Priya (3/5): Needs some work - Room was clean. Linen was clean. The area was decent. Security was good. Booked for 2 people but had to ask for an additional towel. Cutlery was short, only 1 of each. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder, no towel railing, no rack in the shower, and the toilet brush was broken. 1 stove plate was not working. It is a non-smoking room but there is no awning to smoke outside when it's raining. There was no air freshener in the bathroom and no hangers in the cupboard. The sugar and coffee did not get refilled the entire week we were there. We did not get the room we booked online, it looked very different on the pictures. I booked rooms for my staff with microwaves and fridges but the one room did not have either. There was no extra toilet paper and it took very long for the staff to bring once asked.

Masego (7/5): - The reception, the type of room allocated, the location and the convenience to move in and out of the yard without red tape. The rooms are clean but they dont seem to dust pedastals and bedside lamps. One could see the dust with the naked eye. The carpet also looked unclean and seemed to have trapped alot of dust which is not a good thing when travelling with a baby.

Valleymab (3/5): It's A Miss - Comfortable beds and relatively clean as it gets services daily. Shared kitchen- I feel like they don't disclose that the kitchen is shared with other guests. We went there with the impression that we had booked a full unit when infact it was a room and for a family of 5 that was very testing space wise. Furnishings- The units need a lot of TLC, the furniture is worn and some carpets should be replaced as they are damaged. The bathrooms don't have hanging space or basic things. Kitchen utensils- Not enough plates, pots, cutlery just basic utensils. The grounds- Felt very neglected, not much effort to maintain. Which means there isn't much for the kids to do.
