatte tolle Tipps für uns, wie z. B. Restaurantempfehlungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles.

• ALEXANDRA (9/5): Un coqueto bnb en el centro de Nápoles - La ubicación es excelente. El Hotel cumplió con mis expectativas. Estaba limpio, las camas eran cómodas y la persona que me atendió fue amable La única que podrían mejorar es el desayuno. Se desayuna en un bar cercano, hay poca variedad, si quieres un café más tienes que pagarlo. No es un sitio muy limpio y no son muy simpáticos

Kousek od metra, zastávka dole v ulici, to bylo super,minibar za malý obnos si můžete dát kolu,vodu, pivo Dům není jakokoliv značen, chybí cedule, dlouho jsme to hledali okolo, hledali nápis. Nakonec jsme si nevěděli rady, psali jsme na whatsapp. Majitel přijel na skútru, ochotně nám vše vysvětlil Hned při příchodu se divil, ,že máme sebou i syna, i přesto že jsme opakovaně psali, že jedeme ve 3. Další postel nám rozložil. První noc bez polštáře. V pokoji byla dost zima, venku 12C, na zemi je dlažba, s dětmi i vy si vezměte pantofle. V pokoji byl cítit cigaretový kouř, madla pohovky byla propálená. Pokoji by potřeboval rekonstrukci. Snídaně se podává dole v ulici v místním kavárně-pekárně. Majitel tedy není moc příjemný. Problém je,že si můžete vybrat asi z 6 druhů pečiva (vyborné), ale jíte na kusu papíru v plastovém přístřešku. Stůl jsme si uklidili sami, nepořádek. uvnitř přístřešku počítejte s tím, že sedí mistni Italové a kouří. Chtěli jsme si snídani užít, ale s dýmem a špínou to fakt nešlo. Odletěli jsme v neděli ráno, na google je otevírací doba kavárny od 12hod. Takže jsme snídani neměli. Když jsme šli s kufry, všimli jsme si,že majitel je ve dveřích a kouří. Takže nevíme, zda nakonec otevřeno bylo či ne. V pokoji není mikrovlnka jen konvice. Na chodbě je kávovar. My chodili celý den na výlety takže si myslím, že cena za pokoj je vyšší.

Camere ampie e pulizia impeccabile. La stanza non era per nulla rumorosa, nonostante la zona fosse frequentata. Gli host super gentili e disponibili, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-in restando a disposizione. Torneremo presto. Tutto perfetto. Nulla da ridire.

• Györgyi (9/5): A szállás kényelmes, rendezett,tiszta, remek helyen van, jó választás. - A NovaNova BnB egy régi típusú, belső udvaros épületben található, egy hangulatos kis tér egyik szélén. A szoba tiszta, rendezett, az ágy nagyon kényelmes, a fürdőszoba megfelelően felszerelt, klíma is van. A tulajdonos, Alberto, figyelmes és segítőkész, minden információt megkaptunk, amire szükségünk volt. A szállás ár-érték arányban kitűnő, nagyon jó választás. A reggelit a szállástól kb. 50 méterre lévő kis bárban/reggeliző helyen fogyaszthattuk el, minden reggel friss péksüteményt és hozzá kávét vagy cappuccinot kaptunk. A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, gyalogosan is elérhető számos nevezetesség (pl. a Duomo, a Castel Nuovo, a katakombák, A Gesu Nuovo templom, vagy a Spaccanapoli). A közelben pizzériák, bárok és élelmiszerüzlet is található. A Toledo metrómegálló esik a legközelebb (1. vonal), metróval hamar elérhető a Garibaldi pályaudvar, ahonnan könnyen eljutottunk Popmeibe, a Vezúvhoz, illetve Sorrentoba. Jól éreztük magunkat, a NovaNova nagyon jó választás volt. Nem volt ilyen.

I really liked the coffee machine with real Italian coffee and the option to choose. Special thanks to the owner of NovaNova. Friendly and very supportive. Any question or request was resolved. The location is one of the best, with everything you need within walking distance. There is an elevator. The room with a balcony has beautiful view of the old city.
• Therese (10/5): Book it now! Its worth it. - I cannot recommend this property enough. Apart from the fact that it is so centrally located the rooms are amazing and super comfortable. Check in was super easy host was so attentive and went above and beyond to provide information and also kept in touch through out our stay. Breakfast is included which is a small cafe 1 minute from the Hotel with some amazing Pastries and coffee. Hotel is about 10-15 mins walk from Spanish Quarters so really you cant go wrong with choosing NovaNova. Upon request they have also booked for us a pick up from and to the Airport which made it so easy for us to have our mind at rest. We will definitely return when we visit Napoli again. Absolutely nothing 100% worth your stay.

However signs jn accommodation stated no Cc for anything and they appeared old. He did give me a reduction of 30 Euros. But I do not consider this a good practice. The outside of the property leaves a lot to be desired.

• István (10/5): Amazing - The host Alberto was friendly, kind and helpful all throughout our 5 days there, he even changed the broken toilet seat in half a day, even though we didnt insist. The location is amazing 3 minutes to the metro, 5 minutes to the biggest shopping street and the restaurants and around 10 minutes to the souvenir streets. The room was comfortable, had nice A/C, everything was top-notch. The breakfast was at the corner cafe, but it was so so good. I might be a rookie, but it was the best coffee I had in my life, along with the best pastry (crema croissant) i had in my life. We will surely stay here, if we ever plan on coming to Naples again.

We received instructions via whatsapp to check in ourselves without a receptionist on site. Good air conditioning. Coffee machine in the lobby although we never had time to test it. Also good to see first aid kit in lobby. Problems with the elevator on the first day, we had to take the stairs with bags. Very small fridge could not fit large water bottles. During cleaning, the towels and toilet paper were not replenished during the entire stay. The last day we had no toilet paper, we had to solve it ourselves, also the cafe who gives free breakfast took our voucher first day and we didnt get any new ones.
