Upon arrival we realized that we were at the Holiday Inn a few exits south of where we should be. Natashua at the front desk was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! Along with Nikki the House Keeping Supervisor. Natashua with two phones to her head cancelling the mistake and making sure we weren't charged and Nikki, waiting beside her to get the word to get a King room ready. Done in 15 minutes, no sweat. I love the south, but this here.....that's some good ole southern hospitality. If you ever get the chance to stay at this location, Tell them, Tito says hello. Also the pool, rooms and breakfast...All top notch

juliebF1699QO (10/5): 5 stars for Precious free m Holiday Inn Express - I flew from Texas to meet my oldest son in Tampa for a couple of days; HOWEVER, the purpose for the trip was to visit my youngest son in Gainesville and all 3 go to a Florida Gators game together. And boy did we!! We had the best time together and the Gators even won. After a long day, we got to your Holiday Inn Express Gainesville I-75. There was a little line at the desk when we walked in (of course), but Precious, the lady behind the counter, was friendly and patient and worked quickly to get everyone through the line. With all wearing their Gators garb you could tell everyone was arrived by at the same table me from the game. Later in the evening I’ll needed help with something merging I had forgotten at hand me and Precious kindly helped me making me feel all along that I was no good n convenience. It’s hard to make everyone happy and to stay calm under pressure. When there’s a line of 6-7 customers and half of them are being impatient in an obvious way, I probably would've broke down in tears but Courtney thanked all for being patient and added, I hope your team won tonight. Valarie (2/5): Not Good and not what I paid for. - N/A I requested a King Size Bed and received two Queens, The Housekeeping did not clean my room for the next day but came in and dumped the trash and added clean towels but never made the bed nor cleaned the room. This was brought to the attention of the front desk which never fellow back up with me I had to call them for a second time. This is not acceptable at all.
jamesdE7999CZ (10/5): Great experience and stay - From the check in to the check out the staff, facility, and service were impeccable. Receptionist Natshua was GREAT, so helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was as good as at home.

eduardo (10/5): - My only complaint was the lady in charge of breakfast. She was very rude with customer, screaming about finishing service and closing 5 minutes before time was up for breakfast and closed the doors in customers faces. Her attitude and facial expressions indicated a nasty demeanor and she startled us with how loud she was. The rest of our stay was excellent.
Philip (10/5): - Our king room was bigger than I expected. Bed was very comfortable & the pillows were good too. A lot of hotels I’ve stayed at have bad sheets but I was very pleased with the sheets here & they even fit the bed good. Breakfast was ok. Typical complimentary hotel breakfast. We will be staying here again next month since I have another appt. at Shands hospital not far down the road from the hotel.
