• Ahmed (5/5): MY PERSONAL REVIEW... - The property was clean, the location was good. The staffs were helpful, rooms were spacious with good ventilation. ​The generator took over as soon as there was a power cut. The Swimming pool was too small compared to the pics online, the resort could have some more amenities for kids, Internet service was horrible.

Options fornlunch and dinner were very limited if you happen to stay in room. Breakfast served was good but no buffet.

• Pillai (5/5): Yelagiri as a location was beautiful but my stay experience was not great - We did not have the breakfast as we had to start early. They are sourcing the food from outside and it was taking time. As they do not have a in-house restaurant it was difficult to get even a tea. And there are no good hotels nearby to even go out and have food. Rooms were maintained badly. Linens and pillow covers were not fresh. Bathroom was just average. They have not maintained the property well. Even the approach road is pretty bad. If you don’t drive your vehicle carefully you will damage your vehicle.

• Arjun (8/5): Exceeded expectations - I booked a Superior Double room but I didn't realize it would turn out to be an independent 1bhk apartment with balcony and beautiful trees outside. The breakfast was lovely. Everything was very neat and clean. Car parking was quite comfortable. Most importantly, the location of this place is much better than some of the other options I was considering. There's no lunch or dinner but there are restuarants closeby (driving distance) so it wasn't a major hassle. The bed mattress and sheets can be made a little more comfortable. Some unexpected visitors like lizards or insects can surprise you in the bathroom at times. :)

Very helpful, HE was unwell on the second day but made sure we were all taken care of despite the resort being full. The food was arranged from outside but was plentiful and decent. The resort itsef has nothing much to offer and is not sprawling in terms of space. The upkeep of the villas could be better as the insides seemed a bit musty and dusty. The cleaning staff could definitely do a better job. For the price, and as a veteran traveller to Yelagiri over the years, could be better. Without the manager, suspect it could have been less of an experience. All explained above

• Arun (8/5): Best place to stay with your family or spouse and peacefully enjoy the climate. - Every room is literally an individual flat (1 or 2 BHK) with spacious hall, Smart TV with Wifi facility in hall and Dining table, kitchen, 2 balcony and bedroom. Breakfast was simple with limited items but tasty and felt just like home food (tea/coffee included). They dont have a common dining hall for Breakfast buffet but they deliver the food to your room (Food is ready by 8.30am itself) where you can have it in the dining table within your room. Location is good. Its 2-3 km from the centre but calm & peaceful. Best place for families and couple. Room service was good and the hotel manager was very polite and helpful. Open Volleyball/Badminton court was there and they provide Racket, Volleyball, Cricket bat and other sports items. They dont have restaurant within the premise. Except breakfast, they dont prepare any food themselves. Either we need to go out to the town center to get some decent hotels or we can order the food and they'll buy from outside hotels and deliver it. So both ways, it takes some time if we need to have food. Swimming pool is there but it wasnt cleaned properly so didnt feel like diving in there. Might be due to off season.

In the website it is mentioned that treebo is famous for its toiletries but we were given only medimix soap and clinic plus shampoo. Only hand wash that too 2 hand washes were kept (I don’t know the reason for keeping 2 hand washes). No hot water kettle. No tea bags or coffee section.

The staff were excellent. Morning breakfast was good too and sufficient The Geyser takes time to heat up hot water
