Staff is not that friendly. Food/drinks are over priced. They have parrots on the grounds which they clip their wings which is unnecessary (birds should be free and free to fly)

Emma (9/5): Tranquil gem with stunning views of San Juan del Sur - This was a fantastic place to stay in San Juan del Sur. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area was fantastic with magical sunset views over the town. The hotel is a short walk into San Juan del Sur and very safe. Loved the parrots and peacocks hanging around too. We only stayed for one night but would’ve loved to stay longer. Would highly recommend! Better pool and bath towels would be appreciated.

Paul (5/5): Overpriced and too small room which was advertised a suite but there was hardly any room in the room - The view from our room was fantastic. It was nice having a small swimming pool to use. The room was too small for two human beings with one suitcase each. The sliding door leading out to the pool could not be locked at all. There were no glasses in the room, no place to put our suitcases, so we put one standing up in the closet but then could not close the closet doors which meant we couldn't use the bathroom door and it was such a tight squeeze that I injured myself on the door handle every time I walked by it. The breakfasts were not included although this was a very expensive place and what we purchased was overpriced and very average. The gym was a long walk away and had only old equipment that was not plugged in and could not be, besides which it was in an area where the winds blew through the gym shaking the whole place, probably blowing about 40 mph constantly. Although there was plenty of parking outside our door, we were not allowed to park our car there but rather up the hill in an inconvenient place. No refrigerator so we had to purchase a cooler for the room. Advertised as being across the street from a beach, but the beach was way down the hill and a pretty treacherous walk on dangerous sidewalks. The beach was not swimmable as there were bodies of eels and stingrays and other dead fish all along the beach, which we walked the length of. Pretty yucky beach.

Isabel (5/5): - La vista era preciosa, las habitaciones muy limpias y el personal muy atento Alquilamos al inicio una suite para dos personas a un precio bastante elevado (630 dólares), la cual cuando llegamos vimos que era demasiado pequeña, inclusive para una sola persona es incómoda, además de que la ventana quedaba frente a la piscina y cuando se subía la cortina, todos los que estaban en la piscina veían la habitación, tuvimos que solicitar que nos cambiarán a un apartamento con dos habitaciones y pagar la diferencia; el apartamento si era muy bonito con una vista hermosa y piscina privada, sin embargo, se veía todo de los balcones de los otros apartamentos que estaban arriba y a la par de nosotros, por lo que no había privacidad. Además de eso, para ser un lugar con precios tan elevados, no hay servicio a la habitación y el snackbar es demasiado limitado y caro. En total por 3 noches pagamos 966 dólares

Griselda (8/5): Beautiful pool view - The club house pool and area (playground, kid pool, etc) was very nice. The view from the Villa and apartments were great. The breakfast they sold was also pretty good. The location wasn’t too far from the beach and other stores but it’s pretty steep for anyone with accessibility issues or little kids. We were a rather large family so we stayed in three different units. My sister stayed in a villa and she shared that the bed sheets weren’t cleaned or changed out. The other issue, they mention that quiet time is strictly enforced from 11pm to 8am however, one of the nights we were there a group of guests had music playing on the patio area and were talking and shouting until 3am. I contacted the resort staff at midnight via WhatsApp to request they intervene since it’s their policy to enforce quiet time. Nothing was done about it because the guests (who were right next and above my room)didnt quiet down. I would highly encourage you to request the number of the staff working the night staff in the instance any issues arise because the regular WhatsApp number isn’t answered after 9pm.

También nos ayudaron a conseguir un taxi, lo cual fue conveniente. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación dejó mucho que desear. Las camas estaban sucias, el papel higiénico ya había sido usado y las toallas de cuerpo tenían arena. Informé al personal sobre esto, pero no hicieron nada al respecto. Fuera de esos detalles, la estadía fue aceptable, pero definitivamente hay margen de mejora en cuanto a la limpieza y el servicio al cliente.

Having a smart TV was a lovely touch, a nice way to relax when it was raining outside. A short 5-7 minute walk to town if you take the shortcut down the stairs. Only minor things - the room could use some hooks to hang up towels. Additionally the lighting outside the rooms could be better.

Bydia (10/5): - I recently stayed at this fantastic 2-bedroom apartment and couldn't be happier. Each bedroom had its own TV, and the common areas were air-conditioned. All appliances were new and in excellent condition. The view from the room was stunning, and the small pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. Overall, a comfortable and luxurious stay. Highly recommended!
