First time in 15 years of travelling i experienced a locked room of mine was found in open condition without my consent when i travelled out of the hotel for the entire day. We were concerned of our belongings and basically felt threatened. Safety was the issue here and when we complained to hotel staff and management. They seem to tell excuses.

Hotel manager and one of the owner are very kind and look promising. Thanks to the Expedia customer service in demanding the hotel to confirm my reservation.
