- Karolina_St_ (9/5): Great place with amazing terrace at the heart of the city - Great location, smartly decorated apartment- very cozy and comfy with amazing view and plenty of space for 1-2 people. The best part of this accommodation- its terrace and stunning view to the beach. The only thing- we had only one blanket, which was not very comfortable to share. Otherwise, no complaints. If we ever come back to Alicante, you can be sure to see us again!

La salle de bain n est pas confortable, rien pour poser ses affaires , le lavabo est un lave main et pas de pression dans la douche. Les linges de lits sont usés , pas de house de protection sur les coussins et deux draps pour envelopper la couette ce qui fait qu on se retrouve souvent avec la couette sans protection, pas d éponge pour faire la vaisselle ou essuyer la table qui était volante

- Agnieszka (9/5): Udany City Break w Alicante - Mieliśmy apartament 1B na pierwszym piętrze. Apartament wyglądał dokładnie jak na zdjęciach, bardzo przestronny i czysty, w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko na plażę oraz do centrum, restauracji i sklepów. Polecam! Uważam, ale jest to kwestia gustu, że łóżko podwójne jest za wąskie, ma 140 cm. W mojej ocenie powinno się proponować łóżka o szerokości co najmniej 160 cm- zdecydowanie poprawia do komfort spania. Ponadto uważam, ze należy zaktualizować informacje na drzwiach np. namiary na WiFi. Ponadto należy zadbać o to, aby w kuchni były gąbki do mycia naczyń (kupiliśmy trzy i zostawiliśmy dla następnych gości) oraz jakieś ścierki do wycierania blatu. Są to drobiazgi, ale zdecydowanie poprawią komfort pobytu.

The location was great, so close to the beach, many popular attractions, and restaurants/bars. Great communication by the host in advance of and at the end of our stay.

Only complaint would be it needs more shelving and hanging hooks in the bathroom. Also the entry key lock didn’t work properly.

- Jana (10/5): - Krásná lokalita v historické části města. Blízko na městskou pláž. Můj požadavek: výtah a výhled na moře byl splněn na 100%. Oddělené postele :-D. Vybaveno vším, co je běžně potřeba - včetně sušáčku na prádlo. Uvítací balíček pokryje zapomenuté potřeby na první den. Okna netěsní takže je slyšet hluk z ulice. Nepříjemné, ale dá se. Automobilový provoz minimální, turisté hluční jak kdy. Výtah je do 3. patra, vyfocená terasa je ve 4 :-(

- Anthony (8/5): Quite City Centre living. Very convenient for all amenities. - Location was excellent, very close to the action but in a quite area of the City. Easy to get to museums, the castle, restaurants. Felt very secure and easy to access. Got a great few nights sleep. WiFi worked very well once I got the code. The sink in the bathroom was very small, though there was plenty of room for a larger sink. Sheets on the bed were not the cleanest. Had to request the Wifi code. Displaying the correct code on the back of the door inside the apartment would be very helpful.

- Thomas (7/5): It’s important to check what Apartment your booking as all Apartments don’t have a terrace - The Location was close to restaurants and the beach. The Apartment was noisy at night.
- David (5/5): - The location is convenient, but without double pained windows it is very noisy. The morning of our departure Santa Faz pilgrimage was being held. At 5am people started gathering to ultimately be part of 350,000 to pass by. There is a green security light over the main door that illuminates the entire room all night. Eye masks and earplugs were provided. We paid extra for the room with the outdoor patio and sea view, we received a text the morning of that this room was not available. Requested a refund of the additional fee, will need to follow up on reimbursement. Elevator to beach is out of service, plan for stairs and a wrap around walkway.
- Karolina (2/5): - During our stay we noticed a strong mold smell, very high humidity and cold conditions in the apartment. Towels did not dry at all during our stay, which indicated excessive moisture in the room. The mold is spread across a larger area of the wall and also appears on the ceiling beam, which suggests a long-term humidity problem in the apartment. Such conditions raise serious hygiene and health concerns and are not acceptable for guest accommodation.

View of the castle and beach. Literally 5 to ten minute walk to the beachfront and marina. Would definitely return! Nothing!

- valentina (7/5): NEED IMPROVEMENT. - The position ,beeing close to all tourist attractions, within walking distance. Frist that was a studio not an apartment as listed. Not sure if prices are the same for all room, but I think this is wrong . The photos online are a mixture from all rooms. Now related with the studio 3B which was my room . There was no view over the sea or over the city , when you open the windows/ doors only could see the next building . There were no courtins on that side and you could've been seen by the people from the other building. The wooden blinds were way to old, as well as the bathroom window. There was only a rack and a bare to hang off your clothes and if you cook something all your clothes will smell of what you cooked. The towels- were worn , rough, and the white was mostly grey , definitely need an upgrade. Nothing in the bathroom to hang your face towel. The shower drain blocked , ok for a quick shower but I washed my hair on the last night , nearly flood the bathroom , need it to stop the shower few times to let the water drain. The bed linen- hate the fact as there was no proper duvet sheet, the duvet was place between the plain bed linen which never stayed in place. One of the pillow case was mouldy, got photo of you want to see. All corners off the room were dusty , hairy, as well as the boom. There were no information in English at all about anything. Ex: about rubbish ,if they reclicle or were the bins outside. NO WORTH THE MONEY. For 606 euros for 5 nights I did expect a better quality room, even more not on holiday season even.

- Mark Steven (8/5): Wir hatten eine tolle und entspannte Zeit... - Die ganze Wohnung war echt gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben über Booking einen Check-in mit Türcode bekommen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war echt super. Die ganze Wohnung war nachts und am frühen Morgen sehr hell. Ich denke, ein paar einfache Jalousien mehr hätten gereicht.
- Karen (8/5): Fijn, rustig verblijf met alles in de buurt. - Ik had de email met informatie over het appartement gemist, dus toen ik aankwam op de eerste dag geraakte ik niet binnen. Ik heb de verhuurder gecontacteerd en die antwoordde onmiddellijk op mijn bericht en gaf me de code van de deur. Heel mooi appartementje met alles wat je nodig hebt, incl droogrek voor kleren, poetsproducten, waterflesjes in de koelkast... Strand, stad, winkeltjes en restaurants allemaal op wandelafstand. De airco lekte dus er lag steeds een plasje water op de grond van de keuken en er was een vochtvlek in het plafond. Op de foto's leek het of we het appartement op de bovenste verdieping zouden krijgen met een rooftop terrasje, toen we aankwamen bleek dat we een andere kamer op het 2e verdiep zonder terras/balkon hadden. Voor ons hoefde dat niet, maar als dat iets is waar je naar uit kijkt is dat wel jammer.

- Peter (8/5): Schönes, helles Apartment am Rande der Altstadt - Das Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Altstadt, der Strand, die Promenade, Supermärkte, alles ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Es befindet ist in einem sehr schön renovierten Altbau und verfügt über viele grosse Fenster und einen tollen Ausblick. Ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen wären nötig. Der Fahrstuhl funktionierte die Hälfte des Aufenthalts nicht und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war etwas schleppend.

Between seaside and city center - Lift was out of order and nobody fixed it; - we changed room (from 3rd floor to ground floor) and the new apartment had the wash basin in the toilet broken (water was coming out). Same as the lift: nobody came to repair it. Property said that we were “unlucky” due to holiday time. - not worth for the money and I felt fooled around by the poor assistance of the property.

Za taką cenę znajdziecie na pewno lepszy apartament. - Apartament jest w świetnej lokalizacji, do plaży spacerkiem 5 minut, do promenady również, dużo restauracji w pobliżu. Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony. Minusów niestety jest więcej niż plusów. Zaczynając od czystości apartamentu która pozostawia wiele do życzenia, słuchawki pod prysznicem w pleśni, w łazience nie ma kontaktu i jest bardzo słabe światło, ciepła woda szybko się kończy więc jak po kolei idą dwie osoby się umyć to dla drugiej już może nie starczyć ciepłej wody. W całym apartamencie jest bardzo słabe światło, przez położenie apartamentu światło dzienne nie dociera praktycznie w ogóle do środka, więc przez 6 dni czuliśmy się jakbyśmy mieszkali w piwnicy, ściany pobrudzone. W dużym łóżku, kołdra która była w plamach, była brudna,nie była obleczona w normalną pościel, tylko miała między sobą dwa prześcieradła….. w przedpokoju jest szklana ściana, przez którą w nocy pada bardzo dużo światła, więc jesli nie masz maseczki to ciężko spać. W apartamencie jest głośno nawet przy zamkniętych oknach, słychać rozmowy osób na ulicy, przejeżdżający samochód sprawiał, że szyby w oknach dosłownie się trzęsły, a przy deszczowej nocy jest hałas niesamowity, więc zabierzcie ze sobą zatyczki do uszu. Cena zdecydowanie nie jest adekwatna do ceny.

Very central to the old t - The interior was very nice and quirky, the location was perfect, central to the old town and lots of restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony was also a bonus. The cleanliness was okay, but a lot of marks on the walls, needs some fresh paint, the floor felt dirty. My white socks went black underneath just walking round the apartment. There was also some events going on outside the church which went on till late at night and was very loud, but cannot be helped

- Beata (4/5): )): - Sehr schöne Lage , kunstvoll eingerichtet,Kaffee und Tee Das Zimmer (Kellerraum)war nicht ganz schlecht, abgesehen davon, dass die Badezimmerfliesen verschimmelt waren, das Zimmer nach Schimmel roch und die Decke stark knarrte – was aber bei einem alten Gebäude normal ist. Obendrein gab es noch einen Betrug mit einem angeblich kostenlosen Taxi, das der Typ in der Buchungsbestätigung bestätigte und dann der Buchungsfirma in die Schuhe schieben wollte. Ich habe das Zimmer nur wegen des kostenlosen Taxis gebucht, das ich dann aber selbst bezahlen musste.
- Rūta (6/5): - I liked a room we got after asking for a change I didn’t see in booking how to select a specific room and apparently I booked a ground floor / basement room. I would not recommend anyone that. It was cold, it had a bad smell, the AC did not work. It had a hole in the door so anyone could break in (it was fixed the next day when we pointed out to it). The towels were not great. Dome had spots and holes, but they were washed. I have asked to change the rooms and the host was kind to do it. Appreciate the effort, that really fixed our experience. The new room even had better towels.

I stayed in apartment 1B, a loft apartment at the side of the building looking out over small walkway and another building. Not the fault of the apartment but could hear the air conditioning unit on building opposite. Light switch beside the bed doesn’t work. No tea towels. Bathroom walls could do with a paint. I would prefer an apartment on a higher floor.
- teemu (7/5): - Location is very good, although you dont get your car parked close to. The interior was nice with high rooms, looks great. We did not read well the text when booked, we thought it was on higher floors, so totally our fault ofcourse. The floor in flat was not clean. ALthough there is not much traffic the few cars kept much noice, perhaps on higher floors its not that noicy. The wifi shown in messages did not work, propably the one written on the door notice works, we did not read that until it was too late already...

Na verschillende berichten en mail eindelijk respons en 1 set propere gekregen. Geen grote badhanddoeken voor strand. We verbleven op 1B

- Colin (10/5): Great apartment helped us have a fantastic week in October in Alicante - Great location near the beach, castle and bars/restaurants. Host was very accommodating and prompt with communication. A lovely apartment in a great city.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal, zentral, nahe am Strand und auch zur Fußgängerzone Das Badezimmer hätte eine Renovierung nötig, passt nicht zum Rest der Unterkunft. Die Duschköpfe sollten getauscht werden, in der Dusche sind auch überall schon schwarze Schimmelränder. Leider ist das Zimmer auch sehr hellhörig. Die letzte Nacht war sehr laut, da die Nachbarn über mir durch die Wohnung getrampelt sind, da halfen auch Ohropax nicht. Und man hört auch dir Leute draußen von der Straße

- Marina (7/5): Bonito pero un poco incómodo - Está muy bien ubicado, el apartamento es bonito y no le falta detalle, tenían para los huéspedes botellas de agua en el frigorífico, café y aceite, hasta incluso tenían gominolas en la entrada. La limpieza era normal. Las puertas van con código y esta muy bien porque así no pierdes las llaves. Lo mas incómodo ha sido la luz que entra por uno de los ventanales y el ruido. Las ventanas no están bien aisladas (por lo menos la de nuestro apartamento) y se escucha cualquier ruido de la calle (campanas de la iglesia, tours, coches…) Aunque te dejan antifaz y tapones pero si no estás acostumbrado es incómodo…

- Anderson (2/5): Limpieza muy decepcionante. - La ubicacion! Cerca de la playa y muy centrico La cama y las almohadas, muy comodas. La entrada y la decoracion estaba genial Un pequeño detalle que ellos tienen, es que dejan un pequeño bote con gominolas para los clientes. 😄🙋🏻♂️ El piso estaba sucio, el suelo estaba lleno de arena de playa, el sofa y los cogines olian mal y con manchas por todos lados, el suelo del baño tenia moho al igual que la ducha, incluso me dejaron un mechon de pelos en la ducha, y por ultimo, tambien habia hormigas en la cocina. La persona encargada (Macu) te da un numero de telefono para contactar con ella, sin embargo no responde los WhatsApp ninlas llamadas, solo se limita a enviar mensajes por la Pagina web. A los Srs. De Booking, como ya saben, llevo un par de años usando vuestra pagina, y cuando yo tengo una mala experiencia ( No es mi primera mala expeeiencia) ustedes se limitan a ofrecer disculpas y ofrecer descuentos, descuentos que yo "tengo" o "deberia" usar en el proximo mes, lo que significa más ingresos para ustedes, y ni ustedes ni nadie va a condicionar mis proximas vacaiones, lo que tienen que hacer es devolver parte del dinero.
