Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were really good. Highly recommend this quirky guesthouse, will definitely return again. Thank you both of you for a memorable stay
- Chris (10/5): Outstanding - The location is outstanding. The hosts are brilliant. The cooked “full English” breakfast is a very nice and traditional Dales breakfast cooked well. The marmalade is great which Neil makes himself and sells for charity, we took two jars home with us. Our room which was The Workshop exceeded our expectations, my Wife was blown away with it, particularly the deep copper bath. The room was spotlessly clean. We just had to take lots of photos outside too which even in December is beautiful. We were even offered tea or coffee on arrival and we had some delightful biscuits in our room. It pains me a little to write this as I know this review may make it difficult for us to book again in the future but Neil and Jane deserve all the praise in the world. We had a fantastic two nights. We will definitely be back at some point, if we can get in ! Cannot honestly pinpoint anything, if I did I’d be saying it just for the sake of writing something.
