• phil (10/5): One night stay - The room was small but neat and tidy. The weather was very hot but the AC worked well. Everything was provided that I expected including kettle, complimentary teas and coffees and toiletries. The mattress was smaller than the bed base but was comfortable enough. Staff were polite and efficient I was pleased with everything 😁

The front desk staff doesn’t speak tons of English but was more than willing to help with anything. Google translate rocks! Great spot!

Personal war zwar bemüht, leider ist das Hotel in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter können ja nichts dafür. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.
• Eva (7/5): Looks great, but staying there is not so comfortable - The location is good, I could walk to all major attraction in town. The building looks lovely with the courtyard. I could park for free in front of building. As all rooms have window to the courtyard, you can hear everything - peoople coming and going, also the music at breakfast area starting at 7.30. Also, because the rooms open to courtyard, they are quite dark. The room is clean, but the bathroom has a lot of mold (some people might be sensitive for that) Wifi is very slow. Smoking is permitted in the breakfast area, which was for me very disturbing.

Ich hatte das Gefühl das wir ganz alleine im Hotel waren. Von vollen überfüllten Tischen keine Rede .ich hab mir das geselliger vorgestellt.
• Richard (10/5): Excellent value and a wonderful place for a family stay. - Staff was extremely helpful, giving lots of local color and assisting us with advice for the town and the region. Breakfast was outstanding and the accommodations were quite comfortable. Very convenient to the Balikli Gol and other old town locations. Parking available / included in front of the Konak. Compared to other places we've stayed, great privacy, quiet, and cozy while still close to cultural activities.

Uçuş saatimin check out saatinden sonra olması sebebiyle otelden geç ayrılma isteğimi kabul etmeleri ne kadar müşteri yanlısı bir yönetim olduğunu gösteriyor. Atmosferden, odamdan, çalışanlardan, yemeklerden ve lokasyondan çok memnun kaldım. Çalışanların ve yöneticilerin hepsine teşekkür ediyorum.
• Pavel (10/5): Hotel where you feel really good - Clean and great looking hotel with a great atmosphere though in historic building in the old town next to torn down building. The staff was very helpful, breakfast great, parking no problem. Especially many thanks for arranging car repair in just next morning. Rooms face the atrium so some may consider the accomodation bit noisy, depends on room location. Tea pot in the room was appreciated.

Rooms are good and warm. Receptionist friendly. Only improvement was no apparent breakfast on offer despite requesting it the night before. Worth a stay.

• E J (2/5): NEEDS VERY CAREFUL CONSIDERATION - NOT HAPPY - Apart from the fact that the address on the Hotel site was incorrect and it's pretty hard to tell what /where a hotel might be from a picture of a bed, I actually never found it. Although I have written to Hotels.com regarding the situation I have not heard from them either. The discouraging issue is that I am supposed to be a Gold Member so pity some one new to the site. The Hotel itself did not contact me either. What the problem is - if you are from another Country, do not speak the language, unableto use your phone as you just got off a plane and your Taxi driver cannot find a place from its advertised address what chance do you have????

• fergusParis (6/5): A bigger effort - Its a beautiful and pretty well renovated old house in a not so pretty and old neighborhood. Our experience wasn’t bad, there’s just a few things to be pointed out We had an agency made our reservations. They said it’s a 5 star hotel. They gave un what they called the best rooms in the house. They where ok, except they face the street. Maybe because of Ramadan, or just because the street is noisy. We had what it sounded like a parade outside. There’s like a little convenient store in front. They operated past midnight. Besides the noise, the blinds are too thin, so we had a lot of light coming from the outside. Also there was a small lounge are just outside our room. There where people having a reunion. Smoking maybe having drinks, they weren’t really loud, but still you don’t want to be listening to “the neighbors” when you want to go to bed. The meals where another issue. The food was ok, it was just communicating with the staff a problem. They don’t speak Spanish or English. They are nice and they try, but it was difficult asking for things out of the fixed menu. We probably had too much food. Talking about communication issues, for the second night we asked about changing rooms. But because it was late and we where somehow in a rush we ended no chaining rooms. What was our surprise when we got back at night. They didn’t clean our room! So as I said, its a pretty renovated old house, the staff is nice, but they’re just need tu upgrade their game.

• Sergey (10/5): Отличный отель - В общем-то все понравилось. Расположение, интерьер. В номере были одноразовые тапочки, чайник с чаем и кофе. Отличный завтрак. Неплохой ресторан при отеле работает до вечера. Единственный минус -- низкая шумоизоляция и живая музыка в ресторане почти до 23 вечера (как минимум, по субботам) могут стать проблемой при желании пораньше лечь спать перед ранним выездом.

• eugenie-marie (10/5): Hotel agreable - Chambre simple et confortable. Petit point negatif, pas d'eau chaude mais il faisait tres chaud donc ca ne m'a pas plus déranger. Attention l'emplacement de l'hotel se trouve dans un endroit bruyant pour ceux qui chercherait la tranquillité. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Le service du personnel a été tres gentil et a répondu à tout mes besoins. Je les remercie infiniment.
• Artur (10/5): Klimatyczne miejsce - Obsługa przyjazna i pomocna. Przepyszne śnuadania. Pokój mały, ale ładnie urządzony, wygodne łózko. Duża łazienka. Dyskomfortem może byc okno wychodzące na niezadaszone patio i przejście. Kilka minut na piechotę do zabytkowych obiektów miasta. Mogę polecić pobyt w tym miejscu.
• RamonaGuide (10/5): An excellent base for visiting Mesopotamia ! - The hotel is within walking distance of Fish Lake (a huge park and place of worship in Urfa, where in the evening you can dine or have a tea) and other historical monuments, like Fırfırlı and Selahaddin Eyyubi Mosques (under the renovations both of them), but interesting to see the outside architecture. It is very clean konak, has internet access and the staff is very friendly. I do not compare the local standard with the one in Europe or Antalya, but for the area I can say that it is a very good choice, considering that the services are reduced everywhere during the pandemic. Thanks very much to the staff for their kindness.
• zenizett (6/5): Good for budget but not for winter - It's a basic hotel with charming historic features. The stone architecture with wooden ceiling and furnitures is lovely. Quite clean for non picky people. However, it's a bit too simple to be a boutique hotel, and weak in terms of comfort. Sound proof is so weak that you constantly hear chit-chats inside the room. The biggest issue for me was how cold it gets in winter. I was shivering while having breakfast. It also smelled moldy. I observed water leaks at several spots of the building. I'd recommend the hotel only over the warmer season.

I had reserved 3 rooms, each located in different parts of the property. you can hear conversations, music, animals, cars, as if your windows are open. Just make the rooms better sound proof, this hotel would best in the area.
• Expedia (6/5): 2/5 - Kesif bir havası vardı. Odada yatak dışı alan çok azdı. Koydukları halı çok alakasız. Çarşaf kötü. Terlikler beton zeminde rahat olmuyor. Siyah çay servisi varmış, haberimiz olmadı. Kötü değil ancak fiyat/performası düşük. Temizlikte sıkıntı yoktu.

• Osmandvc (10/5): Beautifully... :) - We have been there for "sıra gecesi", traditional Urfa night with food and music. Surprisingly good food, great traditional music, fast and polite service. Make sure to call for reservation. We didn't stay here but hotel looked nice & clean very and nice.

Seyahate yakin bir donemde rezervasyon yapmam gerektiginden sira gecesi gurultusunu goze alip buraya mecbur kaldik. Aksam yemegi icin sira gecesi yogunlugundan dolayi yemekte istedigimiz yemegin gecikecegi, bu nedenle sadece sira gecesine hazirlanan yemeklerden siparis vermeniz gerektigi belirtiliyor. Sira gecesi baslamaya yakin yemegimiz bitti, sonrasinda masa toplanmaya dahi gelinmedi. Oda fiyatina gore gayet siradan ve banyonun havalandirmasi olmadigindan olsa gerek nem kokusu var. Yuksek fiyatina gore konfor ve hizmet cok zayif. Muzik sesi cok yuksek ve yalitim olmadigindan sira gecesi oda da yapiliyor gibi hissediliyor.
