Sea view was not as described. Overlooked back ally dumpsters with some view from side. Photos showed roof top terrace for dinner. It looks as if the roof top has not been open for quite some time. Very misleading.

- maria ines (10/5): COMODO, LUJOSO Y TRANQUILO. BUENA ATENCION - La atención del personal, muy cálida. Nos dan la opción de late check-out y fue muy fácil. El precio para tan lindo hotel se entiende porque es una zona poco conocida, está como dentro de un barrio cerrado. Es para ir en auto! y el hotel, el desayuno y la habitacion son hermosos. Nada, estuvo muy bien todo. Era lo que anuncian y esperábamos. La zona no es mega turística, tiene una playa tranquila y para ver algo más lindo conviene ir a la ciudad que está al lado.

- Andrey (8/5): Приятное спокойное место - Место очень тихое и спокойное (может потому, что сезон был закрыт). Пляж широкий и чистый очень близко от отеля. По соседству есть винодельни, можно заехать на дегустацию. Завтраки довольно однообразные. Вид на море немного загораживает здание отеля, которое находится через дорогу. В номере нет чайника, чтобы сделать чай, но нам его выдали по запросу.

- Barbara (6/5): Die Lage war super, aber die Nachsaison deutlich zu spüren. - Die Lage mit Blick auf das Meer von einem großen Balkon war wirklich schön. Das Zimmer war groß und großzügig eingerichtet mit Garderobe und einem bequemen Sessel. Sogar ein Schuhlöffel war vorhanden. Bei der Anreise mit dem Auto war der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und die Zufahrt durch einen Schranken sehr positiv. Das Personal bei der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Es war bereits Nachsaison und das war am fehlenden Engagement des Personals deutlich zu merken. Der Pool war bereits eingewintert. Das Zimmer war geputzt. Im Detail (Fugen im Badezimmer, Lichtschalter, Kaffeemaschine...) zeichnete sich die Benutzung über die Saison ab.

Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig. Am Abend konnte man nicht auf dem Balkon (mit Gartenblick) sitzen zu viele Stechmücken. Leider musste man am Morgen seinen Cappuccino aus einem Kaffee Automaten beziehen. Dieser entsprach nicht dem guten italienischen Cappuccino aus der Bar.

- Steve Crisp (10/5): Out of season perfect tranquility! - When we booked this in late Sept we hadn't realised the Italian holiday season had finished, so the resort was extremely quiet, this turned out to be a gem for tranquility and a reset. The hotel was lovely, extremely clean and all the staff from reception, house maids and restaurant where attentive and polite. The food in the restaurant was lovely for the evening meals. A special thank you has to go to Simona who we asked on a daily basis for guidance on the local area, checking in and to book a taxi for our early departure. Nothing was too much for her and she took time to explain everything through which added to our positive experience staying here, thank you Simona. The local town 'Tarquina' is absolutely beautiful which is a must visit. This can be reached by using a local bus which does have a restrictive timetable so you have to be organised but it only costs €1 on a single journey. If you wish to travel more then a car is recommended. If you go onto the beach and turn left when the tide is low tide you can wade over a small river inlet which allows you to walk to another resort. The resort has more choice to offer for cafe & restaurants than the immediate beach. In summary, a beautiful peaceful location on the Tuscany coast, with a fab hotel that looks after you. We loved it!

Wir konnten daher nicht im Restaurant essen. Das Frühstück war sehr mangelhaft. Keine frischen Orangen für den Orangensaft, wenig Früchte, kein Nachfüllen von Croissants und der ganze Spass hat 20 € pro Person gekostet.

- VANESSA (10/5): Al di là delle stelle, una vera rarità - Mi ha colpito l'idea di creare un hotel bijoux: arredamento e servizi di lusso declinati ad un atmosfera squisitamente intima e famigliare. Le foto presenti non rendono lontamente la bellezza e la cura degli ambienti. Posso dire di essermi sentita, non solo in perfetta armonia con il contesto, ma letteralmente nella mia comfort zone (come, forse, mai accaduto in una struttura alberghiera). Camera ampia, letto comodo per ampiezza e sostegno, pulizia di superfici e biancheria, terrazza vista centro storico, set bagno a dosaggio libero. Nota più che positiva alla colazione a buffet: caffetteria Lavazza (ottimi cappuccini), torte fresche, vera biscotteria, frutta, cereali... tutto in stile "bakery". Struttura pet friendly e fronte mare (stabilimento e spiaggia libero esattamente all'uscita dell'hotel). Un plauso alla cortesia e alla gentilezza dello staff, sia di sala che accoglienza. Nulla.

- Clemente (1/5): - Se potessi, non metterei nemmeno una stella. Esperienza pessima. Camera con condizioni igieniche inesistenti. La camera prenotata oltre ad avere un forte odore nauseante, presentava tracce di sporco ovunque sul pavimento, soprattutto in prossimità del letto. Chiediamo quindi di cambiare camera ma la seconda non è da meno: pavimento sporco e un numero indefinito di peli presenti sulle lenzuola. Chiediamo a questo punto di non soggiornare più e andare via, viste le condizioni in cui versano le camere. Ovviamente NESSUN RIMBORSO da parte dell'hotel.

- Exl (7/5): - Wir waren auf der Durchreise nur eine Nacht im Hotel. War ganz angenehm aber rund herum gibt es wenig zu tun. Die meisten Restaurants hatten geschlossen und der öffentliche Strand war etwas verdreckt. Das hauseigene Restaurant und das Frühstück waren relativ gut. Mehrere Tage Urlaub könnte ich mir nicht vorstellen. Wlan Verbindung nur mit Anmeldung möglich. Verbindung riss mehrmals ab und funktionierte dann mehrere Minuten nicht.

- karel (7/5): kort (gelukkig) maar dit echt door de ligging van het complex - Goed ontbijt, een hotel uit eind jaren 70 begin 80, en die uitstraling heeft hij nog. wel door de ligging héél rustig breed strand. De ligging in het bewaakte park. Dit is een verpauperde locatie een plaats die echt (buiten het seizoen september) troosteloos er uit ziet. Het zwembad is beperkt open. Wellicht door Siësta? Weinig horeca locaties nog Open. Om wat te doen afhankelijk van een auto die wij gelukkig hadden. De gebouwen in het park waaronder het Hotel kunnen wel wat liefde en opknapwerk gebruiken.

A reggeli nagyon finom és bőséges volt a választék. A szállás munkatársai nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. A wifi a szobában nem mindig volt elfogadható erősségű. A szállodával szemben volt egy épület ami kicsit rontotta a kilátást a tengerre.

- Beth (9/5): A very restful time. - The outdoor pool and grassy area provided many pockets for me and my husband to hang out together away from others if we wanted. The buffet breakfast was also very very good. The staff made it! Stefano was the most helpful manager. Our room didn’t look quite like the pictures because our room hadn’t had the makeover yet. It was far from public transport, but you can wade across the river and catch a bus if you want.

La stanza era pulita, accogliente e ben curata, ideale per rilassarsi in tranquillità. Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente il personale, estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso Un ringraziamento speciale va a Stefano della reception, che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ti fa sentire subito a casa. Un vero professionista! Anche Stefano il maître di sala merita una menzione: sempre cortese, attento e pronto ad accontentare ogni esigenza con il sorriso. Si percepisce una vera attenzione all’ospite, cosa non sempre scontata.Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e sicuramente tornerò!

- Nataliia (9/5): Excellent - Unexpectedly good hotel for a reasonable price. Nice lobby, great stuff, especially the reception guys. I stayed with a kid and they upgraded our room to superior- it was huge! You could dance there... also huge bed - 3m wide. Close to the sea and a restaurant has a sea-view terrace, was very pleasant to have dinners there watching a sunset. Fresh orange juice for breakfast. We had only breakfast included, but always stayed for dinner as well as it was really good. There is also a lovely garden where you can chill all day long - with swimming pool, bar, trees and hammocks. In general- during this trip we stayed in 4 different hotels in different parts of Lazio and this one was the best and not the most expensive. The beach is volcanic black and not clean, same as the sea. We preferred to stay in the hotel's garden... Faraway from everything, especially if you don't have a car. Breakfast was good in general, but ham was not eatable, same for scrambled eggs.There is a shuttle bus to the train station which goes like once in 2 hours, right before the train, but... it just arrived 20 minutes later, so we missed our train and had to buy the new tickets and stay with a kid at a station for 2 hours, where there is literally nothing- nice cleaning guy gave us his own water... better ask for a taxi at reception, I wish they suggested us this option
- Lorenzo (7/5): - buona la colazione nel bel patio al primo piano, un po' di fastidio per le api/vespe, il ristorante poi ha la curiosa caratteristica di offrire "a la carte" delle portate diverse da quelle riservate a chi ha la mezza pensione (più gradite e meno costose), con il risultato di ridurre drasticamente le opzioni di scelta il bagno aveva la porta che strusciava per terra, il box doccia era piccolo per un quattro stelle e il tubo della manopola della doccia perdeva abbondantemente, infine l'utilizzo della piscina fino alle 19 è piuttosto penalizzante d'estate

- Domenico (4/5): - La posizione vicina al mare La pulizia delle stanze lascia molto a desiderare. Approssimazione nella pulizia (capelli dappertutto...), trascuratezza nel rifornire i prodotti da bagno (distributori di detergenti lasciati vuoti, carta igienica mancante, asciugamani non reintegrati ecc.). Nella stanza è presente una poltrona che non è stata mai pulita (presenza di sabbia) per tutta la durata del soggiorno (16 notti). Avrei preferito un paio di sedie sicuramente più funzionali alle esigenze. Il parcheggio riservato all'albergo resta un problema visto i posti auto disponibili risicati rispetto alla capienza dell'albergo e siccome siamo in un comprensorio privato per strada non si trovano parcheggi liberi visto che ogni struttura li riserva per i propri clienti.
