- Kevin (8/5): Easy and good - Hotel rooms was nice, clean and the bed was fantastic. The mall next door was easy. The breakfast is below level. 4 choices warmed up in the microwave and totally tasteless. Need some improvement in that. Only downside

- Jason (5/5): Only stay if you have no better choice in Jatinegara area and need a mall close by. - Good next to the mall. 10 stars for their effort to welcome us with a special guest welcome. Hope with training and a stronger no smoking policy this could be a great hotel in the area. Hope the management can take note. Area not so safe for tourist. Hotel reeks of cigarette smoke smell. That spoiled the whole stay. 1 room had cockroaches. Staff at front desk and lobby area friendly but require training. They enter guestroom with their shoes on.
