• Bea_Diaz (9/5): - La entrada al departamento fue fácil y rápida. El pequeño patio y la terraza son un plus que no teníamos planeado tener.Todo nos gustó,el barrio es súper tranquilo. El horario para entrar no me pareció justo ,ya que hasta las 16 hs tuve que esperar y lo ideal hubiera sido entrar sobre el mediodía o las 14 como máximo. Es solo una crítica constructiva.

L'appartement dispose d'une terrasse qui n'est pas du tout indiquée alors qu'elle est spacieuse et agréable. L'odeur de tabac à notre arrivée, malheureusement l'hôte n'y pouvait rien, il est clairement indiqué qu'il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur.

• Gerardo (7/5): Si traes equipaje, que pese poco... ;D - Aunque relativamente lejos del centro, está bien comunicado y es muy tranquilo. La entrada se realiza muy tarde (18.00 h) y la salida muy temprano (11.00 h) lo cual recorta enormemente las posibilidades de actividades el día de entrada y el día de salida obligando al inquilino a cargar con las maletas ambos días mientras puedes acceder al apartamento, sobre todo el día de salida. Además llamamos al dueño y no nos ofreció soluciones para dejar el equipaje en ningún lugar, así que tuvimos que llevarlo a todas las visitas del último día porque en Ceuta existe una consigna de pago pero el domingo está cerrada.

El apartamento en general no estaba limpio, el sofá manchado e incómodo, las sábanas,cojines y colchas no estaban limpios y el colchón muy incómodo. El mobiliario está estropeado y mal cuidado.

The bedding seemed a little small, so all night long the fitted sheets were coming off and it felt like the bedding was always fighting with me . Also the kitchen was missing a dish rack to dry , with small counter space we always had dishes out everywhere to dry

• Bajram (9/5): Well located and cosy property. - The property was very nice and clean. Very cozy and a nice terrace outside. It was nice to be able to wake up and have a little chat outside while the kids were playing outside in the private terrace. The landlord communicated well with us via message. The surronding area felt safe and welcoming. The beds made my back hurt a little. That was the only issue.

• Mohamed (4/5): Disappointing - clean Matless awfully uncomfortable. we slept on sofa over the whole 3 nights. No air conditioning is just weird in ceuta hot summers. Hard to find a place in the car parking.Additionnaly, the parking is very dangerous : cars are usualy burned. we witnessed 2 cars burned. we were lucky to be warned by locals upon our arrival.
• Touraj (5/5): Passable - Good location and equipment At the checkout day, the cleaner came too early and opened the door without knocking and asked us to leave because she couldn't come later to clean. The normal checkout time in Ceuta is 12:00.

• Bentalba (6/5): Great apartment needs a bit of work. - Very clean and neat, quiet location. Kitchen is equipped with enough materials for basic cooking. Refrigerator works very well. A portable heater was also in the apartment. The beds are old, and i mean old OLD. Very uncomfortable and very hard to have a good night sleep on, they also make noise so if you’re a light sleeper take it into consideration.

Terrible experience! 0/10 The property manager was not able to manage an important situation with the water shortage we had the last two days, in the apartment, (no shower, no brushing teeth, no hand cleaning, and what's so ever), they never followed up on our request and did not even provide any support. They did not message us to see if we needed anything such as bottle of water or any another option! Beside that, bed was very uncomfortable, every time you move, it makes the worst sound ever! There is a constant bad smell that comes from the bathroom drain (they didn't bother to cover it or do something about it) 🤢 The paint is coming off the walls, and there are definitely not two terraces as stated in the listing Also, the couch is suspiciously dusty and dirty! When we arrived, we found some insects in the bathroom, 🦟 The communication with the property manager is terrible. That is so unfortunate! We don't recommend this property at all,
• Miguel (1/5): Worse experience ever! (When inside the apartment). Good for a mediocre stay - A mediocre place for a mediocre amount of money. We had a problem because there was only one ventilator for 2 rooms (no AC) and it was terribly suffocating at this time. Host answer was to deal with it like everyone else. They said they would try to bring a ventilator... days passed... We had to buy one. Then the typical black stains in the bathroom corners, apartment floor with outdoor tiles (you won't see it dirty ;)... I can imagine the reply to this: "... We are sorry you had a bad experience.... Lamentamos mucho.... We are buying ventilator/ac..." If you decide to stay here, pray you won't need the help of the host.
• Dmytro (9/5): Quiet location nearby the beach and close to all the city attractions - So quiet place in 5 mins walk from the Benitez beach. Huge supermarkets nearby. Fast and easy connection with the city center. And the jem of the place is a small jasmine patio and the terrace above. We loved staying there! AC missed
• Lucia (9/5): Great silent apartment. Comfortable for couples. - The apartment was clean and nice with a terrace and a roof. It is well equipped with coffee, olive oil, salt, tea, sugar, a toaster, pots, a candle,... We had a really enjoyable stay. The washing machine is broken and the staff did not manage to repair it for the whole week we spent there. The mattress is slightly too soft and makes your back ache a little when you lay longer.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Perfect apartment for a short stay. - it was very comfortable. Perfect for 3 friends. 2 sharing the double bed, one on the sofa bed. Had everything we needed. The kitchenette was adequate. The outdoor space a bonus. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

• Seongil (9/5): A great place to stay - Most of the things (cooking and bathing facility etc) we needed were available at the apartment. Quiet neighborhoods and proximity to the shopping center were a plus. We definitely want to come back. It might be a little challenge to approach the apartment or parking lot in the beginning because of a lot of one way streets.
• Kiefner (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent. Close to the city, nice restaurants around. We were able to park the bikes around the corner. Very quiet and comfortable. We had breakfast on the upper terrace!
• Thomas (9/5): Superb - I did not follow up on the procedure of key entry and called the caretaker. He quickly came and let me in. This was an error on my end. The caretaker was very kind although I had caused an inconvenience to him. His kindness is greatly appreciated by this old traveler.

• Kym (8/5): Very good - Everything was perfect apart from the mattress on the bed. The kitchen was fully equipped, it had everything one needs. The apartment was a good size. The host was great and very responsive. When we arrived there was no internet and she'd sorted this problem out within an hour. But I can't stress enough, that the apartment is perfect, just not the mattress, which was the worst I've ever come across anywhere in world. The only negative was the mattress for the bed. It was so soft and gave absolutely no back support whatsoever. After 1 night's sleep, I was in a lot of pain & I could bearly stand. It was a cheap soft sponge mattress that is so light you can pick it up with 1 hand. I ended up taking the mattress off the bed and putting the sofa-bed mattress on the bed. Unfortunately, this wasn't flat as where the pillows are is higher and a different cushion, typical Ikea, but at least I could walk in the morning. This wasn't ideal, but it was relatively(ish) comfortable and my back was fine. We stayed an extra night because of a meeting that was delayed, and we enjoyed our time there.
