- Regina (8/5): Ich war drei Wochen hier und habe mich hier Wohlgefühls - Prima Lage. Stadtnah und Uniklinik nah. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Sauber, gutes Bett. Gut isolierte Fenster. Immer erreichbares Personal. Im Einzelapartment wäre ein Sessel gut.

- Goran (6/5): - Nevertheless the entrance PIN wasn't submitted to me on time, before arrival the staff was reachable and helpful via phone. After unsuccessful reaching the room-card with the wrong provided PIN No. They sent a person to assist me and after 20min of waiting was successful at the end. The room was spacious and the toilets were super clean. Upon arrival inside the room on the 4th floor, the neighbor warned me twice that the walls here are too thin and that I should be quiet, nevertheless no music or loud sounds were produced. Later during my stay I noticed that sound isolation was not good so the noise from my floor and below could be heard.

Все функционально, всего хватает. Отличная мебель, постель, балкон, санузел. Удобное заселение. Есть небольшая кухня со всем необходимым, холодильник, плита. До самого центра города - пешком 10 минут. Несколько лет назад - мне не нравились подушки, были неудобными. Сейчас все заменили. Поэтому претензий больше нет.

- MILEE (9/5): - The location is the best thing about the apartments. All the grocery stores are nearby, and the bus stop is just a few steps away. The nearby restaurants were also within walking distance or 1-2 stops away. All the facilities were good and in working condition, the apartment was clean and well taken care of (with 1-2 spider webs, but not an issue for me). Though I wish they provided toiletries. I had a water clogging issue in my bathroom, which I told them about before leaving, and they appreciated the honesty and were happy to rectify it for the next guest.

- Sevi 85 (8/5): - Es ist ein sehr stadtnahes und zentralgelegenes Gebäude in Götringen, sodass man sein Auto dort gut abstellen und vieles gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der inbegriffene Parkplatz ist super. Das Personal ist immet sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert, für Probleme. Leichte Risse in den Wänden.

- Giulia (10/5): Il miglior posto dove soggiornare a Göttingen - L'appartamento in cui ho soggiornato era dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. I locali erano molto puliti, ben organizzati e piacevoli. Un dispiacere andarsene. Se proprio devo scrivere qualcosa, chiederei di rivedere il prezzo in modo da renderlo più conveniente. Per il resto, tutto impeccabile

- won (5/5): - The room was bright and lighting is good especially for reading and studying. I stayed there for two weeks but that seems to have some confusion about the cleaning up. Since my schedule was irregular, the cleaning staff seem to skip some days on cleaning the room or changing towels. Sometimes they came into the room while I was there. It would be good to have the system just like the hotel to identical whether the rooms are occupied or not. In addition, I was locked outside my room since the staff failed to inform me to extend the key card at the entrance after I extended my stay for one day. I have to call urgently the staff for help!

- Stefanie (8/5): - Lage optimal, zu Fuß oder Bus schnell in der Stadt, trotzdem ruhig gelegen mit kostenfreiem Parkplatz, Ausstattung auch praktisch, sauber und gepflegt. Ein bequemer Sessel wäre schick gewesen, so musste ich dann immer auf dem Bett lesen, fernsehen etc. Das Bett quietschte und der Wasserhahn der Spüle war sehr locker.

Есть полноценная кухня с принадлежностями. Хороший душ. Регулярная замена полотенец. Близко к центру города и вокзалу. Удобное заселение. Можно было бы сделать еще более удобной кровать.

- Andrew (8/5): Ok, but not a good time to visit. - Room was nice, but wasn't there very long. Bad timing on my part. I came over the Easter weekend so office was closed which meant I could do laundry. Shops nearby closed. I had problems accessing apartment until a friendly neighbour showed me how to open the door!

The wifi is excellent. Very easy check-in. There's a bus stop in front of the building, and in 5 min walk you're in the city center.

The bed was ok but could have been better. The temperature was a bit warm to sleep and I could not change it.

The bed was comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was perfect. Also the check in and out process was easy. Nothing bad to report really. Obviously it is student accommodation but the facilities are excellent. I would still recommend it for a good value stay.

I slept well and the bathroom is very nice and clean. It is located just out of the city centre, on a busy main road so it is not an option to let the window open during the night because of the noise.

We liked the staff (especially Mr. Luda), extremely nice and cooperative. Moreover, we liked the general upkeep of the place. The kitchen size was too small, so was the kitchen sink. We stayed for a month. For those staying shorter duration it should not be a bother.

Professional and easy communication with the hosts. The kitchenette could benefit from a few additions, like a coffee machine and toaster, but everything that was provided functioned well.
