- Sharon (10/5): -
- Korn (10/5): - Friendly owner
- Alan (9/5): Friendly staff made me very welcome, room was exactly what I required with a price that matched. - The comfort of the bed
The shower was fantastic
Breakfast really nice
The value for money
Friendly owners A bit isolated to restaurants
- Chris (7/5): -
- Granville (8/5): comfortable unfussy - Good location, easy to access simple breakfast efficient and arrived on time Room situated at the front some noise from main road particularly passing lorries from the port.
- Raidraig (8/5): -
- Colette (10/5): - Everything, so clean and friendly Nothing it was all perfect
- Chloe (10/5): Perfect.
Good location for swimming pool
Good fresh breakfasts.
Room and bathroom was clean. - Perfect location, lovely helpful host. Clean facilities and great breakfast. Sine and what we required for our 2 nights. Liked everything.
- Korolev (10/5): -
- Ugnius (7/5): The host was nice, the food was good. - The price is really quite good, I booked a day before my arrival and it was really quite cheap (£44). The breakfast was good, full scottish breakfast (eggs, sausages, hashbrown, beans, toast). The location is good, just a cross the road from the main University campus, if you are travelling for work/study. The place is outdated and in need for a fresh coat of paint. The sound insulation is also poor, you will hear everything that is happening in the next room or the the corridor.
If you are a coffee person, then you will suffer - the BnB only had instant coffee option in the breakfast room.
- Borui (10/5): -
- kenneth (10/5): Work sleepover - Location and parking Nothing negative
- John (10/5): -
- Jannette (9/5): Excellent location, comfortable room and very helpful, attentive staff made my stay very enjoyable. - Breakfast was nicely cooked and well presented. Choice of items and plenty of tea, coffee, toast and cereal. My room had everything that I needed and was very comfortable. The owner was very pleasant and most welcoming and allowed me a slightly later check out to assist me with my onward travel arrangements. The location for me was excellent as I was attending an event at the Aberdeen aquatics centre just across the road. A slightly bigger TV screen would have made TV viewing better (but the TV worked okay). This is an older property but it did not detract from the comfort of my stay.
- Kyle (8/5): Good - Breakfast was provided and if anything was needed it was provided The bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable
- NIALL (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this B&B, with a warm welcome and excellent attention to detail throughout. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax straight away. Breakfast was fantastic, with great quality ingredients and plenty of choice—we would happily stay again.
- Anne (10/5): delightful hosts. generous breakfast. - friendlu
- jaro (10/5): -
- Iain (6/5): Convenient for swimming, nice breakfast. - Proximity to aquatic centre The wall lights in my room did not work, I was only able to use the ‘big light’.
- Susan (8/5): -

- Olaf (8/5): - Steven ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.
Leckeres Frühstücksomlett
- Kath (10/5): Ideal for our requirements - Breakfast was just right
Staff lovely and although dated decor, the room was spotlessly clean We couldn't get the bedside lights to work but this didn't affect our stay
- Catherine (8/5): - Excellent and personal staff experience. Staff was accommodating and helpful
- selina (9/5): Welcoming comfortable pleasant stay - The owners were very nice and extremely helpful, I would highly recommend staying at this property to anyone it's easy to access close parking with all facilities you need. The breakfast is preordered the night before and we requested it early which was not a problem for the owners. They came in and had a chat with us and asked if everything was OK they were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.
- ragaam (1/5): I couldn’t sleep all night - Only location It smell terrible when you enter as if you have entered a fish market. The room are good size but the room vibrates all night due care driving past.
- K. Mapes (10/5): - Good breakfast and room was good for the price
- Ngan (7/5): -
- Mike (8/5): Good budget stay. -

- Jim (9/5): The Brentwood: friendly and great value. - Steven and Mal were very friendly members of staff The room was clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was enjoyable too.
Although the Brentwood was quite a distance from the city centre there's a regular bus service from outside the guest house.

Nachbarschaft teilweise sehr laut nachts.
- gerard (8/5): - Very friendly family,breakfast plentiful.good value Nothing
- Ruben (8/5): -
- John Oluwole (8/5): - General services I'm just satisfied
- Aniko (10/5): Nice place close to the University and good base for exploring the neighbouring area. - We wanted our kids to experience the B&B type accomodation, they loved it. Our host was very nice and helpful, we liked the breakfasts and also the opportunity to use the dining area for dinner (we could eat our microvave compatible food and the take away pizza comfortably). Beds were comfortable for us. We arrived Friday and left on Sunday, so parking was also ok with us.
- Charles (8/5): Good value for money - It's a good location for the parkrun and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Also good value for money.G
- Kazuo (8/5): -
- Teresa (10/5): Homely & Friendly - This is a fantastic B&B. The service and hospitality from the moment I arrived was amazing. Great rooms, awesome breakfast and a very homely atmosphere.
Steven & Mary were very obliging and were happy to assist with information regarding the local are.
- Innocenti (9/5): - La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari
- Daiana Magali (10/5): -
- Alessandra (7/5): -
- Nick (7/5): -
- Tiziana (8/5): - The property is quite old.
- Kev (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gregory (9/5): Very good value for money - Very friendly, and good breakfast ! None
- Raul (10/5): Ideal accommodation for a university event - The friendliness
- Jeffrey (10/5): Steven and Mary were live-in hosts but the house gave a huge sense of independence for guests who want to move and speak - Steven and Mary were very hands-on hosts since as early as few days leading up to my arrival. They made sure I knew my way to the place since it was honestly far from the city center (although it’s in Old Aberdeen so perfect if that’s your destination), and I inadvertently came during what turned out to be a very busy and transit-chaotic The Tall Ships Races weekend in the city. Steven is a charming and sweet guy whereas Mary, from what I read from the room poster, is the one who makes the delicious breakfast. The bedrooms and the shared restroom are very quiet and clean, and the quaint breakfast room is always open to guests who need to warm their own food or get wee refreshments. Brewed coffee could make the stay perfect!
- Alison (8/5): A traditional guest house, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. - Location and management
- Graham (8/5): Definitely a charming gem in Aberdeen - will stay again! - Choice of excellent cooked breakfast served promptly with a smile. Good location with free on-street weekend parking (only each weekend) Everything fine
- Sean (10/5): Lovely budget hotel with friendly owner - Convenient and affordable
All ok Nothing, all ok
- Metka (6/5): Pleasant - The staff is ok
- Jacqueline (10/5): - This is a lovely bed and breakfast! The host Mary is so sweet and takes such care of the property and her guests. Would definitely recommend this place.
- Kevin (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was fantastic.
I enjoyed an evening walk after checking in, so 24 hour property access handy. Front door and room key given. Not applicable
- Kevin (9/5): Superb -
- Mariya (10/5): - Everything was great. Steve and Mary were very hospitable, friendly, and accommodating.
- Sulyn (9/5): Superb - Our host, Steven, was wonderful. He was very warm and hospitable, and addressed every guest by name. Breakfast was great, made and served with lots of love. We appreciated having access to a guest fridge. Easy bus to city centre.
- Allan (8/5): Very nice owner, bed comfortable, great breakfast - Good location, basic but clean and tidy,. Traffic vibration when passing
- Heimann (10/5): Amazing - Steven and Mary were very nice and helpful even with extra requests.
- B (8/5): Very good - Was ok
- Malcolm (8/5): Very good -
- Jonathan (8/5): The host provides a warm welcome and the property provides good value for money. - The location is excellent for anyone needing to access the Aberdeen Sports Village or the University. The host was attentive, punctual, friendly and polite. The breakfast menu was limited, but the food was very well prepared and tasty. The property is next to a busy road, which might not be to everyone's liking, but the rooms are well insulated from the traffic noise. The TV is rather small by modern standards.
- Stewart (7/5): Decent accommodation value for money - Host Steven was very accommodating
- Darren (9/5): Superb - The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
Rooms were clean and tidy.
Breakfast was lovely.
- Gordon (9/5): Superb -
- Eco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicholas (10/5): Very pleased I chose to stay with Steven and Mary I slept well and would stay with them again - The welcome was very friendly and reassuring. The room was bright airy spacious and the bed was comfortable. Throughout the stay the owners Steven and Mary were super and the breakfast was just perfect. There wasn't anything.
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Sarah Bethany (10/5): - This is a wonderful place to stay — especially for the price. It’s clean, quiet, safe, and conveniently located. The owners are very kind and accessible. Would definitely recommend!
- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Courage (10/5): - Easy to check in and out. Enjoyed the meal service!
- Christopher (8/5): - The beds were underwhelming, but Steven was very nice and it’s a good location.
- Abbott (5/5): Adequate and excellent location for purpose of visit. - Cooked breakfast cold. Odered breakast for 7.30 and waited about 20 minutes for anyone to show up to serve it.
- Hasan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sheena (8/5): Pleasant overnight stop in Aberdeen - Clean, comfortable and very convenient for the university. We arrived very late after 1am ( we had prior checked this would be ok) and we were welcomed with a warm friendly reception. The room was warm and well played out. A lovely very modern en-suite shower room. Breakfast was very good and the hosts super friendly. Would definitely stay there again. There is only parking further up the street as it sits in a corner of a busy junction
- Gordon (6/5): Pleasant -

- Stuart (8/5): Very good - Location, friendliness of owner, flexible check-in and check-out No frills whatsoever!
- Mandy (4/5): Disappointing - The host is lovely. It is also very close to the university. Room warm. Bathroom door damaged and wouldn't close. Breakfast very average. We could feel the vibration from the lorries outside.
